Couples Negril All Inclusive in Negril liegt in ländlicher Umgebung und am Strand. Rick's Cafe gehört zu den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wer auch die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Bloody Bay Beach (Strand) und Seven Mile Beach. This was a much needed vacation for myself and my fiancé. We had an amazing time. The staff was so nice and attentive. The bartenders, Ivylyn, Orelle, Kashees, and Mikel were so entertaining and always available. The room was clean and our housekeeper Samantha would clean whenever we asked. The only negative was around the 3rd day of our trip the pool swim up bar area desperately needed chemical cleaning and was pretty dirty until we left, so we mostly stayed on the beach. They would use the net but it definitely needed more attention. The beach was beautiful and service throughout all meals was amazing. The food was great with a good variety. Enough to have something new each night. Overall a great stay and we would love to go again.

The service you receive from the time you enter through from customs at the airport into the Couples Lounge till being dropped back at the departures terminal is outstanding. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. The resort is the perfect size and this was our first experience of an Adults Only resort and it was so laid back and relaxing. When you add up all the free activities, snorkeling , boat trips, water sports and diving- you are getting an outstanding value. Well done to the Couples Negril staff- you all deserve a High Five. If you’ve never dived before- get in the class on day 1 and then benefit from the free daily diving. Our diver instructor Richardo was fantastic. Also consider the transport to and from the resort is also included.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Our stay included Free transportation to/from Montego Bay airport to the resort. Rooms were clean, resort staff was accommodating. Only improvements I would recommend is more dining options. We had an amazing time, would return again!

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to dinner like some resorts.

The resort is laid out very well making it easy to find your way around. The food in all restaurants is very good with attention paid to fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. The most exceptional part of this resort is the piano bar with top shelf cocktails, amazing entertainment and an environment that lends itself to guests interacting and becoming well acquainted.

Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.

Although the staff were very accommodating, I would say the hotel is in need of a serious renovation starting with their cleaning staff. Majority of the cushions that are on the lounge chairs are in terrible shape. They need someone to power wash the outside floors routinely and maintain their side of the beach. Other properties were free of seaweed. Room service was less than sub par. Not enough options. I booked a beachfront property and was disappointed to find out it was on the 3rd floor facing a garden. Beach towel program needs a rework. In spite of all those things that need improvement- we loved staying here. The staff made the experience worth while and I see why they have repeat guests. Food in the am was great. Loads of options and lots of authentic Jamaican food. Vegan options were ok. Wished they had Rasta pasta. Great place to just relax.

Staff was so polite and helpful. Their approach is almost like a friend helping a friend. Very easy to have a conversation with and get to know a little about them. The grounds were amazing. Noticed the beach area was free from tree debris and raked. Super clean beach area, even on the shoreline is kept clean of natural debris. Rooms were kept at a 10, cleaned and restocked daily. Housekeeping was so nice, left person touches on your room each day. Ate at all the restaurants and the best resort food in Jamaica. Always a concern when you are at a resort. The smaller size of this resort is its advantage, food does not taste bulk or processed. Fresh and tasteful at every meal. Everyone must of been feeling the same, because the other customers were also at ease and very relaxed. If you are looking for a nice romantic place to feel the love, this is your spot.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Rooms were not up to my standards. Either too cold or too humid, making the windows and mirrors fog up, and bedding damp and sticky. One night after returning to our room, there were several bugs in our bathroom sink. It took the evening housekeeping staff over an hour to come to our room to address the issue. When Alyssa cleaned our room it was up to standards, otherwise it seemed more like a rush job done by others. Restaurants Lychee and Otaheite were our go to options over the other two. The number of stray cats and dogs that came around while we were eating at Cassava Terrace and Heliconia was a huge turn off. It was hard to enjoy a meal with cats at your feet. Only breakfast option for our group to eat together was at Cassava. The first day was great, meat options included turkey bacon and breaded chicken. After that the options for those who do not eat pork or fish was extremely limited, no turkey bacon, they ran out of chicken, so it was only pork bacon, pork sausage, ham, etc. We enjoyed the Catamaran, staff on the boat was great! Glass boat was quite boring, guide not very engaging. Given our experience, we will note this location as a one and done, no interest in returning.

