DISAPPOINTING!! Terrible! I stayed at the hotel in September 2026, and at least in the rooms, the photos in the ads have absolutely nothing to do with reality. The room was extremely plain, small, and everything was very old! The bathroom was so cramped that the door couldn't even open all the way! It's almost comical. At check-in, even though the room was tidy, the bathroom clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. On the first day, the air conditioning didn't work and was only fixed on the second day. Old, even torn sheets, worn towels, and very small beds. The overall feeling is one of total lack of care. At the restaurant it was common to get dirty plates, and the staff weren't friendly. The food is average, standard resort fare. One of the few positives is the parking, which is free. The acoustics in the rooms are terrible — any conversation in the hallway sounds like it's happening inside the room — and there's even live music by the pool until 11 PM! How is anyone supposed to sleep early?! Since the rooms are right next to each other, you can hear footsteps and noise from other guests during the night. The experience falls far short of what's promised in the photos and of what would be minimally acceptable. I definitely won't be back.

Very nice hotel. It’s obviously a beach hotel and gets a lot of guests visiting. Maybe the beds are as comfortable as other hotels, and only one pillow provided per person. But we were only staying one night. Private beach with nice loungers and umbrellas. Towels available for rent, which is unique for an American. The breakfast buffet is very generous, with many delicious Italian pastries. We would stay here again if in the Trapani area.

The reason room was very small so was the bathroom. The shower (opening of the shower ) was to small, you may break the door or hurt yourself. The room itself was NOT clean, there was dust and dirt everywhere. The was no item in the room which was not broken. There was no WiFi either. It was so noisy (from neighboring rooms, hallway, entertainment outside). We couldn’t fall asleep by midnight. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The staff was unenthusiastic. When I complained regarding the room and the problem with the shower the staff giggled and made fun of it. Even a formal complaint with the front desk manager brought no apology. This is way far from being a 4 star hotel. I’ve been traveling the world for now 35 years and I never ever experienced this and this was the second time in my life I left the hotel and chose another one.
