Although there is no lift a member of staff carried our luggage up the stairs. We also had a flask of hot water provided so we could have a hot drink. The room was spacious although it could be noisy at times

Everything with Centenario Inn was wonderful, you get exactly what you pay for. Big and comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast. Water pressure and water in general was a small issue, but only late at night.

Un hotel muy bueno para turismo del Cusco. Bastante centrico y su personal muy amable. En ocasiones cortan el agua para calentar la linea lo que ocasiona que no tengas agua en el baño de la habitacion. Lo recomiendo.

It is a quant place to stay. 15 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, train station, and several markets. 20 minutes walk from main bus terminal. The only down side is the noise from near by and within, but I have come to notice that the thinness of the walls and doors is not unique to this hotel but common in most Peru buildings. Hot water, or water in general, can be hit or miss at times.

The staff were fabulous and friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. The facilities though, well, are a little dated and need some upgrading. Some of the amenities such as wifi were hit and miss, and while we were there they were working on the water supply and it was hit and miss if we had running water in the bathrooms (I’m sure this is just temporary).

I am quite surprised this hotel has such good reviews. While it was not the worst place ever, it had a lot of problems. It would be fine for a night, but would not recommend it for a longer stay. The room we got was not as pictured on Expedia and did not have a separate sitting area. Multiple things in the room were broken, hot water was intermittent (once ice cold, many times like warm), and the place overall is very tired. On the first day there was extremely loud construction noise all day. Staff was very aloof. The good things were the location and the bed and linens were decent. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Overall good. Mold found in bathroom and ceiling wall and it’s an issue for anyone that has asthma and allergies. Just old construction yet great location, great service and great breakfast.

When we got into the room we found hair on the pillows and bed sheets. The guy who took our luggage in was very nice. My girlfriend was struggling with altitude sickness and we went to the front desk for oxygen, the lady got us a tank and when she noticed the tank was empty she laughed and said she couldn’t help us.

I had high hopes from the reviews and pictures. Horrible. Got no sleep between all three of us that shared a room. Super outdated. Moldy bathroom. There was a roof inside the room for the bathroom. Just weird. The sheets were clean but very old feeling. Beds were super hard. Avoid at all costs.

Personnel très accueillant et très serviable quand on a besoin de quelque chose. Bon déjeuner. Grande chambre, lit très confortable et douche chaude. De plus, il y a un chauffage d'appoint dans la chambre! Je considère que c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Rooms were ok.creaky wooden floor.Bath room terrible.Very small,very low toilet to sit. Breakfast was nice.The boy who served the breakfast was very good . Toiletries were very unsatisfying. The reception lady when we checked out said that we had to pay in spite of me showing her the bank statement saying we paid at the check in time.She was arguing untill I pointed out to her to see the paper in the pigeon hole which obviously had our paid invoice. I appears to me that they had not entered the paid invoice on the computer.

Hotel bem localizado. Equipe de atendimento simpática. Café da manhã ótimo. Porém o quarto que ficamos é enorme, frio, nada confortável. Banheiro meio improvisado dentro do quarto.

It's 2 blocks from Ave Del Sol, and about 10 minutes to the central square to the convenient location is great. I stayed in 2 rooms, and the first was an extremely charming older room with almost a cottage feel, and the second one was just ok. Guests walking up/down the many stairs can be noisy, but overall I really like this hotel and the staff are great.

Eine insgesamt gute Unterkunft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und Modern eingerichtet und es ist nachts auch ruhig. Ganz in der nähe befindet sich ausserdem ein Supermarkt und das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Leider funktionierte das Warmwasser zum duschen nicht immer was etwas unangenehm war.

Ubicado a dos cuadras de la Av. El Sol y Quoricancha, el hotel es una casa antigua transformada en hotel. El staff es muy amable y todo está bastante limpio. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con piso de madera y techo alto. Debido a que es una estructura antigua, es muy fría. Teníamos que tener puesto el abrigo en todo momento dentro del hotel. En la habitación había un calentador portátil, pero tenía el enchufe quemado y no lo utilizamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua caliente. El desayuno era básicamente fruta y pan. A pesar que se supone que durara hasta las 9 am, en una ocasión nos llamaron a la habitación para informar que acabaría a las 8 am. Preparaban muy pocos huevos revueltos y cuando se acaban, no volvían a poner, aunque aún faltara una hora u hora y media para finalizar el servicio del desayuno. Ofrecen servicios de tours con una compañía privada y fue muy buena. Don Carlos fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. No realizamos uno de los tours y nos devolvieron el dinero correspondiente.

