WorldMark Reunion

Die Anlage ist wie eine kleine Stadt, richtig groß. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Das Apartment war riesig und gut in Schuss. Alles, was es hier zu bemängeln gäbe, wäre klagen auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wenn man sucht, wird man immer etwas finden. Es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

This is one of our favorite properties and it did not disappoint. The check in process (Deborah) was less than enthused about being there and it showed. Could use a little help in customer service.

Love it here, love the space and the grounds and activities onsite. Love that you and schedule rides through the app. Will come back!

It was okay overall. Upon checking in they asked how we booked the reservation and suggested we take part in an hour long presentation before leaving in order to earn a cheap future stay and learn more about their property, and they didn’t push it when I said no, but also that’s the reason we booked through hotels.com anyway—we want a good deal and we don’t want to take part in anything involving “ownership”. I wish I would’ve had more info about the pools that could be used outside of the water park, as there are so many things to do, but I didn’t see that noted anywhere about times—just a map that shows where pools are located. Overall, the staff was friendly enough. The space was perfect for what we needed. It was large enough for our family, the full kitchen helped us save some $, and it allowed us to enjoy our family time in the room. They provided all the basics for cooking and serving dinner, the washer/dryer were great & they provided laundry detergent. All the shampoo/conditioner etc. smelled really nice. The water park was small but chill, and our family really enjoyed it. The price point on food/drinks there was reasonable given the amount/size of food. They made cold drinking water easy access which was convenient for a super hot day given that they don’t allow personal water bottles. Definitely worth the value if you have a larger group/family.

Everything was excellent, will definitely stay again.
