The staff was impeccable and the room was very clean. My only concern, would be that the 2 double beds unit was very small

My stay at the Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel at Tangram was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience was elevated by Florence, whose professionalism, insight, and warm interpersonal approach truly set the tone. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail of my stay was seamless. That level of service does not go unnoticed. I stayed in a luxury suite (Room 1023) with a private balcony, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking Citi Field—home of the New York Mets—was a standout feature. Beyond that, I was able to take in stunning skyline views, including One World Trade Center and the iconic Empire State Building. Truly a next-level visual experience. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately maintained. Its location within the Tangram development makes it incredibly convenient, with access to a wide range of amenities and attractions including a movie theater, fitness center, swimming pool, arcade, and an impressive shopping mall—all just steps away. This was more than just a stay—it was a full experience combining luxury, comfort, and convenience at a high level. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elevated stay in New York and will absolutely be returning.
