GRAND HOTEL SERAPIDE

We did not have breakfast. They gave us a bag lunch to take with us when we left for our flight in the morning bag. Lunch was terrible. We believed that there was an airport shuttle. Their shuttle does not run until 9 AM. They have a sign on their desk that says they have a shuttle to take you downtown. In the middle of the afternoon they told us that the shuttle was not available. You are quite a distance from any place else to eat. There is nothing within the area to walk to. So you have to take a cab. Going to the airport was expensive and going for pizza was expensive.

Hotel was good but problem with first hotel taxi charging £40 euros for 3 and half mile trip to stadium and after showing on Q code about booking trips and seeing trip to Pompei and wine testing for 84 euros booked it only to be told price was really 145 euros per person and mistake was child’s price was advertised by accident. As my wife had loved to go to Pompei we booked trip but I didn’t think till now how could there have been a child’s price for wine tasting.

Beautiful view, great staff and the food was amazing! Just not a lot to do within walking distance.

It was really warm in the room. It advertised an air conditioner but did it was not on for the season. Also they advertised hotel shuttle but did not have one.
