Wir waren enttäuscht! Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Der Schein eines exklusiven 5Sterne Hauses ist nur ein Schein, sehr matt, nicht glänzend. Die Nacht für Indien war teuer und dem, was geboten wurde, nicht angemessen. Das Badezimmer war ok, aber schon in die jähre gekommen. Im Flur sammelte sich das Wasser, was bedeutet, dass feuchter Dreck/Matsch ins Zimmer getragen wurde. Die BettBank und eine kleine Chaiselongue waren voll mit flecken und abgenutzt, wirklich ekelig und selbst als Ablage wollten wir sie nicht nutzen. Zudem gab es Zwischentüren zum Nachbarzimmer und die Nachbarn waren so deutlich zu verstehen, als wären sie in unserem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ansonsten gerade befriedigend, aber der Poolbereich war sehr dreckig. Die Liegen waren jeden Tag voll mit VogelScheiße und die Handtücher sahen aus wie aus der Mülltonne gezogen, dreckig, fleckig und alt. Eid war wirklich schlimm und unsere Ansprüche sind verhalten normal, nicht penibel. Das sollte man aber eigentlich in so einem Haus und für das Geld erwarten. Für das haus und die Kette ist es eine absolute Blamage und der Gast bekommt als einzige Message mit auf den Weg, niemals ein weiteres Haus dieser Hotelkette zu buchen! DANKE NEIN!

Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time.

I was very comfortable at this hotel, and it was superior to the next hotel I traveled to, the Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim, which was approx 15% more expensive. The pool was comfortably sized and my room had a nice balcony and a view towards a green forested area. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The minor drawbacks were the power going to generator multiple times and the shower occasionally turning cold for a brief few seconds completely unprompted.

We had a 5 night stay, and because we had a late flight, the manager allowed us to check out of the room, and then use the spa/gym showers to refresh before leaving for the airport. Staff were very courteous and attentive when needed. The hotel was really pleasant, and had the required facilities for us. The only point of note which we informed the manager of, was to have towel hooks inside the rooms, so that guests can hang there bathroom towels if they wanted to reuse them. But we had a very pleasant stay because this hotel is right next to some lovely restaurants, bars and a 10 mins (max) walk to Candolim beach. The breakfast was equally good and had plenty of options for different dietary needs.

The room and breakfast buffet was 5 star. Found beer bottles in the pool while swimming. Had to call front desk so many times to deliver the towels or to do the bed. Poor customer service. Pool was closed when it was needed in this hot summer. The surroundings and property was clean (5 Star)

Very spacious well equipped room with a really comfortable bed. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The music round the pool was too loud and not our taste, but maybe that’s just our age. Easy walk to some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Photos misrepresented property, particularly the pool! Staff were obnoxious and treated us with contempt when we had to check out early due to illness. They showed no regard to the fact we had a flight to catch and slow timed our checkout process, one member of staff even smirked at us twice during the process. They don’t use pillow protectors on the pillows which is disgusting. Dining area was not clean at breakfast time.

Impressive room setup, space, decor and clean. Extremely comfortable bed! Friendly staff all around who deserve commendation for efficiency and politeness. We didn’t note all the names but were pleasantly served by Arshi, Priyanka and Lily from the restaurant and the chef Urmilla came over and had a friendly chat with recommendation for dishes such as Rod Omelette. Lovely experience all around. Hotel location not the best but staying and experiencing the hotel itself more than makes up for this.

The staff was very nice and helpful! I had some issues and they did their best to help me with what I needed! Really appreciated that. Clean rooms. More quiet area, nice for families. The food at the hotel was okay, but theres other great options nearby. Cabs booked through the hotel are bit expensive but if you walk a bit down the street you can find other options. Standard sunrise view rooms, you cant actually see the sunrise due to the other building blocking the sunrise/half the view. That building has the premium sunrise rooms which allow you to see the actual sunrise. Wish this was mentioned on the description when booking. But still a pretty view. Staff tried their best to accommodate but bookings were too full to switch. Appreciate the effort.

Our second stay at this lovely Hotel, We booked a Pool View room which was lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding. Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, We had a lovely 16 night stay and will definatley be back.

