Our stay at this holiday property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated everything was. The home was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available if we had any questions. One of our favorite parts was the beach and the warm swimming pool. We truly felt at home and are already planning our next visit. Lovely campsite we had a comfort chalet but taps were really hard to turn off in bathroom, kitchen and toilet. Have reported this. Entertainment ok, site lovely and swimming pool very nice. It was quiet when we were there but I imagine once it’s packed it could be a problem with facilities. Central location for sightseeing.

First time staying in a caravan park and really impressed. Well kept facilities, lovely setting and staff really friendly and helpful. Caravan very clean, could have done with a few more utensils but everything else was great.

Chalet had no power points in bedrooms. Whole chalet was outdated, late 80s feel, broken furniture, mouldy bathroom. The chalet was a massive disappointment. Indoor pool was bit mouldy too. Need to invest in upkeep. On bright side, outdoor pool and clubs were great, good activity choice, easy access to beach

We came and stayed in a rockstar caravan and all the added extras are great and the hot tub is fantastic ,the staff are also very polite and courteous in the customer facing areas. The caravan though looks great but if you dog down it is actually very dirty, we had a problem with ants one evening and are very grateful to guest services who came out at 930 pm to lay ant traps and powder but on inspection the ants were coming into the caravan to eat all manner of dropped food from behind the tv unit which looks to have been there weeks,we we were told they would be back the next day but no one returned ,no point complaining further as we were leaving the next day. However the more we pulled things away from the walls the dirtier and dirtier it all became. People have mentioned there are planks under the sofas this is in fact true and makes the sofas uncomfortable for a longer period of time to sit on . The oven is ridiculously slow but after reading reviews previously we expected it but a hour to cook a pork chop is a loooong time. The resort itself the part accross the road from the main area is quite nice with good views but all the bin areas say recycling but in five we looked at not one had a recycling bin so all the effort made to seperate out our recycling was pointless and it's now ended up in general waste along with glass The culver club should be condemned !! Filthy ,dirty and the toilets are the worst l've seen anywhere the bar is also broken in several places

Good for the price, but the caravan and facilities could've been cleaner. There was evidence of a dog hair in the carpet and the tops of shelves and light fixtures were very dusty. The heated towel rails in the bathrooms were dirty and clearly haven't been cleaned for a while. The pool seemed nice, but the area around the spiral staircase is absolutely filthy. I mean it is caked in old dirt and grime with bits of discarded swimming equipment that have been there for a very long time. This makes me worry about the rest of the facility and made sure we didn't use it again. One of the more irritating things was the daylight strength lighting glaring into the caravan windows all night. We have an 18 month and 3 year old that needs pitch black to sleep, so we put tin foil in the windows to block the light and make it close to pitch black as possible. This worked, but it was at our expense. It's also very poor for light pollution and moths to have lights this bright all night. Moths orientate by the moon and will fly in circles around outside lights until they die. This should be changed. I won't visit Whitecliff bay holiday park nor IOW again.

The caravan was not luxury it was standard at best and the hot tub was stuck on the decking wedged in which made the lid almost impossible to manoeuvre. The site was too quiet to have outdoor hot tubs which made us very conscious of any noise we made. It’s extortionate in the bar a miniature bottle of Prosecco cost me £11.

I liked the welcome from the staff when collecting the keys, the size of the cabin, liked the hot tub and the included WiFi, the bed was very comfortable. Didnt like there was no complementary tea coffee and milk, or even washin up liquid or a tea towel. The pots were covered in a sticky film. Unlike our previous stay at this site when all the above was included and even the dogs were given 2 pet welcome boxes. This time I also had to buy a plug in smelly because the cabin smelled strongly of cat pee.

Microwave rusty. Dirty stained pillows. Had too sweep floors on arrival. Doors dirty. If you want a shower stand in the rain ,the shower trickles. Mattress too small for bed. Tv could be done moving to centre of wall,watch your head when going outside banged it a few times. Sofa and chairs filthy/stained Dont forget to take towels £12 to hire, Take ckeaning stuff W,up liqiud Tea towels. Dish cloths etc good job we did. Bearing in mind for what we paid for this five day break it was very good value for money. The caravan we were allocated was very clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and can do enough for us. They are so friendly and have a very obvious "can-do attitude" some parts of the sites appear to be very well maintained and others maintained to an acceptable minimum standard. One word of warning the Wi-Fi is terrible. We were advised not to try and upgrade for a faster speed because the Wi-Fi is supplied by 1/3 party contractor and even if you pay for the extra speed it makes not a jot of difference. Overall I cannot complain, bearing in mind the price was superb.