The hospitality at this resort far exceeded my expectations. The staff was respectful, responsive and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Food and drinks were endless and solid. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever had at any resort. There were days durning out stay where they tidied up our room two or three times! Amazing place, and will definitely consider returning in the future .

We loved our stay at Couples Negril. The room was great, the food at Otaheiti was awesome, and the beach was beautiful. I’m not sure how this place can get bad reviews but I saw a few before our stay. DO NOT believe them. Great place!

The resort is in a great location with a truly stunning beach—soft sand, clear water, and beautiful sunsets. The grounds are lush and well-kept, and the overall vibe is relaxing and romantic. However, the hotel rooms are very outdated and in serious need of renovation. The furnishings and bathrooms feel worn and far from what you’d expect for the price and resort rating. The biggest letdown by far was the food. Across multiple restaurants, the food was consistently low quality, poorly prepared, and in some cases made me physically unwell. I experienced stomach problems after dining at several of the on-site restaurants. The buffet had a very limited selection, and much of the food didn’t look appetizing and didn’t taste good either. On multiple visits, I noticed bugs crawling on the dessert section, which was extremely off-putting. I had high hopes for this trip, but the overall experience didn’t match the resort’s reputation. Overall, we enjoyed it. This was our first all-inclusive resort. There were several things we enjoyed about the property--#1 would have to be the beach. No seaweed, absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it! The breakfast buffet was the best meal we enjoyed there, we looked forward to going to it every day. Things we did not like--Lots of solicitors selling weed, cigarettes, whatever constantly on the beach and always coming up to you. The room we booked was a deluxe ocean view, and we had a sliver of the ocean to see. I would have saved the money and booked a garden view if I had known that none of them were really an ocean view. They offer room service if you want to order food to the room--be aware that the pictures of the food is NOT what you receive at all! There was a beautiful picture of a Cobb salad which turned out to be a few pieces of lettuce, one bacon crumble, a small piece of tomato. It was actually laughable. The serving sizes at all of the restaurants are very small as well, however you get your food very quickly and can go to another restaurant if you're not full. Also, there is an upscale restaurant at the resort that we could not even go to because my husband did not bring long pants--that would have been nice to know prior to going! Overall, we did enjoy our time, however would probably not do an all-inclusive again. We do not drink alcohol and I think that is a big part of the all-inclusive portion.

They did not offer much Caribbean food, no rice and peas or curry, the jerk was okay. One of the days there were no beach or pool towels at 10a, it took about 1hr for them to bring them. The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!

We loved staying at Couples Negril. The staff are wonderful! Special shout out the phenomenal dive team- Richard, Byron and Sugar (sorry if I forgot anyone.) My husband dived with them everyday and had a terrific experience. He was able to get his advanced open water certification which he was thrilled about. All of the restaurants were great, we enjoyed every meal. The beach is beautiful - calm and clear ocean was wonderful. We appreciated that they gave guests 2 reusable water bottles to refill at filtered water stations throughout the resort. The rooms could use some refreshing, but they are clean and had a nice view, though hearing the road noise was unpleasant at times. Really a minor issue because we were only in our rooms to sleep and shower. One suggestion I would make: my husband and I do not drink alcohol. This is our second time at this property and it never disappoints! Relaxing vibe and great service. All of the water sports are included so it’s great to go on a catamaran cruise one day, sail the next, enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding and more!

