The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, they were unable to give me a receipt because I had booked through Hotels.com. I thought that was weird. There was plenty of parking but they still charged us 13 euro. The outside of the hotel needs a good cleaning and paint, but the room was nice.

Room was not properly cleaned – there was dust on the bedding which caused itching and discomfort. We booked for two people but only one towel and one tea cup were provided, and we had to request the missing items from reception the next day. Overall disappointing experience.

I booked it for my overlay in Frankfurt. I wanted an airport hotel. Alas, diwotel is not close to airport as the name suggests. I had to pay over 50 euros back and forth to the airport. I was very frustrated to travel into another town 20-25 min away from the airport. Otherwise, it’s all good except their pillows. It has been renovated that gives it a luxurious look but amenities like towels and pillows are really bad.
