Nice renovation on a old hotel. Great bed..clean room. Hot breakfast but minimal options. I think at at 7.0 rating its a bit low...its better than that. Friendly staff.

It was terrible. I called ahead to see if they had tractor trailer parking and was told they did. I booked the room based on that. I get there is no room for my truck. I tried to cancel and get a refund. They refused saying they had parking available. Came bake to hotel and had to have cars moved so I could get to where they wanted me to park. Had to do a 20 point turn just to get in the space. In the morning I was blocked in and had to scrape my trailer just to get out. The elevators only work intermittently. The first room I got had a tv that didn't work. I called the front desk and they said no one was available to fix it. They wanted me to just deal with it. I asked them for another room if they wouldn't fix it and they acted like like I was imposing on them. The next day I got back to the hotel after working and I couldn't get into the spot. They came out to yell at me about blocking the front but offered me no assistance in getting cars moved so I could get in. They didn't clean my room but cleaned my coworkers room and through out his dirty clothes.

We were here Friday-Sunday for a baseball tournament. We stayed in room 126. Outside of our room and all throughout the property outdoors smelled like a dead animal. At times it was intolerable. I asked the front desk about it and they said a truck had dumped a load of manure in the parking lot of the gas station beside the hotel. There were flies EVERYWHERE and if you left your door open for any length of time they would come in the room. I feel like the flies were from the manure. The breakfast was powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. The pool and pool area were clean. Our room was clean. When we first got there it smelled but once we turned the air conditioner on, we didnt smell it again. I think it was just stale from not being used. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The towels were bright white and smelled clean. Our bathroom was clean. Overall, our experience was good. The room was nice, and the property manager is working at keeping it up, but it is an older property. All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very satisfactory.

We chose this property for the pool. Only to get here and be told it isn’t open yet. ??? It’s 95 degrees. We rode over 300 miles to get here as a half way stop to next location. Being on the motorcycle sweating Terribly… we could not WAIT to jump into the pool. Sad. Other issues as well but this put a damper on our stay

Room was extremely clean. Shower pressure could be improved with higher-flow shower heads. We had our dog with us and there was only grass on the grounds at the back of the hotel; the other unpaved areas were rock islands. Unfortunately, it was strewn with a lot of broken glass and litter.The back needs to be cleaned up. Finally, they ran out of bread to make toast at 8:30 AM despite that breakfast is served from 6-9 AM.

Overall it was fine.The AC worked great and check in was easy. But the bathroom, shower, carpet and any high touch areas in the room were visibly dirty and in need of a deep professional cleaning.

The ac unit was not cleaned in a long time. Pubic hair under the two sheets on the bed and on the toilet lid when j walked into the bathroom. Office Chair was broken. Smelled like someone smoked even though i said nonsmoking room. Towels were very clean. I cleaned the ac unit and white towel turned almost completely black from dirt.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. There were bugs on the ceiling. Hair in the bathroom...mold in the bathroom. The bathtub faucets were cleaned ming off the wall.

Staff was great. Room 116 was clean, but bathroom was in terrible shape. Shower head had black mold on it. There was stuff all over the wall by the toilet and next to the shower. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the shower. There was nowhere near the shower to hang towels for use when getting out of the shower. Made staff aware when we were checking out, so hopefully they are able to make the necessary changes.

One of the worst stays ever. Really outdated, needs facelift. Bathroom door so swelled sounded like .22 when opened. Bathroom super small, you can barely get between door and commode. Toilet seat does not match toilet, too small.When you lie on mattresses you fell in a hole. Mattresses were stained, even if clean. Multiple holes in front door it appears the security latch has been ripped off. WiFi goes in and out, couldn’t stay on. “Free breakfast” with the powdered eggs the guy prepped in a microwave I wouldn’t give to my animals. TV was very tiny.

The front desk staff at check in and evening were very nice and helpful. Professional. The property needs repairs, the cleaning staff did not change or make bed, take trash or resupply towels, after we put linen and stuff outside room for pick up. Had to get bedding at 10:00pm! TV only had some channels and water in tub was very low pressure. Toilets are almost on the floor. Not ADA compliant.

There were a couple of things to critique: 1. The flushing mechanism for the toilet was defective. Fortunately, I understand how they work so I fixed it myself. 2. The water pressure for the shower was a little weak. 3. The bed was too soft for my liking.

The room was nice, and the property manager is working at keeping it up, but it is an older property. All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very satisfactory.

The front desk staff at check in and evening were very nice and helpful. Professional. The property needs repairs, the cleaning staff did not change or make bed, take trash or resupply towels, after we put linen and stuff outside room for pick up. Had to get bedding at 10:00pm! TV only had some channels and water in tub was very low pressure. Toilets are almost on the floor. Not ADA compliant.

There was a drunk man knocking on my room door when I arrived in the parking lot, I spoke with the Employee on duty that night and explained that to him. The employee try explaining to the gentleman that he was at the wrong room and that he had to leave. I ended up calling the police.

We were here Friday-Sunday for a baseball tournament. We stayed in room 126. Outside of our room and all throughout the property outdoors smelled like a dead animal. At times it was intolerable. I asked the front desk about it and they said a truck had dumped a load of manure in the parking lot of the gas station beside the hotel. There were flies EVERYWHERE and if you left your door open for any length of time they would come in the room. I feel like the flies were from the manure. The breakfast was powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. The pool and pool area were clean. Our room was clean. When we first got there it smelled but once we turned the air conditioner on, we didnt smell it again. I think it was just stale from not being used. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The towels were bright white and smelled clean. Our bathroom was clean. Overall, our experience was good. The office staff was extremely kind and very apologetic about the smell and flies but it really was beyond their control. I would stay here again.

We had our dog with us and there was only grass on the grounds at the back of the hotel; the other unpaved areas were rock islands. One of the worst stays ever. Really outdated, needs facelift. Bathroom door so swelled sounded like .22 when opened. Bathroom super small, you can barely get between door and commode. Toilet seat does not match toilet, too small.When you lie on mattresses you fell in a hole. Mattresses were stained, even if clean. Multiple holes in front door it appears the security latch has been ripped off. WiFi goes in and out, couldn’t stay on. “Free breakfast” with the powdered eggs the guy prepped in a microwave I wouldn’t give to my animals. TV was very tiny.

As far as Q Inns go, this one looked fine on the outside. Inside the bathroom tub nozzle almost fell c completely off when I pulled the shower knob ip. The toilet seat was so loose we both had a problem. There was one soap and the hairdryer had one speed.. On...and to get that to hapoen I had to push in the GFI. The handle got hot while in use. I have no clue when their last inspection was done but this place needs a lot of work. Even the wood ON THE INSIDE OF ALL THE DOORS was shreaded and torn up. I hate leaving bad reviews and I hated that I didn't get much rest. One redeeming feature, the breakfast area was tidy and clean.