We've been to Jamaica 4 times.This is the first time,I can say I was not thrilled with how the staff treated us.Many appeared unhappy. Front desk grumbled at having to get luggage. The dining hostess, does not make eye contact,greet with a smile,or make us feel welcome.We felt like a chore. Had to keep asking for coffee and condiments, not delivered, ask again and again. Every day. Ask for a drink on the beach, they never come back. Then, on the other side of the issue, you could often find groups of workers and leaders, huddled in corners, chatting with each other while customers are being ignored. We booked a couples spa (the spa is practically on the beach). We visited the beach, then showed up for spa and were sent away. We weren't told not to get wet or sandy. We had to go back to our rooms to shower and change. Every other spa we have done has showers there...It definitely put a bad taste and almost ruined the spa day. The good news, the place was very clean, the room very comfortable, and right on the beautiful beach.It was pretty annoying that every time we walked the beach, we were stopped by our property's security and questioned. Every other resort passed out wrist bands for their customers, and ironically, they could walk on our resort un-hassled, because of the wrist band! This resort should go with the wrist band system so as not to upset their own customers.Wonderful location. Beach pristine. The food was ok to good. Nothing great.We'll be back. SMILE!

Stage was not nice. Have heart issues put us in a building on third floor far away from restaurants and beach. Asked for a lower room would not accommodate until next day. Staff was not nice about it. Food was just bad, there are much nicer places to stay in Jamaica

The service you receive from the time you enter through from customs at the airport into the Couples Lounge till being dropped back at the departures terminal is outstanding. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. The resort is the perfect size and this was our first experience of an Adults Only resort and it was so laid back and relaxing. When you add up all the free activities, snorkeling , boat trips, water sports and diving- you are getting an outstanding value. Well done to the Couples Negril staff- you all deserve a High Five. If you’ve never dived before- get in the class on day 1 and then benefit from the free daily diving. Our diver instructor Richardo was fantastic. Also consider the transport to and from the resort is also included.

The hospitality at this resort far exceeded my expectations. The staff was respectful, responsive and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Food and drinks were endless and solid. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever had at any resort. There were days durning out stay where they tidied up our room two or three times! Amazing place, and will definitely consider returning in the future .

Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Jamaica. The beach is beautiful, it is located in a cove and have very little waves. The resort is great, could use a coat of paint and some repair throughout. Most of the staff is friendly, but there were several staff members that seemed cold. The resort does not allow for tipping, which is nice because you never have to feel like you have to tip to get service. Note that the resort has a limited breakfast room service menu, which is only pastries, cereal, juice, and coffee. While on property, we requested this because we booked a couples massage. Unfortunately, we never got it. The spa services are great! The wife and I did a couples massage ($300 for about an hour), and it was fantastic. The food is typical all inclusive food, nothing really special. The exception to this was Otaheite restaurant, this is the only restaurant requiring reservations and has a dress code. The food here is excellent! One complaint is when we researched out trip, we found out that Friday's are lobster night, but the resort was having their anniversary party the Saturday we left, so they did not have lobster and did not communicate this to anyone. The resort is NOT a party resort, which we liked. We could hear loud dance music from a neighboring resort, and were glad at how quiet Couples was. And the resort felt safe at all times! Overall, great experience, and I would return again!

This was a great place to stay. We literally just lounged on the beach. We never left the resort we just unplugged and relaxed. There is an all natural area of the beach that is not like other ones close by that can be rather shocking if you don't know what goes on there. This place is a great place to relax. They keep vendors to a minimum so you aren't hassled the whole time you are on the beach.

We had a wonderful trip to Negril. Property was perfect size, beach was incredible and cannot praise more highly the super friendly, attentive, amazing staff. Food was mostly good, wish there was another dining option. Would definitely visit again.

The resort is in a great location with a truly stunning beach—soft sand, clear water, and beautiful sunsets. The grounds are lush and well-kept, and the overall vibe is relaxing and romantic. The biggest letdown by far was the food. Across multiple restaurants, the food was consistently low quality, poorly prepared, and in some cases made me physically unwell. Couples negril is perfect for a couples get away. Property is walkable to the beach also close to 7mile beach and other local entertainment options. Staff is so sweet and friendly. I would visit again.

Beautiful grounds. Helpful staff. I wish they had more and better selection on food. I did get sick unfortunately. It was a bad stomach bug.

