The Newel Psychiko

Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la prestation payée (jacuzzi qui n’a pas fonctionné de toute la semaine). Mais dès notre retour, un remboursement a été effectué. Donc, très bonne prise en charge de notre dossier, et personnel très sympathique.

I've seen in so many Athens hotels over the years and usually they disappoint very badly. Service is still something not quite well understood in Greece for the most part. However, this hotel is extremely well done, and I was very pleased by the service at the front desk as well. The neighborhood is decent and a quick walk to the metro, the only negative I thought of taking a star off for was that this hotel is far too hot in the central corridor, and because there's no air-conditioning in the rooms during the winter, the rooms stay hot as well. But you do have a door you can open for air, and a fan circulation system. Other than that, the breakfast was fantastic, the people were great, and the hotel was beautiful. For the price it beats all of the other hotels I stayed in in Athens. So I'm not taking off a star. They deserve it.

Great stay at Newel - Mario and the staff were fantastic and accommodating, lovely breakfast with a lot of choice, great location close to the metro and overall a wonderful stay. Only things to note, parking can be quite tricky and the Penthouse Room lacks a bit of privacy - would benefit from curtains/privacy glass. Other than that, great stay and would return.
