Close to the Ocean, had a grass patch with chairs to sunbathe, very clean, beautiful, big room, has a store to buy food and other necessities, also has a restaurant and a pool bar. Great amenities, we loved it!😊

The pool and beach area was great for kids. The entire property was always clean, never had to wait for elevators and service was great. A lot of restaurants and shops were easily walkable. Room had plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, and all appliances. It made it easy to cook breakfast everyday. Family of four stayed in a one bedroom, and the pull out couch was convenient. Ocean front room has nice balcony with great views of the ocean and beach. Self parking was also included with the reasonable resort fee. Broadway at the beach is only about a 5 minute drive. Will return.

Wonderful property. Felt immediate excellent customer service at valet to front desk. Very friendly and offered good tips about the area. The unit was very nice. Newer construction and had all the needed amenities if not more. Fitness center was very nice too. Elevators were modern and easy to use. Parking was a block away but not too inconvenient. Bravo to the staff!

This property is in prime location. Walk outside to downtown Myrtle Beach next to the Sky Wheel. The room was very nice, clean, full kitchen, laundry, large balcony, and quiet. There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Staff held our luggage before and after check in/out. Easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

I’ve never been in such a HUGE one bedroom condo like hotel! I only wish the jacuzzi and shower were hotter, but they were fine! I’ll def come with the kids since the indoor kid play room was so next level!!

Spent Easter weekend at this property. Had an awesome time. Only downside is a guest vandalized the pool area and it was closed during our stay because they had to clean the area and remove the water from the pool. It finally opened on Sunday when we were leaving. Also they do not clean rooms daily anymore like they use too. Overall good stay though.

I like this hotel, but the amount of cockroaches on the balcony and pool area was out of control. The response was that Palmetto bugs are native to the area. So are mosquitos but I don’t expect to get eaten alive when I’m at a resort, at home maybe, not at a hotel. 1 hot tub was warm, the other cold. Expect better from a Hilton, especially one trying to sell timeshares.

The hotel itself is very nice with beautiful ocean front views and two nice big pools. I love having access to a washer and dryer in my room. Unfortunately the staff never did a full room cleaning despite being asked multiple times. Sheets weren’t changed on the beds all week despite requesting it. There were also several spiders found in the room. The staff was very slow to respond to any concerns. Self parking is located across the street and down the block. In order to valet, you have to pay an additional $25 a day. The area nearby got a little sketchy at night, giving more of Seaside, NJ vibes, not so family friendly. There also happened to be a shooting just several blocks down from the hotel while we were there.

This was our first time experiencing this type of property, e.g., what appears to be a mix of hotel and timeshares. The location of the hotel is amazing, and the fact that all views are ocean views was impressive. However, that stops here. The room itself was in good condition, but DIRTY. The floors were dirty, and we are the type of people who take shoes off inside. Our feet were dirty within minutes of walking on the floors (LVP, thankfully not carpet). The bedding was the cheapest kind, with the blanket between two sheets instead of a duvet cover. The worst were the towels: they were stained and so old you could see through them (photo option does not upload). We had to call for new towels. The first time, they brought newer towels, but the next time it was back to nasty towels that I would only use for a rag to clean something. This definitely was NOT the quality we expected from Hilton, and certainly we would not want to stay at this particular property again. On positive, there were pools, a pool bar, and easy access to the beach. On more negatives, food sold at the hotel was just gross.

Our room was absolutely wonderful! We had an ocean view and it was simply perfect. The rooms were spotless, clean, and spacious. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. All staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean—from the lobby to the rooms, you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Every team member I interacted with was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ve already booked my next visit!

This is the best hotel in Myrtle Beach. From the minute we got there to the minute we left, they make you feel like you are their top priority. The rooms are spacious with great views. The location is minutes away from all the main activities in town. And the security is top notch.

The location is great and the beach access is amazing. We had an incredible view of the ocean and the two bedroom unit was very spacious. We were on the 14th floor and the shower water never got hot. The parking is about a half block away, but it was easy to get in and out.

It’s a beautiful property and had everything we needed. Gym, kids area and restaurant were clean and nice to have onsite. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and great view. Noise from Flavor Hills is annoying for those cooler nights you want to leave the balcony doors open. TV and Internet were occasionally spotty. Overall a nice place.

Incredible condition. Room was fabulous. Would have liked to know more abt renting the private balcony spaces above the pool. A mention or suggestion might have been all it took to hook me. At full capacity, the pool was very busy and often had nowhere to sit. One of the hot tubs was cold.

Enjoyed our stay, however the sofa bed mattress was absolutely disgusting and uncomfortable. It may have been two inches thick. It was more like a cot than a mattress.

