Stay away if you want quality and kindness. . I am a World traveler and in 25 years this is the worst experience we have ever had. Honestly without exaggerating. Dark, dusty room, smell of cooking all night and vibrations/loud voices from bar under our room. Pillows smelled musty and polyester bedding was not smelling fresh at all. The housekeeper was also the manager and receptionist.She also told us at check in our request for quiet room was granted. Totally the opposite was true.When we had issues about smells, vibrations, she called us rude and asked us to leave before we were officially checked out.! The customer service does not exist here - don't understand who would say it's a quality address.

We had a lovely room on the second floor with a view of the lake, partially blocked by trees. The king size bed, fireplace, jacuzzi, comfortable chairs, and spaciousness of the room were much appreciated. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff were the best part of staying at the Inn. Kathy, Tammy, and Chloe went above and beyond to help with my gluten-free needs and to provide us with driving directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. The other staff we encountered were very helpful and cheerful as well. A first-rate staff all around.

Everyone was very welcoming & friendly! The rooms all on 2nd floor insured all a gorgeous lakefront view! Great Steakhouse on site too! Looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed here for a concert and I was pleasantly surprised. Walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Also the fluffiest beds I have ever slept in! Staff was very nice as well.

Beautiful lake view room, clean and peaceful . The staffs are friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was the basic continental style. Good expierence for my friends.
