Aqua Tides - Port Geographe

Great location, no end of activities for all ages. Pool, kayaks, bikes, fishing, crabbing, beach 1 minute, all fabulous. Thank you

Booked and paid for available accommodation 200am Friday morning. We arrived from Perth at 830pm at Geographe property (1 Bernier Retreat). No key in lock box and vehicle parked in driveway. Called Stays hotline advised that the property was unavailable due to owners daughter occupying for the property. Stayz also advised that they emailed me stating the changes. No call, no compensation/credit was offered for me and my families huge inconvenience, just another home for the weekend. When I had expressed my discontent, Stay commented " We can't really ask the owner to vacate their property. Later I had checked the terms and the grounds to cancel due to unavailability and our situation was contradictory. Very poor communication on Stays behalf and the fact that there is zero follow up after saying they would, reiterates my comment. Make sure you

Fantastic Property in a great location

We stay for 2 nights with my son's best friends and his family. We were all blown away with the location and the facilities of the property, especially the large outdoor entertainment area and the pool. Definitely coming back.
