We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!

We usually do not like boutique hotels, but we loved this one. Everything was nice specially the staff: Georgie, Simona, Viselina did everything to make us happy. The food is really nice although it took a lot of time to bring each course, but since the ambience of the terrace is so nice we didn't care. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

This is a very special place. We have stayed in very good hotels all around the world but this one is among the best. It is lovingly decorated and was very well restored. Each room is named for a member of the ex tsar family, and has its own decoration. It is luxury at its best, very elegant.the staff is extremely courteous and the food is incredible,the best in Bulgaria. Dinner is included in the price of the room. in
