We loved our stay. It felt like a home away from home. I wish I knew how good the shared kitchen facilities were before booking as we would have utilised them more! Cute shared garden too. Our room was big and clean. I would return. Only downside is its a little far to walk into the centre but theres a bus stop right outside!!

Nice garden and communal kitchen maintained by clients only. Our room was on a second floor without elevator .Stairs were difficult to handle for us late seventies and mid eighties. City center is a good 20 min walk , buses available .

Foi tudo excelente, atendimento, quarto e limpeza. A única coisa é que os quartos ficam no andar de cima e não tem elevador. Se você estiver com malas pesadas vai ter que fazer um esforço.

Eine großartige Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und individuell gestaltet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck noch etwas länger da lassen. Auch den Kühlschrank kann man mit nutzen. Fussläufig sind es 10-15 min ins Zentrum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Perfekt ist der kleine Garten, indem man morgens in Ruhe frühstücken kann

Lovely room with en-suite. Plenty of space, air con, kettle, hairdryer all in the room. There was also a kitchen available for guests to cook with plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and glasses - perfect for a chilled night in with dinner in the lovely terraced back garden. Fridge also had allocated space for each room to store items in. The hotel itself is a 10 minute walk into the old town and 10 minutes from Verona Porta Vescova train station making it ideal for travellers without a car.

Fantastic pearl in 15 minutes walk from historic center of Verona. Nice and unique design of every corner of Casa simply amazing. Jelena that met us at reception gave us so many tips and information regarding the city, what to do and what to visit. It's like we had our own guide for 2 days. :) Backyard with wonderful grapes and many other herbs and plants is like an oasis for tired travelers. If you book Casa you never will be dissapointed. :)

Casa Babbunio is gorgeous, quirky but comfortable. The owners and staff are really friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. Its got some great facilities, beautiful garden to chill after a day sightseeing or sit and read your book with a glass of wine, a kitchen with great coffee options and facilities to cook if you want to. The city Centre is accessible by bus foot and taxi. The Wi-Fi is great and there are smart TVs in the rooms and the Aircon is great in the rooms and they have a fridge as well, which is handy. The rooms are all themed. I stayed in the surf room. It was really cool. I would definitely stay there again if going back to Verona. Thank you Beatrice, Marco & Nailia!

Room was so lovely, interior is 10/10. The receptionist was nice and informative. The location is convenient, walking distance or easy bus access to the city center. The property also has its own garden and kitchen facilities. There are restaurants and cafes close by too. 1 tiny thing, website mentions Iron and adapters are available on request - which was not the case.

Las habitaciones están muy amplias, el baño muy amplio y la ambientación preciosa, el lobby muy agradable, los dueños muy atentos, casi en la puerta hay parada de autobús que te lleva al centro y a la estación de trenes. Sin duda volvería!!! Lo único es que si traes mucho equipaje no es una buena opción son muchas escaleras.

I spent 3 nights in the Surf Room & I cannot recommend it highly enough. This guesthouse is a haven especially after sightseeing all day. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated. Windows open to the garden courtyard so it was quiet & nice view. Kettle, fridge & TV is always great when travelling solo. You also have access to downstairs kitchen. The bathroom is big with walk in shower & there’s a hairdryer. The owner Marco was helpful & lovely to chat with. If you’re coming to Verona this is the best value for money & only about 700m walk from Vescova train station. Only 15-20 minute walk into old town. Only downside would be there is no lift & my room was on 2nd floor. Didn’t matter to me.

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. großes Zimmer. Sauberkeit war Ok, aber im Bad waren schon Abnützungen zu sehen. Klopapierhalter defekt, Schampoo leer, Duschgelspender defekt. .. in der Dusche gibt auch schon den ein oder anderen unschönen Fleck.

Ik vond het verblijf fantastisch. Op 20 minuten ben je te voet in het centrum. In het centrum is alles vlakbij. Het is er zeer proper en gezellig.

La casa è stata ristrutturata in modo egregio, mantenendo il vecchio ma adattato all’epoca attuale, pulizia ottima, comfi i letti e anche la cucina dove ci si può preparare la colazione, molto gradita l’acqua offerta in camera, grande disponibilità della proprietaria, noi abbiamo parcheggiato le bici nel cortile interno a disposizione con tavoli sedie e poltroncine, la posizione è ottima x visitare Verona, non c’è nulla da cambiare

Wir sind super lieb begrüßt worden und hatten ein wunderschönes riesiges Zimmer. Wir fanden es super schön, dass die Zimmer alle anderen Themen hatten! Alles war blitzeblank sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war toll einen Kaffee morgens in dem süßen Garten zu trinken und immer Sprudelwasser sich anzapfen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sono stato in questa struttura per 2 notti, dal 17 al 19 novembre, insieme alla mia ragazza e devo dire che scelta migliore non potevamo fare. L'accoglienza è stata subito speciale da parte della proprietaria, la stanza e tutta la struttura super pulite, posizione ottima sia per vicinanza al centro sia per i collegamenti degli autobus a qualsiasi ora. Se dovessi tornare a Verona non esiterei nemmeno un istante a prenotare a casa babbuino. Grazie ancora per la vostra gentilezza, alla prossima.

