Restaurant and bar its exelent and service its exclusive. Personal are very respectphul and friendly. Alexander and Mercedez they where profesional waitres and helphul .

Friendly staff, elevator, walkable, restaurant breakfast and dinner excellent

The only thing is that the staff at the reception should check in visitors by checking their license prior of entering the property; including delivery staff from restaurants around the area. I was victim of scam and I was not able to find out who he was but he was able to get into the property up to my room. Security levels should be increased. Notwithstanding service overall was excellent.

The restaurant is amazing and probably the only reason I would stay here again. Wow. Good vibe and food. And the staff there get a 10/10. Thursday nights!

My first time at this hotel and it was good. You would expect for the price that it would be a modest accomidation. Melina exceeded that expectation. The staff was welcoming and ready to assist. The breakfast was buffet and also exceeded my expectation. Hot water, AC, electronic locks, restaurant on site, TV, all exceptional. My only issue was that I was on the first floor and didnt have a window in my room. I guess if I were staying longer than 1 night, i would have asked for a diffrent room. That is it, everything else was easily above par. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I VISIT HIGUEY FOR MY NEXT RUNNING EVENT.

I actually booked this hotel only the day before. When I arrived for check-in, Naidelis and Yelitza were so nice and helpful. And Ramon and Danny were great too! I actually had to move my room as the internet was not so good, and they moved me without hesitation! Great 3-day stay and the bar/restaurant was full of energy!

Lo mejor en higuey, kareoke los jueves, parqueo seguro,bien barato, habitaciones exelentemente comodas y confortable,en el centro de todo.

The place is very comfortable and peaceful, with a lot of space in the room. I would have liked the hotel to have food service, but they do the convenience of being able to order from local restaurant.

Nice hotel. They're prices have gone up since they include the new restaurant but the breakfast is very good. My only complaint is that there is never enough space for parking

We liked that it was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is buffet style and has a big variety and their food is delicious.

Guys I can’t stress enough how many problems I had with this hotel. Got scammed out of so much money and everything they said they kept going back on. If you absolutely are desperate and need to stay one night then it’s okay, but other than that it’s honestly horrible. The rooms are incredibly small; smaller than a NY apartment stereotype small. The hotel is noisy no matter which floor level you’re on. The breakfast was not that good. I saw roaches crawling around in the hallways, but not in the rooms. I didn’t like that they charge locals one price and outsiders more than double the price. Of course they don’t know that because they didn’t know I spoke Spanish. They’re always looking to overprice everything if they can get away with it. The bathroom had slight mold growing from 2 different corners that I could see. They only have Netflix and YouTube, so if you want something outside of that, good luck. The WiFi kept going in and out, so that wasn’t stable either. The breakfast is not worth it. You could get a bigger and better breakfast somewhere around the hotel. The location is in the ghetto, so be warned. The staff were wonderful outside of the lying. I’m not sure if it was lying or that they didn’t know how to do their jobs? They were professional nonetheless. The biggest problem I personally had was that we didn’t pre-pay for the hotel, we paid at walk in and they still charged us for the week even though we left before check out the next day. Scam. Avoid

Hotel centrico, personal amable. Lamentablemente mi baño olia mucho a orina y la joven de recepcion solo me dijo que lo lamentaba y yo tuve que solicitarle cloro y un suape y ella lo subio y lo paso sin embargo entiendo que el baño debia ser mejor higinizado y no que yo tuviera que ponerme a limpiarlo para garantizar la seguridad de mi familia. Debajo del inodoro habia orina no se si es que el inodoro esta mal instalado y tiene una fuga o simplemente fue que no limpiaron mi baño hab201. El ruido de movimiento de mobiliario en la noche y en la madrugada desde las 6am es horrible. Al parecer estabamos debajo del restaurante. El joven de recepcion solo actuo sorprendido no creo ser la primera persona que se ha quejado de eso. deberian de orientar al personal del restaurante si saben que tienen habitaciones debajo. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y completo y los camareros son muy atentos.

We stay for one week and the experience was amazing!! A very nice boutique hotel with and amazing staff. The restaurant's food was delicious, the rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. I recommend this hotel 100%. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!!

No windows means no air circulations so yiu can imagine the smell every time i walked in the room . They had an airfilter thing that woukd read full within hours after its change after the 2nd change i told them forget it. Blackout happened 2 nights out kf the 5 night i was there, the blackout happened multiple times in a matter of 2 hours. Took a little while for generator to kick in but i am grateful they even had one. Its for sure in the hood. The walk way is narrow with only one way out from your room if theres a fire not sure if anyone would survived. The front desk staff dont speak english and very rude except for one young lady not sure the spelling of her name but its start with Geneisu not sure but she is the only one who speak english and very kind. She is sweet and kind. She is extremely valuable to this hotel. I booked them because of the review however if i knew what i have learned i would have never ever stayed there not even free of charge. I do believe if the people who did these 5 star reviewed were not being paid or loved ones of the owner , the probably never been any other place before to understand what 4 to 5 start service looks like. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé . Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre qui est étrange mais qui coupe les bruits de la rue. Le lit était très confortable .

Staff very friendly and helpful ,my wife was in a wheel chair and access was ok but could use small ramps at entry levels .we were placed on the main floor and rooms had no windows very costraphobic.They could use a coffee bar as there were no food or drink other than water available

This property was better than some of the resorts I stayed in. Very clean and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside I found was there was very limited spoken English.

Natalia was excellent during check in, fast and nice. In the morning there is a great breakfast. Definitively will stay again!

The receptionist doesn't speak english and seem uniterested to even assist.

I loved this Place, staff members are excellent! Gabriela, Wilneliz Jeremy are very pleasant courteous and knows the area! Hosekeeping staff is superior ANA IS THE BEST! I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone, going to Punta Cana. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Gabriela and Wilneliz I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Super extra Clean! This part I really loved! Super Extra Clean!!! Would stay again in the future!

Al camino al hotel, el GPS me debió a otro destino a localizarme con el hotel, el señor encargado esa noche, si aseguró que yo llegara bien, me guío hasta yo llegar. El servicio personal de todos los empleados muy amable, muy cariñoso, muy profesional, el restaurante excelente, soy chef y el sabor de la comida que le digo más que bueno. Muchísimas gracias por todo su servicio, que Dios lo bendiga y se me estaba quedando otra cosita la decoración bellísima. A la jovencita y el señor encargado de frente, muchísimas gracias, ustedes dos me hicieron sentir en familia. Volveré de nuevo. Excelente experiencia.

The hotel is really nice, the food at the restaurant was good, the only thing i didn't enjoy was the area.

The shower in my bathroom didn't work which was a drag. Also, a guy with a bullhorn planted himself at their front door and was going off about something all morning. Very annoying. The staff were nice. The breakfast was not very good. Decent facility, but not enough to make up for the problems.

This was a last minute booking and we were able to check in and be accommodated to our room, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our only suggestions would be: we did not have hot water for the shower, not sure if there was a switch to turn on (as some places in DR have a separate switch for the hit water tank) also the room has a musty smell to it, this went away as soon as we had turned on the AC to air it out, so perhaps hotel members or housekeeping may keep this little consideration in mind, and lastly, the included breakfast did not have much available we were there between 8-am-9-am and we’re limited to jam and cheese sandwhich or mashed or pure yucca. No biggie but just the thought.
