This is a father-and-son duo operation and it shows with the care and passion put into developing a really beautiful little hotel of villas. Dimitris and his father are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is a collection of little villas clustered around the pool and reception building, ours was a stunning 2 floor one with balconies, private tub, kitchenette and cool rain shower designed like a cave. We never used the main pool or bar but both looked very nice. We were brought a delicious breakfast to our room each morning which they were happy to alter for our dietary needs. Be aware the location is a little removed from the main tourist areas in the town of Messaria. There is a public bus 5-10 min from the property but you will need to organise transfers to get to/from most places which is not cheap on Santorini. Choose activities which offer pickup/dropoff

Hébergement parfait, très bien équipé, propre, calme, à proximité des commerces, avec parking et un personnel très souriant. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et nous avons adoré le bain à remous, la piscine extérieur et le petit déjeuner. The service is exceptional, the accommodations are very clean and beautifully decorated, we had a private pool which we used every day during our stay. The poolside bar makes the best drinks on the island based on our experience. The owner helped book transfers and excursions with ease. We always were in good hands when we booked through Aval, and we managed to explore lots of spots we wouldn’t have known about thanks to the owners tips. The breakfast each morning was out of this world! Love the quiet escape that Aval provides, while still being 15 minute drive to Oia and Fira! Highly recommend

We had an amazing time at Aval on our mini moon. The suite was incredible, the pool was gorgeous and the breakfast was incredible. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They can’t do enough for you and helped up book lots of restaurants and a boat cruise - massive thank you to the whole team!

We arrived late afternoon to Santorini Airport and it was a 6 mins taxi ride to AVAL Suites. We was kindly greeted by Panos and his son Dimitris. Panos was extremely helpful and showed us to our our suite. The suits were very beautiful, clean,modern/cosy rooms and in a great location. Each room is decorated so nicely with a touch of luxury. The big cove style shower, and our bedroom leaded out to a balcony with a hot-tub was very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room at the time we requested. A real treat and each morning it was the highlight for our day. Panos was so helpful with planning our days. We hired a car and literally it was with us in 10 mins. Each day we went with his recommendations and each day was an awesome day. From doing a mountain walk from Thera to Oia. (3 hour walk) The Red and White beaches, Amazing views of the white wash buildings in Thera and Oia. Lastly booking a catamaran for a sunset cruise was just amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

A clean and quiet new hotel close to the airport. Nice pool and individual hot tub on the balcony. Full hot Breakfast delivered right to the door. Only wish is that they send a car to pick us up at the airport. It’s only a 5 minute drive away, but cost 25 Euros to take a taxi.

Perfect place for a perfect island ! Well located (5mins from the airport and 10mins from fira). You are in the middle of Santorini. Breakfast are incredible. You can also enjoy a cocktail next to the pool whenever you want. Thanks to the entire team from for making our stay perfect !

Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. bathroom was big and shower lighting and space was awesome. even there was a kitchenet that had everything you need for a trip to Santorini. our room had a very cute patio with jacuzzi. The owner and his son were very helpful, the check in was very quick and they provided a list of restaurants which they were awesome. they also helped us with shuttle to airport when we were leaving. they arranged a car rental for us which the rental company brought the car to hotel. the breakfast was great, they brought them to our room every morning. breakfast tray had sweets, coffee, tea, juice, eggs, cheese and cold cuts. it was very complete and delicious. I wanted to thank them and would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel où tout était réuni pour passer d'agréables vacances : logement spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et très propre ; petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux. Un séjour parfait, au-delà de nos attentes ! Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle à l’Aval All Suites, un véritable havre de paix à Santorin. Dès notre arrivée, tout a été fluide, organisé avec soin, et nous n’avions plus qu’à profiter. Un immense merci à Pavlos et Dimitris, les adorables propriétaires de l’hôtel, qui se sont occupés de tout pour nous : transferts, excursions, recommandations… Grâce à eux, nous avons pu découvrir l’île sans aucun stress. Leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons même eu un petit malentendu lors d’une excursion en mer, et Pavlos a tout géré pour nous, avec une grande bienveillance. Il a reprogrammé la sortie un autre jour — c’était tout simplement magique ! Les suites sont sublimes, spacieuses, décorées avec goût, très très propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner servi chaque matin dans la suite est un vrai plus : copieux, varié, et délicieux. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ou à recommander cet endroit à nos proches. Un vrai petit coin de paradis !

The properly in quite location, super clean, there is a outdoor jacuzzi on the root top - You can able to view the ocean from the root top. Every morning, the host bring a warm and delicious breakfast to your room. Feel like home.

This was such a gem. The area is residential, but the hotel was immaculate, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the room breakfast was honestly one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to return.