Great experience! Beautiful place, amazing service by caring staff. Room 202 is a beautiful kingsize room with plenty of space. A giant window facing a nice tree and its own private glassed in veranda.

It was the adequate room right for us. Unfortunately after so many attempts to communicate had to get Expedia involved. They still didn't pick us up correctly from airport. Messed up some of our day. Staff was friendly, only stairs available and given top floor. We slept and showered there. Breakfast was minimal, ok. Coffee great

The staff at the property is really good, accommodative and courteous. The location is quite walkable to the main square of Cusco. For the price; excellent value and experience. We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth

Hotel Centenario Inn is a small hotel with breakfast, conveniently located 12 minutes walk from historic city center and most of the restaurant area, and 7 minutes walk from both Peru and Inca rail lines. It is quiet and clean, and an free airport pickup can be arranged. The staff could not be any nicer. Carlos the hotel manager who I ran into at the airport, Milton who manages the kitchen and who gladly accomodated my request when i adked for my breakest to prepared in a certain way, and off coarse Miss Mohemi who could not be more pleasant and who arranged a day trip to Rainbow Mountain and another to Sacred Valley for much less than I found online; on days where I had to wake up early for my trips, they had some snacks and drinks in a brown bag ready for me to take along. When I decided to leave to Machu Picchu they offered to store my carry-on for free until I return whether I return to stay with them or not! I did come back and stay with them for one night before I caught a flight earrly in the morning the next day. Good value and clean but a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. Not the best part of town but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cusco. Breakfast was ok.

It's 2 blocks from Ave Del Sol, and about 10 minutes to the central square to the convenient location is great. I stayed in 2 rooms, and the first was an extremely charming older room with almost a cottage feel, and the second one was just ok. Guests walking up/down the many stairs can be noisy, but overall I really like this hotel and the staff are great.

Only 15 minutes from the airport with Quick check in and check out make this hotel very convenient.Very kind and helpful staff that go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and answer any questions you may have.The hotel has a great location to the downtown core and restaurants/markets/stores are within easy walking distance. The breakfast included was okay but could use more protein options as this is what am used to in Canada. An all round great hotel for the price :)

It is a quant place to stay. 15 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, train station, and several markets. 20 minutes walk from main bus terminal. The only down side is the noise from near by and within, but I have come to notice that the thinness of the walls and doors is not unique to this hotel but common in most Peru buildings. Hot water, or water in general, can be hit or miss at times.

Although there is no lift a member of staff carried our luggage up the stairs. We also had a flask of hot water provided so we could have a hot drink. The room was spacious although it could be noisy at times

Ubicado a dos cuadras de la Av. El Sol y Quoricancha, el hotel es una casa antigua transformada en hotel. El staff es muy amable y todo está bastante limpio. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con piso de madera y techo alto. Debido a que es una estructura antigua, es muy fría. Teníamos que tener puesto el abrigo en todo momento dentro del hotel. En la habitación había un calentador portátil, pero tenía el enchufe quemado y no lo utilizamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua caliente. El desayuno era básicamente fruta y pan. A pesar que se supone que durara hasta las 9 am, en una ocasión nos llamaron a la habitación para informar que acabaría a las 8 am. Preparaban muy pocos huevos revueltos y cuando se acaban, no volvían a poner, aunque aún faltara una hora u hora y media para finalizar el servicio del desayuno. Ofrecen servicios de tours con una compañía privada y fue muy buena. Don Carlos fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. No realizamos uno de los tours y nos devolvieron el dinero correspondiente.

Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked. Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again.

The hotel seemed a little confused that a single person booked a suite, and took it upon themselves to give me a different room upon my arrival. I would confirm with them directly if you happen to book the suite that you actually get it-- they only have one suite, so if they book you incorrectly, you're simply not getting it. The women working here are the SWEETEST. I can't say the same for the men, except for one individual, who appears to be an overall help to run errands and clean up. He was nice. Honestly what stood out to me most was how safe the hotel was. They chain- lock the doors at night, and there is someone at the desk 24 hours. If you have to leave on a tour early, they make sure the right people are picking you up. If safety is a priority for you, then this is the best place. And as a solo female traveler, that meant a lot. Aside from that, my stay was just okay.
