Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. I was confronted with self check in but didn't have a booking reference on the email I received so had to call for assistance. The staff member was lovely but very overworked. We attempted to get a meal at the restaurant attached, but were told they had reached their capacity as they had staff cutbacks and could only cater for a certain number. The next sitting was at 8.45pm. Waited a long time for our meal which was quite nice. I felt sorry for the staff who were trying their best to cope. Management needs to look seriously at the workload of staff. If the Premier Inn chain is reducing staff as in this case, they have lost me as a customer.

Everything was great. Maybe a usb charging point might have been good in the room. The only annoying thing was the shower gel dispenser in the bath. It didnt work. Luckily i had my own to hand.

Cette chaîne est très pratique pour les voyages en voiture, même si le parking en Angleterre est trop cher. Jamais de mauvaise surprise, les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées.