Very clean hotel and clean room with all the facilities you would expect, however we were given a wrong room instead of one with the pool view. I complained and finally sorted out. It wasn’t a great welcome I am afraid. I hope managers check my checking in time and deal with the staff with more training

Wir waren enttäuscht! Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Der Schein eines exklusiven 5Sterne Hauses ist nur ein Schein, sehr matt, nicht glänzend. Die Nacht für Indien war teuer und dem, was geboten wurde, nicht angemessen. Das Badezimmer war ok, aber schon in die jähre gekommen. Im Flur sammelte sich das Wasser, was bedeutet, dass feuchter Dreck/Matsch ins Zimmer getragen wurde. Die BettBank und eine kleine Chaiselongue waren voll mit flecken und abgenutzt, wirklich ekelig und selbst als Ablage wollten wir sie nicht nutzen. Zudem gab es Zwischentüren zum Nachbarzimmer und die Nachbarn waren so deutlich zu verstehen, als wären sie in unserem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ansonsten gerade befriedigend, aber der Poolbereich war sehr dreckig. Die Liegen waren jeden Tag voll mit VogelScheiße und die Handtücher sahen aus wie aus der Mülltonne gezogen, dreckig, fleckig und alt. Eid war wirklich schlimm und unsere Ansprüche sind verhalten normal, nicht penibel. Das sollte man aber eigentlich in so einem Haus und für das Geld erwarten. Für das haus und die Kette ist es eine absolute Blamage und der Gast bekommt als einzige Message mit auf den Weg, niemals ein weiteres Haus dieser Hotelkette zu buchen! DANKE NEIN!

The staff was very nice and helpful! I had some issues and they did their best to help me with what I needed! Really appreciated that. Clean rooms. More quiet area, nice for families. The food at the hotel was okay, but theres other great options nearby. Cabs booked through the hotel are bit expensive but if you walk a bit down the street you can find other options. Standard sunrise view rooms, you cant actually see the sunrise due to the other building blocking the sunrise/half the view. That building has the premium sunrise rooms which allow you to see the actual sunrise. Wish this was mentioned on the description when booking. But still a pretty view. Staff tried their best to accommodate but bookings were too full to switch. Appreciate the effort.

I was very comfortable at this hotel, and it was superior to the next hotel I traveled to, the Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim, which was approx 15% more expensive. The pool was comfortably sized and my room had a nice balcony and a view towards a green forested area. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The minor drawbacks were the power going to generator multiple times and the shower occasionally turning cold for a brief few seconds completely unprompted.

Our second stay at this lovely Hotel, We booked a Pool View room which was lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding. Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, We had a lovely 16 night stay and will definatley be back.

I have mixed views on this property. Location was fantastic so couldn't fault it. My balcony faced a building site which they did not notify me about as I checked late in the night. Subsequently, the balcony was full of dust. Breakfast wasn't included in my package.

We had a 5 night stay, and because we had a late flight, the manager allowed us to check out of the room, and then use the spa/gym showers to refresh before leaving for the airport. Staff were very courteous and attentive when needed. The hotel was really pleasant, and had the required facilities for us. The only point of note which we informed the manager of, was to have towel hooks inside the rooms, so that guests can hang there bathroom towels if they wanted to reuse them. But we had a very pleasant stay because this hotel is right next to some lovely restaurants, bars and a 10 mins (max) walk to Candolim beach. The breakfast was equally good and had plenty of options for different dietary needs.

My stay was okay not because there were any issues with the hotel amenities, but because the hotel staff was completely unresponsive to my needs. Let's begin by checking in. I put in extra effort to make my family's stay comfortable by calling the hotel a day in advance to let them know what I want for our stay (Abhishake was there to assist me). The staff confirmed that they had taken note of my request and requested that I send them all my requests in the mail. He provided me with an email address, which I did. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was aware of my request and top of it check in staff (aninda) made us wait at reception till 1600, they kept on making false promises which they never fulfilled nor even informed me that they are not able to fulfill what they said. I kept asking to meet the operation manager and Aninda promised to tell me when he was free, but it never happened during my 3-night stay. At dinning hall staff (sudipto “guy with round glasses and very short hair”) was also not help full when I asked him that we all family members want to sit together he straightway said no I can help as all seats are full, then I told him that please join these to table so he did that, moral of story is that they are not bothered about comfort of guest some they are busy in there own world Not all staff were bad. All the girls working at dinner were so helpful and always smiling, playing with kids, and making everyone comfortable.

Pretty poor service on the whole . They were not able to deliver the simple things like bring our bags to our rooms and bring it down when we were checking out although they said they would. Looked like they had a lot of newcomers working at the front end and they were poor in coordinating. Looked chaotic at times . Breakfast was average but service at the restaurant was good.

The property on its own is excellent. The staff is very courteous and provides excellent service. It is service with a smile. The whole crew in the restaurant right up to the kitchen staff makes sure that the guests enjoy their meal. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were quite extensive and at par with many 5 star hotels. Special shout out to Shubam and Vikas. I really enjoyed my week long stay here.

They showed no regard to the fact we had a flight to catch and slow timed our checkout process, one member of staff even smirked at us twice during the process. They don’t use pillow protectors on the pillows which is disgusting. Dining area was not clean at breakfast time.