ELEVATOR NOISE!! Beware of rooms next to the elevators. The mechanical clanking all night kept waking us up. We love this place and will keep coming back but this time we had room 605B and the elevators were across the hall and they are way to noisy. Will make sure we re away from the elevators moving forward.

We've stayed here in the past mainly because of the friendly staff, excellent facility and great location. You can park the car and walk to nearly every destination easily. This year we stayed a week and as always thoroughly enjoyed every day. Even though we stayed a week we were only offered one visit by housekeeping. Would think at least two visits would be proper. Bed pillows are hard and heavy. Brought my own this time so I could get some sleep. Other than that, no real complaints. Would be nice if you could order food from your umbrella on the beach and have it delivered. I'm sure the hotel would make a lot of extra income providing this service.

Received an email offering early check in. I replied and accepted the fee so we would have 10 am check in. Got up at 4 am on check in day and drove the 4 hours to the hotel just to find they had no idea what we were talking about even though I showed them the email I received from them. So we got to sit around their lobby for 5 hours hoping to get our room. Ended up getting our room shortly AFTER normal check in time. Ridiculous.
Received an email offering early check in. I replied and accepted the fee so we would have 10 am check in. Hotel receptionist named Mary, was extremely rude along with the night manager named Carli. Carli was so outrageous and obnoxious that when I was writing her name from her name tag, spelled it out as if I couldn't see. She also said, I booked with a third party as if it was the greatest sin on earth. Mary called me a liar when I told her someone had given me an extra hour since I was Diamond as a courtesy, then she said no one would ever offer that. She then goes to the back and Carli the night manager, echoed the same statement and said Mary was such a nice person. Maybe she is, but neither were to me. Not sure what their problem is, but I'll let Hilton take the wheel from here.

Cleanliness and friendly staff were part of the experience from the moment we walked through the doors for check-in, until the moment we left. We'll be back again. Property was absolutely beautiful. The only knock that we have is we had an early flight and talked to the concierge about needing our car that we had valet parked very early in the morning and was instructed to call the number on our valet ticket as they were available 24 hours a day. The next morning we started calling at 3:00 AM and there was no answer. After calling for a half hour we went to the lobby and was told that you need to call the front desk after hours to get a valet parked vehicle. I tried to tell the associate that she may want to let the concierge know that they were tell customers something different she started laughing like it wasn't a big deal. I told her that we had been calling the valet for about a half hour she continued to laugh and acknowledged that she heard the valet phone ringing knowing someone needed their car. Maybe it was just too early in the morning but it didn't find the situation humorous. I will say we made our flight in plenty of time so it worked out but was a frustrating situation.

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Stay Away! I recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, and what was supposed to be a relaxing 4-day getaway turned into a complete nightmare. On the second night of my stay, the hotel decided to pre-authorize my card — mid-trip. My bank flagged the charge as potential fraud, as many do with unusual transactions, which is entirely understandable. What is not understandable is the hotel’s outrageous response. Less than 10 minutes after sending a text alerting me of the declined charge, two security guards were banging on my door late at night, demanding immediate payment as if I were some kind of criminal. This was not a knock or a polite check-in — it was aggressive, inappropriate, and deeply unsettling. I explained the situation and told them this could easily be resolved in the morning. Instead, I had to scramble to call my bank, get the charge approved, get dressed, and go down to the lobby late at night to avoid being thrown out of the hotel. For a property under the Hilton brand, this was an inexcusable display of poor judgment, terrible customer service, and total disregard for guest comfort and dignity. I felt harassed, humiliated, and completely unsafe. I will never stay at this location again and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Myrtle Beach has plenty of options — don’t waste your money or peace of mind here. Hilton should be ashamed.

Our room was absolutely wonderful! We had an ocean view and it was simply perfect. The rooms were spotless, clean, and spacious. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. All staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

The girl that checked us in didn’t have the best “people skills” she wasn’t rude but just not the right person to be on the front desk, mumbled, no eye contact and just the attitude of “I really don’t want to be here” again, she wasn’t rude but not the person you want greeting guests

This is the best hotel in Myrtle Beach. From the minute we got there to the minute we left, they make you feel like you are their top priority. The rooms are spacious with great views. The location is minutes away from all the main activities in town. And the security is top notch.

Love this hotel, it is super safe, luxurious and has all the amenities you could ask for in a resort. Walking distance to the very best German restaurant in the south that has been around for over 50 years, Cafe Vienna, and on the boardwalk- so go get out of the hotel and walk down the amazing boardwalk. I have stayed here over 10 times when I'm in town for work and it never disappoints

The hotel itself is very nice with beautiful ocean front views and two nice big pools. I love having access to a washer and dryer in my room. Unfortunately the staff never did a full room cleaning despite being asked multiple times. Sheets weren’t changed on the beds all week despite requesting it. There were also several spiders found in the room. The staff was very slow to respond to any concerns. Self parking is located across the street and down the block. In order to valet, you have to pay an additional $25 a day. The area nearby got a little sketchy at night, giving more of Seaside, NJ vibes, not so family friendly. There also happened to be a shooting just several blocks down from the hotel while we were there.

