Mooie kamers, goed ontbijt, uitstekende welness

We stayed at this hotel for a family getaway and overall had a very relaxing experience. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Even though it rained throughout our entire stay, the scenery was still beautiful, and the hotel provided a Sommer Card for activities in the Hochkönig area—which would have been fantastic had the weather cooperated. The amenities are perfect for families with children of all ages. Our kids loved the play areas, and the family spa was a wonderful touch, offering a chance to unwind together. Everything felt well thought-out for parents and children alike. The only downside was the dining arrangement. At the restaurant, guests are assigned a specific table and must sit there for the entire stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t like our table and politely asked the waiter if we could switch, but were told it wasn’t possible. This policy felt unnecessarily rigid, especially for a hotel that otherwise feels so welcoming and accommodating. Overall, this is a beautiful, family-oriented hotel with excellent amenities and incredible mountain views. If the restaurant seating policy were more flexible, it would have been more enjoyable.

Essen, Lage und Design sind TOP. Für Familien nicht wirklich spannend. Schwimmen und SPA nur bis 19:00 Uhr, danach wird man sehr unschön gebeten "mal fertig zu machen". Zwischendrin ist der Pool aber auch gerne mal geschlossen oder die Sauna nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung beheizt. Anstrengend dem ganzen zu folgen. Familienpool hat eher die Größe eines Planschbeckens, es gibt auch keine Rutsche o.Ä.. Kaum Angebot über Ostern kein Programm und am Ostermontag schließt das Hotel, so dass man um 14:00 Uhr spätestens das Hotel verlassen muss. Das wird einem aber vorab natürlich nicht gesagt. Der Kids CLUB ist leider kein Club, sondern nur ein Spielzimmer, die Fun Arena ist nett, aber das war\'s dann auch. Man argumentiert damit, dass man ein familienfreundliches Hotel ist und kein Familienhotel.
