This building is on the older side and is not really updated. it's hard to get a person on the phone and when I checked into my room the AC was off, which was a surprise since Okinawa and Japan in general are just so hot in the summer. I understand the idea of energy conservation but they could have turned it on shortly before I arrived. This area is overrun with children and this is really what they are geared for, so I would not recommend this for a solo traveler. The breakfast is not great for how much they charge. The cherry on the cake of disappointment here was when I went out to dinner and called them to send me a car to bring me back to the hotel. The staff simply said "take a bus".

The hotel over all is really nice. The problems are as follows: 1. The pool closes at 6 pm and the beach closes at 5 pm. It so hot durning the day that the best time to use these features is in the evening, but they are closed. Sunset on the beach? Nope. 2. The path to the aquarium closes at 5 pm but the aquarium closes at 7pm. So the hotel is really nice, the problem is that the reason you are probably choosing this hotel is the beach and the aquarium, and those are experiences are worsened by choosing this hotel.

ウエルカムドリンクに泡盛やウイスキーがあったり、ポップコーンも取り放題、ビリヤードやダーツもあって、到着した直後は少しテンション上がりました。 部屋は広く、きれいで海も見えて最高でした。 あと、朝食のビュッフェは食べきれないほど豊富な種類があって、これぞ沖縄っていうメニューも多くて楽しかったです。 あとは美ら海水族館も近くて便利でしたし、夜も向かいの沖縄居酒屋で満足の食事ができました。(ホテル内にもレストランはあります)

What can I say. I was so excited to have a beachside vacation. The whole point of picking that hotel was its closeness to the beach but per staff we were not allowed in due to a recent typhoon they had. The beach access was completely closed off so I couldn’t even go to the sand. The pool on site was a poor substitute for the ocean. 3m of depth only. There was no food delivery option, everything was pick up. The room was spacious and clean the staff friendly but I can’t say I had a good time here
