Very nice hotel close to main attractions eg Ganga ghats and Vishwanath temple. Ms Suvarna was exceptional in helping us make travel arrangements. Restaurant can use considerable improvement in food quality and service. Breakfast was ok by lunch and dinner not so much.

Hotel is at a good and convenient location but the rooms are dirty and not clean. The washroom sink was broken. Door was heavily jammed and my parents couldn’t open it. Everytime they had to call the front desk to open the door. Even though they assured that the door will be fixed the next day, no action was taken. Good location but really bad and hectic experience.

The hotel is in a great location for central varanasi and the staff were incredibly helpful. I think the big let down was the quality of the room - the bedsheets were worn and the bed has stains on the headboard. The room itself could have done with a deep clean - it was dusty and run down. The air con only had two settings - off or arctic. That said, for what we paid, it worked for a short stay.

Friendly and helpful staff at this clean, centrally located hotel. This was probably the noisiest hotel I stayed at in India. Though they’re not responsible for outside noise of course the windows were a little thin and the air conditioning units were a bit dated at noisy in the room. However staff did kindly move me to a quieter room. Bathrooms though basic were kept spotless with lovely hot water and water pressure. The adjoining restaurant was amazing and would strongly recommend eating there. Great value as well - though I didn’t appreciate them passing off their ripped rupee notes to me in my change (especially not as a guest at the hotel).

Old hotel that lacked cleanliness of room and general cleanliness as well. Terrible bathroom where shower wets the whole bathroom. No designated shower area. Mould in bathroom with no ventilation. Room was dusty, towels dirty, pillows/bedding stained and dirty.

This place was fine. I wouldn't stay here again, probably because I don't know if I'll go to Varanasi again. Anyways- be aware you can't take a taxi to this location so you have to take your luggage down the streets or find a rickshaw. The food was ok. My room had a strange smell. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Twinkle. There are lots of shopping and street food options close by.

A very bright and clean environment coming in off the chaotic, dirty streets. It’s so friendly, hospitable, and safe in the hotel. The restaurant is really good, too, in a city where it’s challenging to find a good and delicious meal.

This can at best be called a GLORIFIED LODGE. Room Tarrif of 7,500 plus taxes is three times what it deserves. Interiors are terrible.no hot water in bathrooms, very hard water... makes the body sticky All in all... then worst experience

Staff confused and untrained. Got a room with no windows no (yes closet can be a room) ventilation.. very clostrophobic. Cracked glass top, unkept furnitures. Even though one meal was free, front desk never informed and restaurant kept charging until restaurant manager called the room to inquire about dinner and informed us. If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return.

バラナシの周辺では値段もお得でしっかりとしたホテルと思います。スタッフもとても丁寧で荷物を預かったり運んでくれたり、朝食を食べ逃しそうになった私たちに連絡も入れてくれました。ドライヤーは設置がなく電話するとすぐに届けてくれました。シャワーだけが難点でしたが、使用できないほどではありませんでした。街に出るのにも徒歩圏内でガンジス川までは余裕で歩けます。少し行くと大通りなので、Uberでタクシーを利用するのも問題ありませんでした。初めてのインドでドキドキしていましたが、このホテルに決めてよかったです。

Loved our stay at Pearl Courtyard! The service and hospitality was excellent. The hotel is located in the prime location which made it very easy and convenient for us to travel around the city. Each and every staff at Pearly courtyard is very polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

The hotel is the oasis in the chaos. The hotel is located near the Dashashwamedh Ghat, 10min on foot. At the first time, I could not find the hotel out because the looking of the hotel is like some sari shop. All staffs are very kind and super Nice! Especially, a beautiful receptionist made “Tika” on my forehead at the check-in was impressive for me. Their restaurant is also nice, I had dinner two times and breakfast one time, chef’s special and morning buffet were both super delicious. I’m surely visit them again if I have a chance to visit Varanasi.
