A very good stay. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Food was good. Pools, Hot-tub, were awesome. Drinks flowed through the whole property. The Bar and Club was rocking every night. Very fun stay. Only negative. Kids pool and play area, was either closed for cleaning or staff lunch breaks. It was difficult timing it. But the little time we spent in it, was fun and safe. Overall a good stay. Would recommend it!

Experienced international traveler First time Juan Dolio Traveler.... Resort has a nice quaint feel... Great resort for a first timer.. Is not even close to being as big as Resorts like Barceló or Bahia Principe in Punta Cana and does not seem to have Entertainment (as far as shows or family theater events). Now again this is NOT a knock on their services or employees in anyway.. We enjoyed our 8 days here and made some great friends.. I just made that statement to ensure more experienced travelers doe NOT make reservations to the resort expecting some of the higher Echelon of perks the grandier or more Popular resorts... Definitely worth the Valye though if your looking for a great Place to get some much needed rest and enjoy a friendly service

Elevators not working for 7 days had to walk up in some cases 8 times in a day. I have a lot of comments about this hotel. I hope the management will use my experience to learn from this and improve. First of all , I really appreciate all the hard work the employees did throughout the stay. Cleaning services. Dining. Front desk. Everyone was very nice and kind and I thank all of them. I appreciate them trying their best to help and answer questions or address issues. The beach was also beautiful and well maintained. This was the best part. Here are some things I felt could be improved: 1. Rooms towels. I asked for more and each day I stayed, it was not replaced. They only put the original number. Some sheets and pillow cases were still dirty in bed. 2. Fridge was not cold. I alerted front desk on day 1. Someone came to look the first day and they said it’s an eco fridge that’s why not cold. I was offered to switch rooms but i said too much hassle. Eventually they did switch to a working fridge after 2 days. 3. Activities on beach. I wish they put a new /correct board with updated schedule. That would be helpful to plan my day around activities that I want to try. 4. Towel hut was always running out of clean towels and had to wait very long sometimes for new ones. 5. Pools were very dirty/sandy. Very heavy chlorine. I couldn’t go in because of this. 6. Spa- has no official menu and services as seen in online menu not offered. And prices were not adjusted accordingly when I was unable to book a service for my birthday because of this. I also

The rooms needs better maintenance. The linens are dingy, maybe washed in brown water. The decor on the bed had black spots, thought it was a bug. The bed linens needs upgrading to match the beauty of the place. My room was oceanview but was blocked by trees. Would not do that again. Overall I would stay again. Food full of flavor all the time. Outdoors was well maintained and refreshing. Most Staffs were bilingual making it easier.

Rooms were full of mosquitoes. Roaches in the property. The property is old and outdated. The food was awful and gave food poisoning to several people in the group. Drinks were actually the best thing. The pool is very small and beach was average. Not worth it. Needs major renovations as soon as possible.

I recently stayed in room P504 from 11/13/25 to 11/16/25 and encountered several issues. The room had noticeable patchwork and signs of mold. On my first night, I discovered water pooling on the floor from a leak under the AC unit. I had to place a garbage can under it to catch the drips, which resulted in a constant, irritating noise. Additionally, the leak spread into the closet through the ceiling , soaking my clothes. The following morning, I reported these issues to the front desk but nothing was done to compensate me. They offered to wash my clothes, but this never happened. I requested to speak with a manager, and the front desk attendant, who I believe was named Anne, assured me that someone would follow up, but no one did. I was on vacation with my son, who turned 15, and at the very least, some form of compensation and an apology from the management would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, nothing was done, which was very disappointing.

We first arrived my son’s room was dirty and mold and also my and wife’s room was dirty, and mold. They did get us better rooms after complaining about the two rooms. The food was okay but not the best. The property was clean, the pools were dirty and never cleaned. The swim up bar had children all around and the swim up bar below the pool had no bartenders. Always waiting for drinks. The beach was beautiful and clean.