Marco and his wife have created a very special place in Verondetta. We got upgraded to the "Surfer" room and where invited to an "after-party" with wine/spirit tasting (because they hosted an event that evening). They made us feel like friends, not guests. If in Verona, you have to stay in "Casa Babbuino".

I spent 3 nights in the Surf Room & I cannot recommend it highly enough. This guesthouse is a haven especially after sightseeing all day. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated. Windows open to the garden courtyard so it was quiet & nice view. Kettle, fridge & TV is always great when travelling solo. You also have access to downstairs kitchen. The bathroom is big with walk in shower & there’s a hairdryer. The owner Marco was helpful & lovely to chat with. If you’re coming to Verona this is the best value for money & only about 700m walk from Vescova train station. Only 15-20 minute walk into old town. Only downside would be there is no lift & my room was on 2nd floor. Didn’t matter to me.

I stayed there for two nights with my boyfriend as part of a stopover and were very impressed at the lengths the staff and the owners went to to make us feel welcome and included. The room was also very spacious and the communal garden was a very nice touch.

Eine großartige Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und individuell gestaltet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Casa Babbunio is gorgeous, quirky but comfortable. The owners and staff are really friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. Its got some great facilities, beautiful garden to chill after a day sightseeing or sit and read your book with a glass of wine, a kitchen with great coffee options and facilities to cook if you want to. We loved our stay. It felt like a home away from home. I wish I knew how good the shared kitchen facilities were before booking as we would have utilised them more! Cute shared garden too. Our room was big and clean. I would return. Only downside is its a little far to walk into the centre but theres a bus stop right outside!!

Lovely room with en-suite. Plenty of space, air con, kettle, hairdryer all in the room. There was also a kitchen available for guests to cook with plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and glasses - perfect for a chilled night in with dinner in the lovely terraced back garden. Fridge also had allocated space for each room to store items in. The hotel itself is a 10 minute walk into the old town and 10 minutes from Verona Porta Vescova train station making it ideal for travellers without a car.

Las habitaciones están muy amplias, el baño muy amplio y la ambientación preciosa, el lobby muy agradable, los dueños muy atentos, casi en la puerta hay parada de autobús que te lleva al centro y a la estación de trenes. Sin duda volvería!!! Lo único es que si traes mucho equipaje no es una buena opción son muchas escaleras.

Nice garden and communal kitchen maintained by clients only. Our room was on a second floor without elevator .Stairs were difficult to handle for us late seventies and mid eighties. City center is a good 20 min walk , buses available .

Room was so lovely, interior is 10/10. The receptionist was nice and informative. The location is convenient, walking distance or easy bus access to the city center. The property also has its own garden and kitchen facilities. Everything was great. Highly recommend. This not a classic B&B as no in-house breakfast is offered but rather a nearby cafe with discounted breakfast option. Verona's old town is a tourist zoo (...for both good and silly reasons) but it does have charming back streets to decompress. We felt lucky to be able to spend the hottest part of a heat wave in our lovely central air conditioned room and then experience the coliseum for a very special late evening event. We also happened to be there during an organ music festival. So I'd say it's well worth to research the cultural events during your stay. That Romeo & Juliet balcony is not one of them.

Very cute hotel with a very friendly staff in a cute neighbourhood. Unfortunately our room on the 2nd floor (Babbuino Guiotto) was under a room that was extremely loud all night. You could hear the people upstairs walking with shoes, talking and singing at 2 am. Also loud noice from the stairs when people went in and out. It woke up our kids several times every night and made the stay not perfect. Otherwise cute place

Positive: The hotel itself is good, it’s easy to communicate with the receptionist, there’s drinkable water by the reception, there’s kitchen but was too warm to be in, and the room I stayed at was big and cozy. It’s a bit far from the city center but very walkable. Negative: The entrance door isn’t easy to find because there isn’t a big sign on top of it. The sink in my room was a bit clogged and took a while to drain and the shower head was loose (I could have told the personnel but I was only staying for a couple of days). The location was a bit dodgy and I asked the receptionst about it and they said they’ve been out late before and nothing ever happened to them. Nonetheless, if I get to come back to Verona I’d definitely stay here again.