Sejour d'une semaine dans une suite avec piscine dans l hotel Aval All suite. L hotel est tres bien situé celui ci est central sur l ile donc ideal. La suite est tres grande avec 2 terasses une avec piscine et bain de soleil l autre avec une petite table. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et celui ci est amené dans la suite tout les jours. Les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin. Je vous le conseil.

The service is exceptional, the accommodations are very clean and beautifully decorated, we had a private pool which we used every day during our stay. The poolside bar makes the best drinks on the island based on our experience. The owner helped book transfers and excursions with ease. We always were in good hands when we booked through Aval, and we managed to explore lots of spots we wouldn’t have known about thanks to the owners tips. The breakfast each morning was out of this world! Love the quiet escape that Aval provides, while still being 15 minute drive to Oia and Fira! Highly recommend

Un séjour parfait, au-delà de nos attentes ! Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle à l’Aval All Suites, un véritable havre de paix à Santorin. Dès notre arrivée, tout a été fluide, organisé avec soin, et nous n’avions plus qu’à profiter. Un immense merci à Pavlos et Dimitris, les adorables propriétaires de l’hôtel, qui se sont occupés de tout pour nous : transferts, excursions, recommandations… Grâce à eux, nous avons pu découvrir l’île sans aucun stress. Leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons même eu un petit malentendu lors d’une excursion en mer, et Pavlos a tout géré pour nous, avec une grande bienveillance. Il a reprogrammé la sortie un autre jour — c’était tout simplement magique ! Les suites sont sublimes, spacieuses, décorées avec goût, très très propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner servi chaque matin dans la suite est un vrai plus : copieux, varié, et délicieux. We arrived late afternoon to Santorini Airport and it was a 6 mins taxi ride to AVAL Suites. We was kindly greeted by Panos and his son Dimitris. Panos was extremely helpful and showed us to our our suite. The suits were very beautiful, clean,modern/cosy rooms and in a great location. Each room is decorated so nicely with a touch of luxury. The big cove style shower, and our bedroom leaded out to a balcony with a hot-tub was very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room at the time we requested. A real treat and each morning it was the highlight for our day. Panos was so helpful with planning our days. We hired a car and literally it was with us in 10 mins. Each day we went with his recommendations and each day was an awesome day. From doing a mountain walk from Thera to Oia. (3 hour walk) The Red and White beaches, Amazing views of the white wash buildings in Thera and Oia. Lastly booking a catamaran for a sunset cruise was just amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

A clean and quiet new hotel close to the airport. Nice pool and individual hot tub on the balcony. Full hot Breakfast delivered right to the door. Only wish is that they send a car to pick us up at the airport. It’s only a 5 minute drive away, but cost 25 Euros to take a taxi.

Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. bathroom was big and shower lighting and space was awesome. even there was a kitchenet that had everything you need for a trip to Santorini. our room had a very cute patio with jacuzzi. The owner and his son were very helpful, the check in was very quick and they provided a list of restaurants which they were awesome. they also helped us with shuttle to airport when we were leaving. they arranged a car rental for us which the rental company brought the car to hotel. the breakfast was great, they brought them to our room every morning. breakfast tray had sweets, coffee, tea, juice, eggs, cheese and cold cuts. it was very complete and delicious. I wanted to thank them and would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

This hotel was top-notch! We had a family trip planned for 8 people and stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived there was a big hiccup due to Expedia's platform, and the owner, Dimitris, was very understanding and made sure we got it worked out before he did anything, like have to charge us extra. It's tucked away from the overly tourist-filled spots like Fira and Oia. Exactly what the doctor ordered if you're looking for a quiet place to come back home to in Santorini. With that said, the rooms with private pools are spectacular, it feels like home. We had the best time having Aval as our homebase while exploring Santorini and other islands. Along with that, Dimitris helped us make reservations and have seats at restaurants that made unforgettable moments for our family -- everyone with a view. Even still, the food at Aval is delicious and feels homemade. I can't say enough good things about Aval and I can't wait to return to stay and see the folks there again.

The property is a collection of little villas clustered around the pool and reception building, ours was a stunning 2 floor one with balconies, private tub, kitchenette and cool rain shower designed like a cave. We never used the main pool or bar but both looked very nice. We were brought a delicious breakfast to our room each morning which they were happy to alter for our dietary needs. Be aware the location is a little removed from the main tourist areas in the town of Messaria. There is a public bus 5-10 min from the property but you will need to organise transfers to get to/from most places which is not cheap on Santorini. Choose activities which offer pickup/dropoff

Father and son were very helpful. The free breakfast prepared for you and served in your room at the time we arranged was better than any hotel or fancy eatery we had ever been in. More impressive, was that the next day you were served different items. The robe and slippers and hot tub made this a hard place to check-out of!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Aval. Panos gave us great restaurant recommendations and the cataraman cruise he suggested was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day!