We stayed a total of 3 days and 3 nights - our AC was dripping condensation through the first night, and flooded our floor and soaked one of our suitcases and ruined our clothing. It took an entire day for the staff to come and take a look at it, and they didn’t bother to switch our room for our inconvenience. Also, housekeeping not only didn’t clean our room when they came, they actually left it dirtier than before they came through. It was almost like they dumped the mop water in our shower and just left the grime and dirt from the bucket all over our shower floor. And, it took two whole days to get a fresh set of towels. Most of the staff here was dismissive and unbothered, there are a few gems amongst the bartenders that will really cater to your needs and are super friendly. The woman in charge of the dinner reservations (Nelly) was extremely rude and condescending - making obtaining a dinner reservation next to impossible. The main pool with the swim up bar is putrid - it smells like garbage and is extremely cloudy from everyone peeing in it, and the hotel is not cleaning it on a regular basis - stick to the beach. If I were you, I’d find a different all inclusive resort to stay at.
We stayed a total of 3 days and 3 nights - our AC was dripping condensation through the first night, and flooded our floor and soaked one of our suitcases and ruined our clothing. It took an entire day for the staff to come and take a look at it, and they didn’t bother to switch our room for our inconvenience. Also, housekeeping not only didn’t clean our room when they came, they actually left it dirtier than before they came through. It was almost like they dumped the mop water in our shower and just left the grime and dirt from the bucket all over our shower floor. And, it took two whole days to get a fresh set of towels. Most of the staff here was dismissive and unbothered, there are a few gems amongst the bartenders that will really cater to your needs and are super friendly. I have a lot of comments about this hotel. I hope the management will use my experience to learn from this and improve. First of all , I really appreciate all the hard work the employees did throughout the stay. Cleaning services. Dining. Front desk. Everyone was very nice and kind and I thank all of them. I appreciate them trying their best to help and answer questions or address issues. The beach was also beautiful and well maintained. This was the best part. Here are some things I felt could be improved: 1. Rooms towels. I asked for more and each day I stayed, it was not replaced. They only put the original number. Some sheets and pillow cases were still dirty in bed. 2. Fridge was not cold. I alerted front desk on day 1. Someone came to look the first day and they said it’s an eco fridge that’s why not cold. THIN WALLS = ZERO PRIVACY! I could hear every single thing happening in the room next door—EVERYTHING. It was intrusive, uncomfortable, and honestly traumatizing. No guest should be forced to listen to such intimate noises and details of strangers’ lives while trying to relax. The constant noise completely ruined my stay and made it impossible to feel at ease. En general nos encanto el hotel. El servicio por parte de los empleados fue unico e increible, especialmente el servicio del departamento de botones y los bartenders siempre fue el mejor. No habia un momento del dia en que pasaras por el lobby que ellos no mostraran una sonrisa y siempre dispuestos a servir. En el lado a mejorar seria las reservas de los restaurantes ya que la primera noche cuando llegamos fuimos y nos dijeron que fueramos al otro dia de 7 a 9 y cuando fuimos nos comentaron que todo estaba full y que para ningun restaurante habia disponibilidad. En fin, fueron 3 dias de solo buffet de cena, lo demas amamos el lugar.

They keep you waiting as they take among themselves leaving you clueless of what’s going on. It wasn’t just with front desk you can notice the lack of attention to service the staff was. You done at the table they leave you waiting for even a glass of water. Btw if you see Ana at the front desk beside any thing you ask from her will be a no or an upcharge so do yourself a favor and stay away from her. Overall this property has a long way to go for everything from service to up keep with the room as they don’t have fresh towels when the room is cleaned they have to take your old towels to wash and then dry them to bring them back so if you looking for a morning shower as a long flight at night you may just be using the old towel from the night before. As far as breakfast goes it’s okay I give it a 4 out 10 the Domincan restaurant was probably the best for me if you like goat that was the most fastest to me. As far as the night life goes they have a disco that open at 10pm and closes at 2am which I kinda enjoyed but I wished they had more diversity in the music as most of the people only speak English as far as my room they offered a ocean view but my balcony was blocked by palm trees which I believe to be one of the better rooms. If you need a ride to and from the airport Sdq you are better off walking they charge $50 craz

I booked five rooms at Coral Costa Caribe Beach Resort six months in advance for a very special family trip with 13 relatives. Every single staff person that I came in contact with was very friendly and super helpful. Everyone was always happy and the show "Los Amigos Chocolate" was amazing!!! Shoutout to all the people that made my stay amazing, El Peluche, Depo, la tia morena, Angie, Dangelo, the bartenders by the pool, and others that I don't remember the name but will definitely want to come back soon! Also, the people out in the beach that are separate from the hotel are amazing, Lily was amazing and if you would like to go on any excursion Lolo is your guy.

