Trulli bbalberobello

This was a very different stay and we loved it. Outstanding beautiful area and room.

Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. He asked us to pay €350 and then €400. He called the Expedia agent in Italia through phone so I told to him that I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because the water leaking and it is noisy plus he didn’t honor the agreement price €299.84 confirmed by Expedia. He doesn’t have the credit card authorization machine and forced me to pay in cash €400. He said he would call the police to kick us out so I handed €300 to him and asked the receipt but until now he didn’t provide me any receipt. We learnt a good lesson that he prefers doing a business under the table and I can’t believe it that Expedia doing a business with scammer !

Staying in a Trulli is unique. It was cozy and well appointed. Not right in town but only a 10 minute walk. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Our Trullo one bedroom junior suite was amazing. Everything was fantastic. The owner even drove to pick us up upon arrival when we got a little lost. We highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Fantastic trulli‼️ fantastic place to stay, immaculately clean and the owner Mariano could not have been nicer, he was incredibly accommodating, I was embarrassed that we were arriving so late but it did not seem to bother him at all. The pictures are true to life, incredibly clean and had everything you could ever need. I can’t wait to return.