This property is in prime location. Walk outside to downtown Myrtle Beach next to the Sky Wheel. The room was very nice, clean, full kitchen, laundry, large balcony, and quiet. There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Staff held our luggage before and after check in/out. Easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

On the beach. Very convenient. Traffic on the strip gets crowded Friday/Saturday nights, but if you use parking garage you can avoid that. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed.

I enjoy coming back to this property every other year to celebrate our anniversary. However, this time the bed was very uncomfortable and the food in the restaurant was disappointing. Aside from that, the room was clean as always just need to make changes with the food and the mattress.

Everything was okay except for one detail: the guys from the vallet parking service expecting for tips. For a service that costs $25 dollars per day, I wouldn't expect to pay extra for their services. Some of the crew members were rude in joking "Nice of You" to my wife when she didn't give them nothing. This means a lot in how the hotel hire their people.

We enjoyed a brief but fantastic stay in a two bedroom oceanfront suite/condo. We loved everything about the accommodations. The property was very clean , the accommodations were very up to date and had everything you could need. The unit was very spacious and comfortable .The common areas were also very nice and well maintained. We ordered breakfast on the mobile app from Provisions Market onsite and we were all highly impressed with the freshly prepared meal. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the MB area.

It’s a beautiful property and had everything we needed. Gym, kids area and restaurant were clean and nice to have onsite. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and great view. Noise from Flavor Hills is annoying for those cooler nights you want to leave the balcony doors open. TV and Internet were occasionally spotty. Overall a nice place.

The property is gorgeous. Stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom condo. Bed was comfy. Space was quiet and great for completing virtual meetings. Loved but didn’t need the full kitchen. Shower was fantastic. Check in took entirely too long but that’s my only complaint. I pay ahead with Expedia and usually breeze right in and out but this location made it a process. Others were enjoying the pool and hot tub. It was an easy walk to dinner. Would stay again.

This was our first time experiencing this type of property, e.g., what appears to be a mix of hotel and timeshares. The location of the hotel is amazing, and the fact that all views are ocean views was impressive. However, that stops here. The room itself was in good condition, but DIRTY. The floors were dirty, and we are the type of people who take shoes off inside. Our feet were dirty within minutes of walking on the floors (LVP, thankfully not carpet). The bedding was the cheapest kind, with the blanket between two sheets instead of a duvet cover. The worst were the towels: they were stained and so old you could see through them (photo option does not upload). We had to call for new towels. The first time, they brought newer towels, but the next time it was back to nasty towels that I would only use for a rag to clean something. This definitely was NOT the quality we expected from Hilton, and certainly we would not want to stay at this particular property again. On positive, there were pools, a pool bar, and easy access to the beach. On more negatives, food sold at the hotel was just gross.

Very nice place to stay. The best part was Phil from the Sports Bar, located inside the hotel. Very personable, professional, and a lot of good energy. Also, good drinks, good food. Thanks, Phil, for making my family feel at home!

This is a great place to stay! We increased our stay this time. The valet and service staff are wonderful. We wish the wider boardwalk extended further. The atmosphere from the resort to the end of the boardwalk is good. Once you get past a certain point, the atmosphere changed and not in a good way. Needs a better menu for onsite grille. As long as the resort and service remain great, we’ll be back.

Pros: maintained well, up to date, a lot nicer than vast majority of other oceanfront hotels in Myrtle Beach, awesome room layout (separate bedroom with door), fully furnished kitchen with trial sizes of dishwashing and laundry detergent, partial ocean view is still very nice especially when higher up, loved that the shower has a separate sprayer with a hose, Crabtree & Evelyn shower products. Cons: no one wanted to help get a cart for us to use to bring up our luggage (we had to use our beach cart and make multiple trips), went to the Starbucks within the hotel and no actual Starbucks workers was working just hotel staff and they made our drink completely wrong, the parking garage is 2 blocks away if you don’t pay for valet parking.

Had an oceanfront suite. The room was superb. Spacious and clean and a perfect view. The only issue I have with this place is check in and check out, although this is becoming worse among all hotels. Check out was 10 am, which to me is ridiculously early. Then check in is 4 pm which is ridiculously late. And they didn’t even have my room ready at 4. I had to stand in the lobby for a half hour before it was ready. The woman checking me in wasn’t very concerned about it as I only got a room at 4:30 after I had to go back to the desk again. If not for the poor check in experience this is a 9/10 hotel.