The property was really good. The best thing about it were the staff. They were always smiling, willing to lend a hand and very friendly. The breakfast, which is served in your room each day, is fantastic and a real treat! There is some TLC required around the hot tub in the room just to make it look a bit more appeasing. The area where the property is isn’t the best as there are only a few restaurants but it’s a great base for the wider island. Overall a very good stay. Thank you

리조트 크고 깨끗하고 예뻐요. 조식을 방으로 주시는 데 그것도 좋고 청소도 깨끗하게 신경써서 해주십니다. 수영장이나 온수욕조도 좋았어요. 항구와도 가깝고 피라마을과도 가까운 위치였습니다. 후기가 많지않아 고민했는데 너무 만족했습니다

A clean and quiet new hotel close to the airport. Nice pool and individual hot tub on the balcony. Full hot Breakfast delivered right to the door. Only wish is that they send a car to pick us up at the airport. It’s only a 5 minute drive away, but cost 25 Euros to take a taxi.

We had an amazing time at Aval. The property is beautiful and brand new and clean. Plenty of space, and centrally located to access everything easily without all of the crowds. Hotel management and staff were so helpful and always available. I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. A 10/10.

Perfect place for a perfect island ! Well located (5mins from the airport and 10mins from fira). You are in the middle of Santorini. Breakfast are incredible. You can also enjoy a cocktail next to the pool whenever you want. Thanks to the entire team from for making our stay perfect !

Beautiful hotel. Outstanding service. Location is out of the way but conveniently located near the airport. Rooms were large and very nice. Would stay again.

This hotel was top-notch! We had a family trip planned for 8 people and stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived there was a big hiccup due to Expedia's platform, and the owner, Dimitris, was very understanding and made sure we got it worked out before he did anything, like have to charge us extra. It's tucked away from the overly tourist-filled spots like Fira and Oia. Exactly what the doctor ordered if you're looking for a quiet place to come back home to in Santorini. With that said, the rooms with private pools are spectacular, it feels like home. We had the best time having Aval as our homebase while exploring Santorini and other islands. Along with that, Dimitris helped us make reservations and have seats at restaurants that made unforgettable moments for our family -- everyone with a view. Even still, the food at Aval is delicious and feels homemade. I can't say enough good things about Aval and I can't wait to return to stay and see the folks there again.

This is a father-and-son duo operation and it shows with the care and passion put into developing a really beautiful little hotel of villas. Dimitris and his father are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is a collection of little villas clustered around the pool and reception building, ours was a stunning 2 floor one with balconies, private tub, kitchenette and cool rain shower designed like a cave. We never used the main pool or bar but both looked very nice. We were brought a delicious breakfast to our room each morning which they were happy to alter for our dietary needs. Be aware the location is a little removed from the main tourist areas in the town of Messaria. There is a public bus 5-10 min from the property but you will need to organise transfers to get to/from most places which is not cheap on Santorini. Choose activities which offer pickup/dropoff

The service is exceptional, the accommodations are very clean and beautifully decorated, we had a private pool which we used every day during our stay. The poolside bar makes the best drinks on the island based on our experience. The owner helped book transfers and excursions with ease. We always were in good hands when we booked through Aval, and we managed to explore lots of spots we wouldn’t have known about thanks to the owners tips. The breakfast each morning was out of this world! Love the quiet escape that Aval provides, while still being 15 minute drive to Oia and Fira! Highly recommend

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel où tout était réuni pour passer d'agréables vacances : logement spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et très propre ; petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et guidés sur les activités à réaliser, les coins à visiter et restaurants typiques grecs. Nous recommandons !

Dès notre arrivée, tout a été fluide, organisé avec soin, et nous n’avions plus qu’à profiter. Un immense merci à Pavlos et Dimitris, les adorables propriétaires de l’hôtel, qui se sont occupés de tout pour nous : transferts, excursions, recommandations… Grâce à eux, nous avons pu découvrir l’île sans aucun stress. Leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons même eu un petit malentendu lors d’une excursion en mer, et Pavlos a tout géré pour nous, avec une grande bienveillance. Il a reprogrammé la sortie un autre jour — c’était tout simplement magique ! Les suites sont sublimes, spacieuses, décorées avec goût, très très propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner servi chaque matin dans la suite est un vrai plus : copieux, varié, et délicieux. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ou à recommander cet endroit à nos proches. Un vrai petit coin de paradis !

This was such a gem. The area is residential, but the hotel was immaculate, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the room breakfast was honestly one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to return.

Ett mysigt, fint och litet hotell. Vilket gjorde att det inte var så mycket gäster på samma gång, fanns alltid lediga solstolar vid poolen. Allt var fräscht och fint. Personalen var hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga!
