NY! Rummelig Downtown Chico Home, ½ Mile til CSU!

Perfect home for our family of 6. Plenty of room to spread out and to be together. House was stocked with shampoo, shower soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper—very helpful for guests flying in from out of state. A last minute run to CVS was NOT necessary, as can often be the case for VRBOs. Thank you for such as easy, comfortable stay.

While we had trouble with using the door lock, the owner was quick to reply and fix it. Front yard was lovely and roomy place. Lots of dead bugs was only draw back, mostly just box elder bugs. Would stay again

House was great and fit both my and my sister's families at a time.we needed to be together and close to the hospital. The host was great and responsive to our questions. Would definitely book again when we all come back to town and its available.

This house was adequate for what we needed, a space for 5 friends in town for a reunion. There was plenty of room for hanging out and the picnic table on the porch was nice for outdoor chill time. The furnishings were fine, nothing fancy. The linens and towels were worn and need a refresh. It would have been be nice to have wine glasses that were made out of glass rather than plastic. If you have allergies you should be aware that the linens and sheets are washed in highly scented detergent. We were told to reach out to the host 24-48 hours ahead of time for check in information, although we were not responded to until immediately before check in, which made it difficult to coordinate 5 people arriving separately. Would have been better to just be honest about when we would receive check in information. All in all the stay was adequate and once we got into the house the host was very responsive.

Clean, kid/family friendly, quiet, and easy to access property! Came to Chico for a wedding and stayed with parents, my two children under two, and in-laws. Everyone had a great stay.