I been to many resorts in punta Cana and they always have you make reservations for the time you’re staying with them when you check in this resort makes you wake up at 7:30am to make reservations daily and the food is not even good it’s actually the same buffet food. The buffet food was disgusting there was flies everywhere on the food they didn’t have a big selection the pool was dirty the rooms they only give you two towels and when you try to ask for more since there’s 4 of us staying we were told they were none available which I never heard of then I asked to speak to the manager since they said they’re reservations were all booked up and Najeli told me she was not available and could not share the managers name with me which made no sense she was extremely rude about it and gave us no options. We traveled from Boston and we will never come here again! The customer service was horrible and the place needs to be shut down at this point! No one should be offered food with flies all over it. If you want a good place the grand palladium in punta Cana never disappoints.

Coral Costa is not a luxury resort, but a very good "mid range" option for a short stay. The hotel in on the best stretch of beach in Juan Dolio, wide and long with palm trees providing shade. The low-rise buildings are much prettier and cosier than the modern towers of luxury hotels further along the shore. Food at the buffet is excellent and top quality, with huge variety of both local and international foods (including plenty of choice for vegetarians) and frequent special themes at dinner - seafood, Dominican, asian etc. Service is good and the staff friendly, really looking after the guests. What could have been better were their inclusive alcoholic drinks - local beers were very good, but wines were fake (fruit juice mixed with alcohol) and most coctails unrecognisable; "upgraded" drinks were available but only by the bottle (who would buy a bottle of rum to have a few coctails?). Although there were some activities and entertainment during the day and evening, as well as the special dinners mentioned above but no programme available - one had to keep asking each day at the reception, restaurant and beach office to find out what was on for that day / evening.

Ver más 3:23 PM El hotel está muy bien, para un finde tranquilo, la comida 7/10 y el entretenimiento por igual las bebidas yo le doy quizás un 3/10 porque para beber algo decente hay que pagar extra por el supuesto VIP que en comparación con otros hoteles las bebidas VIP del hotel son las regulares de otros hoteles con eso les digo todo, pero en general el hotel vale la pena, porque para lo que uno paga está más que bien !!! Puntuación general 8/10 realmente fue satisfactoria la experiencia !!!

The breakfast was continental daily, so for a week stay and a person who doesn't eat pork, ham or bacon , My breafast choice was limited to 1 or 2 things daily. There wasn't a consistency in meal taste at the buffet. The weekend chef were good. A la carte. Tex- Mex and Mediterranean was good. Bed was comfy room was cleaned daily but the black out blind was molded and stained. Can't say it wasnt washed as it smell okay but it needs to be replaced. Some areas of the buffet needs cleaning. The omellette grill area in the buffet and Wall behind it., Vents etc but otherwise most things were clean to the naked eye. I would recommend single packaging than scooped jars for the tea area as i witnessed a lick amd dip from a child. It is a family resort and kids are not always monitored so the hotel need to keep in mind they are not that keen on hygienic practices. 24 hours food though meals are repetitive and not big in variety

⭐ 7/10 – Great location and excellent dinners, but several areas need improvement I am currently staying at Coral Costa Caribe Resort with my family. Overall, I would rate our experience a 7 out of 10. The resort has a good location, and we have enjoyed several aspects of our stay. However, I do not believe the overall experience fully matches the price we paid or all the amenities advertised. The positives: I especially want to highlight the specialty restaurants. We had very good experiences at Brisa, Rincón Grill, the Dominican restaurant, and the Tex-Mex restaurant. At Rincón Grill, the churrasco and New York strip steak were delicious. The food and service during dinner have been among the best parts of our stay, and the servers were attentive and friendly. At breakfast, the omelet station also deserves recognition. The omelets were delicious, and the staff working there were very kind. Our room has been comfortable, and housekeeping has cleaned it every day. However, there are four people staying in our room, and when we arrived, we were only provided with enough towels for three guests. This is a small detail, but the number of guests should be confirmed before check-in. I would especially like to recognize Wendy, who has helped me from the time I made the reservation and throughout our stay. We traveled here to attend the sporting events in which my daughter was competing and representing our country. Wendy helped us arrange a safe and reliable driver to take us
