먼저 호텔 직원분들께 감사드립니다. 많은 중국의 도시들을 여행했지만 이번 노보텔만큼 감동했던 적이 없었습니다. 1. 직원들의 친절. 직원분들과 마주칠 때마다 웃으며 인사해주시고 모든 직원들이 고객의 편의를 위해 항상 관심을 가지고 노력한다는 점입니다. 심지어 주차 직원분 마저도 비가 올 때면 늘 우산을 받쳐주고 웃으며 마주해 주었습니다. 중국이란 도시에서 이정도의 환대를 받은 적이 없었기에 더욱 큰 감동이었어요. 직원분들이야 말로 이 호텔의 가장 큰 자랑이라 할만해요. 2. 청결. 다른 호텔에선 배드버그나 다른 청결의 문제로 고생했던 적이 있어요. 하지만 노보텔에서는 모든 것이 완벽했어요. 심지어 룸 클리닝 이후에는 마치 새로운 방을 방문하는 느낌을 받을 정도로 청결에도 완벽했어요. 물도 손님의 편의에 맞게 이용할 수 있도록 객실과 복도에 비치되어있어서 너무 만족스러웠어요. 3. 수압과 수온. 한 번도 수압이 좋은 것이 객실 만족도에 영향을 미칠거라 생각했던 적이 없었어요. 하지만 노보텔에서 수압과 수온에 대한 만족을 한 이후에는 다른 호텔에 간다면 너무 실망스러움을 느낄 것 같다는 생각이 들 정도로 완벽했어요. 매일 샤워가 즐거울 정도로 수압이 좋았고, 수온도 일정하게 유지되었어요. 우리는 대가족이 방문하여 객실을 3개 쓰고 있었는데 모든 방에서 서비스와 편의사항이 유지되어서 모든 객실에서 최고의 만족을 했습니다. 70대의 부모님과, 40대의 가족들과 10대 아이들까지 모두 최고의 만족을 한 호텔이예요. 이보다 더 비싼 요금이라해도 훨씬 만족스러웠을 거예요. 우리의 양저우 여행을 노보텔과 함께해서 너무 만족스럽고 행복했어요. 직원분들께 다시 한번 감사를 전하고 싶고, 앞으로 이런 서비스를 계속 유지해준다면 양저우를 넘어 중국 전체를 봐도 가장 머물고 싶은 호텔로 남을거라 믿습니다. 항상 웃으며 우리를 대해줬던 직원분들에게 감사 인사를 전합니다. 덕분에 즐거웠고, 행복했고, 중국의 좋은 경험을 하게 되었어요. 그들의 행복 또한 늘 멀리서 기대합니다.

We had a power outage in the middle of the night, and once it was 'fixed,' the air conditioning stopped cooling. The room is tiny, and the window looks straight out at the wall of a neighboring building. Even though the hotel's occupancy rate is clearly low, they are incredibly stingy about upgrading guests from entry-level rooms. Meanwhile, the guests next door—who booked via Ctrip—were upgraded, given complimentary fruit, and even received a special souvenir gift upon checkout. We, on the other hand, got absolutely nothing. Figures.
