The room was small because of the price, but it smell of cigarette smoke and sewage.but the bathroom was clean and all standard toiletries were supplied.The £10 a night charge was ridiculously

We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and it was good. The staff were very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean modern en suite. Only downside was the bathroom extractor wasn’t working and it looked like some maintenance was ongoing because we could see up into the void above and our headboard could have done with a deep clean. Saying that, my daughter’s room was great. The hotel is in a fantastic location on the river, with a circular walk which crosses over a little footbridge and all within 15-20 minutes drive from Windsor.

Room 203 has damp on the wall and smells of damp. Outside the windows are the hotel air conditioning units so the room has constant noise. The walls are also very thin so you can easily hear other guests. The room is a good size though. The mattress needs to be replaced and a tv remote provide. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. The view from the restaurant was stunning.

Friendly approachable staff, room was tidy, tbf overall external appearance needs a touch up, but the service and room were nice, tidy, and no issues.

Second visit since February, staff are superb, can’t do enough for you. Perfect base to visit Windsor from, will definitely return again.
