Allowed for early checkin, the condo I booked was incorrect and had two twins in one room and a king in the other where it should’ve been two queens. The staff came up with supplies to put the beds together and asked me if I would do it myself, I felt like I shouldn’t have to come into an unprepared room and finish it myself. After a bit of time they sent someone up to come combine the beds, we were happy with the outcome. Only one of the 3 spas were currently working, they said one was down during checkin but one of the others was freezing cold. There was an issue with my Expedia booking as well, worldmark reserved me for two condos rather than one and made checkin confusing as it seemed like I was going to be charged twice but Expedia took care of it, seem to be an issue on worldmarks end. This is our 4th time staying at worldmark estes park and we will return.

This was a great place to stay. The location was great. We enjoyed the views, the spa and the river. The only downside was that you had to pay for internet. We couldn’t use our phones unless we went outside.

Upon arrival, we entered our condo and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell. Returned to reception and they quickly changed our accommodations. The condo was very spacious and very clean. Full kitchen stocked with dishes, glassware and more. Two full bathrooms, each with its own TV. Large comfortable living room with a fireplace and a large TV. Free DVD rentals. This was my first trip to Estes Park and we had a great experience staying at WorldMark!! We got a text that day telling us our room was ready and we could check in a little early!! Our room was spacious and we had a balcony facing the river. Since it is winter the pool was closed along with 2 of their hot tubs. But we still had a good experience in the hot tub that was open because it wasn't crowded. The only weird things about this property is that they do not offer free wifi. We were also asked to take the trash out before leaving which gave airbnb vibes and is the reason we stick to hotels now.

We stayed in a studio and it wasn't anything special. Walls are a bit thin so we hear people below us sneezing. Also, there should never be a fee for Wi-Fi in this day and age yet this place charges $10/day if you're not a member. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Everything at the location was great, it had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay in Estes Park. We were disappointed to find though that the WiFi access wasn’t free so we didn’t sign up for the service.

There were 2 couples that stated in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment type unit. It worked out very well. It was clean and overall comfortable. The pool wasn't open yet but the 2 outdoor hot tubs that we used were great!

This stay was great, beautiful grounds, fruendly staff, big hot tub and our condo was very clean. The only downfall was the kitchen needed more cooking pans. But we will be coming back soon.

nice location right near the entrance to the National Park - liked the stream running thru the property - unit was clean and comfortable - only issue is the noise from the idiots above us - playing music well past 10pm until forced to stop by the front desk - then cranked it up again at 8am the next day

The unit we stayed in was very nice. Staff were very pleasant as well. The complex was located very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and that was great. The complex was clean and quiet. Just on the edge of town, there were still a few nice restaurants nearby.

Overbooked, so put us in a Holiday Inn instead. No refund. No compensation. No other option. The new hotel charged us more taxes and fees that we had to pay out of pocket after checking in, that Expedia nor the WorldMark will cover. Overall, got told we did not have a room, put us in a completely different hotel, had to pay even extra for said new hotel. No refund issued despite being told I would receive one. Such an inconvenience and was given the option to either not have a place to stay or to stay at this new hotel.

I booked a week stay six months in advance. I got an email the night before check-in time that the property was overbooked and they were not able to fulfill my reservation. I have no idea what the property was like since I never set foot on it.

Beware - they will cancel your booking at the last minute. I made my booking 7 months in advance and they cancelled it 1 day prior to the check in date without any explanation whatsoever. I would have had to cancel the entire trip to RMNP if I didn't find an alternative accomodation at a much higher price

We reserved a 2 bedroom rental six months prior to our June stay. On the day of arrival we got a call we were downgraded to 2 studios. About 4 hours after the call we got to the site only to be told there is only 1 studio with a max occupancy of 2 people. We had 3 people in our party so now we are left with no place to stay. Agent was rude at the desk with no apology after being left without a place to stay after a confirmed reservation 5 months ago. Expedia found a nice hotel to stay in but we missed the opportunity for a 2 bedroom site with laundry after travelng 2 weeks in many hotels. DONT BOOK THIS SITE.

nice location right near the entrance to the National Park - liked the stream running thru the property - unit was clean and comfortable - only issue is the noise from the idiots above us - playing music well past 10pm until forced to stop by the front desk - then cranked it up again at 8am the next day

The unit we stayed in was very nice. Staff were very pleasant as well. The complex was located very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and that was great. The complex was clean and quiet. Just on the edge of town, there were still a few nice restaurants nearby.

Quiet location close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very large rooms with full kitchen. Helpful kind staff. Definitely will back again.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open- even with 80 plus degree weather. Room was sub-par, with the vents looking like they have never had the ducts cleaned. Activity room has a pool table and ping pong, you can checkout dvds from the office. Per their rules, you have to take out your trash at the end of your stay and run the dishwasher- which tells me they flip the rooms without quality care. Conditioner bottle was completely empty, but not a huge deal. The pictures make it look grand, but its midlevek at best. Another guest spotted mold in their room and previous guest clothes left over, this was not our room but it seems about right. Construction was going on during the stay, so a lot of outside contract workers walking around. Internet was out, and apparently had been for a couple of weeks. Even with all this said, I would stay in a pickle- but this would not be my first choice with all the properties up there.
