Our room was aweful. The chair leg was broken (gone), we found a marijuana cartridge under the chair, no cable for the tv & then the remote never worked, lots of hair in the bathtub. Staff was not very helpful & acted like we were bothering them, we never got a new chair or remote after telling staff. Had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch, which was aweful, & staff acted like that was a problem. We only got 1 key card because they didn’t have enough to give us 2. The birds in the parking lot were horrible & pooped all over our cars, I mean covered it. We were there for the 911 Memorial stair climb for firefighters, & was sooo disappointed in our hotel accommodations. The pool was under construction & was not told this at booking & the breakfast was a joke!!! They had a pancake machine but the pancakes were the size of a half dollar, no joke. That was the only hot food they served. Would not recommend & definitely will never stay there again.

If i could submit photos Id show a bathroom door thatd been kicked in before, 5 gallons of spackling trying to cover fist sized holes, a pool with a foot of green alge ontop of cover, stains on walls and black hair in bed. I ended up showering and sleeping in my truck at jobsite as i pulled the covers back and it seems like they made the bed without changing sheets from previous guest. One positive is they had amazing water pressure so that was a plus though.

This hotel was filthy. Even my 10 yr olds were grossed out by the dirt and hair all over the bathroom, in the sink, on the counters. We even found hair in the microwave when we opened it. The hot (lukewarm) water only lasts about 4 minutes, and the water line has air in it, so it sort of spits water along with air bubbles We didnt attempt breakfast because when we checked in at 9pm, there was still leftover food on several tables from the earlier guests. The hallway near the gym was lined with industrial sized bags of trash and the whole 1st floor smelled like the dump, saved only by a powerful fan that blows an air freshner at you when you walk in the front door. The hallway floor by the gym has a large whole that is covered only with carpet. I unknowlingly stepped in it and went flying. There were obvious prostitutes in the hall, and as we were leaving I had to explain to the kids why a man was wearing a large device around his ankle (ankle monitor). Dont let the photos fool you. This place is a total dump and the staff are impossible to find and wont answer the phone.

The hotel is old and in poor condition. Half of the curtain sheer was missing. Houskeeping was limited to changing out towels...bed not made, trash not emptied. Breakfast was minimal and poorly stocked. I will not stay at this hotel again and encourage others to avoid it.

The breakfast was not so great. The elevator smelled like cigarettes. But overall it was ok It was not the best but I had a quit night sleep.

There was no fruit or other options for food. The roof in the lobby area was leaking the whole weekend. And having a person who is visually impaired it could have been a major safety issue. The room over all was decent, it was very large. The plugs were all over used and so did not take the chargers for phones making it a challenge to find plugs both in the wall and lamps that would work. The bathroom did not have a working fan to pull the steam out. The bed was large and actually comfortable. The room is marketed as "soundproof", that is not accurate. Doors closing could be heard at all hours. Room service did not come in to the room during the stay to do any refreshing. The person who checked us in said the room number out loud which is a safety concern. Likelihood is we will not stay again. Just enough things that made the stay not stellar for the price.

when we first arrived elevator was not working and had carry luggage luckily only to thee second floor. requests on the first floor because my wife has trouble with stairs. Bottom floor available had water issues. The next morning the elevator was working. Lastly you could hear a lot of the highway noise. the staff was friendly and concerned.

The only thing available for the breakfast one morning was a store bought sticky bun. It was quiet and the bed comfortable to sleep. Would not stay again.

The electrical system was compimised. Staff's answer was putting an extenion cord for our c-paps, phone chargers and one lamp. The room had an alcove that was not lit and we found ourselves having to use phone flashlight to see anything. Room had a musty smell and not clean. Carpets were warn an musty with a build up dire along floor boards.The roof was leaking and they had placed a trash can to catch the water. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and would give this hotel 0 stars, however I have to choose one stars in order to give a review.

Just for 1 night. It was ok. Breakfast wasnt good. Just waffle and cereal, and few small things. The towels in our room had spots on them and bed had stains also. Bathroom door wouldnt close.