We had a wonderful trip to Negril. Property was perfect size, beach was incredible and cannot praise more highly the super friendly, attentive, amazing staff. Food was mostly good, wish there was another dining option. Would definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at Couples Negril. The room was great, the food at Otaheiti was awesome, and the beach was beautiful. I’m not sure how this place can get bad reviews but I saw a few before our stay. DO NOT believe them. Great place!

The resort is in a great location with a truly stunning beach—soft sand, clear water, and beautiful sunsets. The grounds are lush and well-kept, and the overall vibe is relaxing and romantic. However, the hotel rooms are very outdated and in serious need of renovation. The furnishings and bathrooms feel worn and far from what you’d expect for the price and resort rating. The biggest letdown by far was the food. Across multiple restaurants, the food was consistently low quality, poorly prepared, and in some cases made me physically unwell. I experienced stomach problems after dining at several of the on-site restaurants. The buffet had a very limited selection, and much of the food didn’t look appetizing and didn’t taste good either. On multiple visits, I noticed bugs crawling on the dessert section, which was extremely off-putting. I had high hopes for this trip, but the overall experience didn’t match the resort’s reputation. The beach is a highlight, but the rooms and food need major improvement.

Overall, we enjoyed it. This was our first all-inclusive resort. There were several things we enjoyed about the property--#1 would have to be the beach. No seaweed, absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it! The breakfast buffet was the best meal we enjoyed there, we looked forward to going to it every day. Things we did not like--Lots of solicitors selling weed, cigarettes, whatever constantly on the beach and always coming up to you. The room we booked was a deluxe ocean view, and we had a sliver of the ocean to see. I would have saved the money and booked a garden view if I had known that none of them were really an ocean view. They offer room service if you want to order food to the room--be aware that the pictures of the food is NOT what you receive at all! There was a beautiful picture of a Cobb salad which turned out to be a few pieces of lettuce, one bacon crumble, a small piece of tomato. It was actually laughable. The serving sizes at all of the restaurants are very small as well, however you get your food very quickly and can go to another restaurant if you're not full. Also, there is an upscale restaurant at the resort that we could not even go to because my husband did not bring long pants--that would have been nice to know prior to going! Overall, we did enjoy our time, however would probably not do an all-inclusive again. We do not drink alcohol and I think that is a big part of the all-inclusive portion.

Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.

Overall great hotel and I had a great experience. Really enjoyed included activities such as scuba diving and catamaran tour. The main issue I had was food and drinks service. Food quality is okay, but variety of options was very bad. Main restaurant only works as buffet some days, with a very limited selection. Menu dining was very limited, portions are extremely small, and servers won’t let you have more than one side. Drinks quality was non-existent. Bartenders really have no idea what they are doing, which is a shame, because they have all supplies needed to make really good drinks.

Overall I had a great stay, but it’s not at the top of my list of resorts to go back to. Pros: The beach is incredible! Velvety white sand, crystal clear but somehow still beautifully blue water, perfect temperature. They keep the beach very clean. There are plenty of beach chairs and they have a floating pad on them so you can float in the ocean. The restaurant food for dinner was delicious no matter which one we chose. MOST water sports are included. Snorkeled twice and did a catamaran ride for free. They do expect tips on these. Cons: The food for every meal except dinner is mediocre at best. It’s really hard to find something decent to eat during the day. There is also no late night food. They say that diving is included, but it is only if you’re certified. You can do the class in the pool for free, but it costs $80 per person to dive The service isn’t very good. We did have an occasional server that was very attentive, but overall, the service really lacked. It was quite difficult to get a drink refill, especially on the beach. Food takes a very long time to come out, even at lunch. We were often not even acknowledged when approaching the towel hut or veggie bar. Some people might not care about this, but there is almost no music at the resort. Sometimes they play music at the pool bar, and outside of that, there is no music in the bars, at the restaurants, at the pool, etc unless they are doing an entertainment activity that is music.
