We had a great time at TownePlace in Chesterfield. The staff was always so friendly and attentive, we had a blast in the pool, very nice stay.

Hotel was very beautiful. Amenities were nice and sufficient. Gym was excellent, though I was sad that the hip sled was broken. Room was great. Bed was meh, but definitely not the worst I’ve encountered. Check in was fantastic. During check out I needed assistance with a question but no one was around to help me. Note said to call house phone, but I couldn’t see a phone any where. Other than that, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, which is most important!

Nice place, looks like new property. Very clean. Couple of items that did not sit well. We were there for nearly a week. After a few days the shower would not drain. They told us to lift the grate and clean underneath. I paid $200 more to have a higher rated hotel and being told this did not sit well with me. BTW, I was told this by 2 different employees.

The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent. The only problem for us was the first room they gave us had a empty candy wrapper left on the night stand. So we got switched to another room that was even nicer, but my wife didn't sleep. She couldn't get comfortable in the bed. The deadbolt lock didn't work either. That was a safety issue for me.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and stocked. There is a refrigerator, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, and dishes. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. They offer a nice hot breakfast which is very good. We've stayed once before and will again next year when we visit.

We had a power outage. The next day TV was not working well Breakfast was excellent. Woman who ran it was amazing Bathroom light was like a motion detector. Went off a couple of times during the night Staff was very friendly. Great people!!

This was right next to a Walmart and in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and very nice, have a full kitchen, which is convenient if you’re staying a couple days. The only thing I didn’t like is in the description. It mentions a sofa bed and is instead a futon with no pad. They were willing to give us a different room, but we made it work. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is decent.

The staff at check in and check out were fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. All interactions at the hotel were warm and welcoming. After staying in Port Huron the extra drive to this hotel and area are well worth it. Thank you!!

Relatively New property but the walls aren't sound proof; the people in the next room we're talking loudly and woke me up several times. The desk clerk charged my Fiancee' the full amount during check-in instead of just a deposit which we did not appreciate since we were told by him he was only charging a deposit.

All of the staff upon checkin and during cleaning and while in the breakfast area all staff were very kind and helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and wonderful. Highly recommend and will rebook when we come back

The night front desk concierge was overtly rude. Very poorly cast within the team. Wedding day for my daughter ended a negative note because this guy was so rude. Borderline harassment. Also, booked through Expedia. Will not issue refund. Unreal.

This was a head scratcher. Two nights there were fights in the hall. The police finally were called the second night and they removed the people. Not exactly what I was expecting. I chose the top floor for being quiet but yelling and pounding was what I got. Also kicked out of dining room with my service dog. I had to read them the state law allowing service dogs in the dining room. Then returned. They say their dog friendly but not to my dog. I needed peace and quiet but not sure about staying there again after all this.

We had a power outage. The next day TV was not working well Breakfast was excellent. Woman who ran it was amazing Bathroom light was like a motion detector. Went off a couple of times during the night Staff was very friendly. Great people!!

I will definitely stay here again when I visit my family in Michigan. Super clean, super nice facility and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved this location, it was a great stay, daily fresh breakfast, loved staying here. I'll will definitely stay here again if i return in a year for work. Highly recommended, had small kitchen. 👌

THE HOTEL HAD A PROBLEM CONFIRMING MY RESERVATION DETAILS BECAUSE IT WAS THROUGH HOTEL.COM AND THEY HAD THREE PEOPLE WORKING ON IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. IT WAS FINALLY RESOLVED BUT AFTER A LONG DAY OF TRAVELLING IT WAS NOT WHAT I NEEDED. THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND APOLOGIZED SO THEY WERE TRYING. NOT SURE IF THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WENT FINE AFTER THE CHECK IN

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is relatively new and in great shape. Rooms are as advertised. The breakfast is good with a variety of options, cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels/toast/yogurt plus a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausages & add ons, coffee/juice, etc. Ample breakfast seating and it’s clean. For long term guests, there’s a grill, picnic table and gas fire pit with chairs outside. From a ‘hotel expectations’ standpoint, this is top notch. What puts this hotel over the edge is the staff. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain nice people. I’d especially like to call out April at the front desk. She’s awesome!

Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was spacious for handicap. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were soft but satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.