Sheets were dirty and stained. Furniture was gross and worn. Bathroom did not work. Walls were scratched and bare. Area was extremely sketchy. We got here late and didn’t have a choice but to stay. Initially they gave us a room missing the added sofa we paid for and then they gave us a different room and acted like it was an upgrade. The room was filthy. I’d like a refund.

Smelled wet and moldy in room. Lamp plug ins didnt work so i had to move the bed to plug my phone in. Couch had a big stain. Hair dryer didnt work. Place was just pure filth

Room was clean.. Ish. I counted 11 dead beetles and spiders on the floor. Towels had stains on them. And not sure but looked liked there were dried up blood in the sink. And a weird orange stain on the bathroom wall. Toilet acted likenit didnt want to flush.

Their ports used for a breakfast is laughable considering that they have a machine that offers orange juice which is the most watered down orange juice I've ever tasted in my life the apple juice was actually legitimate refreshingly enough but the cranberry juice was just water and then they had a refrigerator that informed you that there was milk inside of it but was only to be used for cereal and nothing else. I didn't dare even try to use the waffle maker it looked like it was out of commission anyway it was so bad. I can't stress this enough the whole entire place is going to hell. The shower didn't drain there was nasty dirt and grime on every single wall possible and these people had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit. I wanted to say how the hell do you charge a deposit for a room that's already broken that's not going to be my $50 that pays for all that damage that was already there so I took a video to prove all the damage that was there ahead of time. When I was getting ready to check out I stepped outside my door and discovered that the front desk lady was standing right on the other side of the door listening to my conversation I was having with my friends for some reason and I informed her how the lamp that was plugged into the wall just exploded on the power cord and charred their floor just randomly and completely scared the hell out of me. The electrical wiring in this place is not safe. Could hear electrical arcing every time I plug my cell phone

I ended up moving rooms after my first night because my room sprang a leak from what appeared to be the bathroom exhaust vent. That would explain the water damage and mold in the bathroom. My room also did not have a functional TV. After moving rooms I was placed upstairs across from the elevator which was where the only vending and ice machine for the hotel were located. I would have preferred a lower traffic area. The second room also had water damage and mold in the bathroom but it was better. This room had broken furniture. The TV in this room was also broken. Glad I didn't do anything but sleep in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and polite despite an internet delay. The room was y spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff weren’t really welcoming and there was a very distinct smell of weed as I walked in to the lobby. I stayed there as I was too tired. Room was clean and rather large.

The service was terrible. The room didn’t have a bolt lock. I did not feel secure. The hotel desk clerk insisted that I stay on the first floor when there were available rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor which is where I wanted to be. The clerk also insisted to escort me to my room when I cleared stated I was ok with making it to my room with my family. The room was dirty.

Friendly staff, filthy room (it stunk of cigarettes), incompetent and unattentive management. I left disgusted and found another hotel, and it took management 72 hours to issue a refund. For a little more money, one can stay at a much better place.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived at 6:30 to check in and our room is not ready. We were told to go wait in our car and that someone would come out and get us when it was ready. Nobody came out. I can back about 29 minutes later and the room was ready. We had one towel and my husband, infant and I had to share it because when my husband went to the front desk nobody was there and when I called the front desk nobody answered. Before we realized that we needed more towels the housekeeping lady (that was dressed in regular clothes, no name tag or anything) just used her card key and tried to come into our room but luckily I had latched the door and she said that she didn’t realize that we had already checked in but she was dropping off toilet paper. ALL NIGHT LONG people were RUNNING through the hotel and two dogs were fighting outside our door. We have a six week old infant so use your imagination on how fun that was. The coffee packets in the room were all decaf and we didn’t have any coffee cups anyways. This trip was for a family member’s funeral so it was stressful enough and getting no sleep was just the icing on the cake. We will NOT be returning to this dump box.

The stay was fine. The breakfast was not anything special. Could have been cleaner. My main issue was noticing the outside side door was unlocked so anyone could have come in and that is not safe for any of the occupants.

The property needs some updates. The room was dirty and there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door. Felt unsafe for a single woman and her cat. Woke early and left immediately.

Fantastic for the price. Adjust your expectations. Yes it’s old run down but for the price it’s great. The breakfast is really just coffee and some random stuff that will be gone by 6:30am