Do not book a holiday at this holiday park. We stayed at Pelham Court and the lodge was absolutely filthy. I expected basic accommodation but not this. The bedroom walls had black mold on them, the duvets were stained, we had bites on our bodies either from bedbugs or fleas. The sofa was stinking, it smelled like wet dog. There were creatures under the cushions along with dog hair, it was filthy, we sat at the table. I have never stayed in filth like this. I had to clean the kitchen and bathroom as soon as we arrived. We just showered and slept there, we went out all day. I wish I had checked the reviews first because they were all bad. It was such a let down. They need to employ cleaners who actually clean or retrain their present staff.

The chalet was tidy but not clean. Toilets were stained and the wardrobes nearest the bathrooms had water marks and mold. The bed was buckled and made a lot of noise and the DVD player didn't work. You'd expect that for a resort in the middle of nowhere that food would be easily accessible. They open at lunch time and close at 7. Which if you want breakfast you have to go to the nearest town, Where most places are closed or closed down. And if you are eating dinner you will have to buy your own to cook in the chalet. The entertainment wasn't great, a slightly depressing version of bingo or kids entertainment at nearly 8pm. And the drinks don't make it much easier as they are extortionately priced. It's put my partner and I off returning to the Isle of Wight. Also do not come to the Isle of Wight without a car!!!! Getting the bus is an absolute pain.

The park itself was lovely, clean and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chalet was ok. Sofa very uncomfortable. It sleeps 6 but would be a struggle to have more than 2 people in lounge area, bedrooms however are spacious and beds incredibly comfortable. Great base for getting around island with bus stop right outside the park entrance. Would definitely stay again but would not book chalet.

The van was ok, bit dated in areas, carpet needs a good clean. We called out staff because our oven was not working and they came very quick! Booked Superior caravan but disappointed. Seating area had stains, no placemats or comfortable seating around very small table. Bedrooms very cramped. One step up to Luxury caravan recommended. On booking the pictures were showing the same as luxury furnishings so very misleading.

Chalet had no power points in bedrooms. Whole chalet was outdated, late 80s feel, broken furniture, mouldy bathroom. The chalet was a massive disappointment. Indoor pool was bit mouldy too. Need to invest in upkeep. On bright side, outdoor pool and clubs were great, good activity choice, easy access to beach

Comfortable beds, good kitchen, dining table and sofa. Tv worked well. Once we moved to a chalet with a walk in shower the bathroom was fine. However, it was cold, especially in the bedrooms and there were no extra blankets. It would have been good to have a welcome pack of some sort too, rather than just one sheet of paper with little on it. We hadn't been to the Park before and knew nothing about it. Food we had in the bar was nice, but having a starter and main course at the same time was more than a little annoying and we ended up not eating the starter!

Great place to stay. Easy access to bus services all around the island. It was very cold whilst we were here and the unit had a great heating system throughout. Beds were comfortable and 3 of us each had a bedroom. We got a deal that was amazing value for money. Fully recommend.

Bearing in mind for what we paid for this five day break it was very good value for money. The caravan we were allocated was very clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and can do enough for us. They are so friendly and have a very obvious "can-do attitude" some parts of the sites appear to be very well maintained and others maintained to an acceptable minimum standard. One word of warning the Wi-Fi is terrible. We were advised not to try and upgrade for a faster speed because the Wi-Fi is supplied by 1/3 party contractor and even if you pay for the extra speed it makes not a jot of difference. Every member of staff was lovely. Unfortunately communication wasn’t great as tried to call before and left a message via Hotels.com and no response. The chalets underlay wasn’t laid properly so it was lumpy in places. We had a great time, I stayed in December and decided to stay with my son in June as we usually stay with my friend. He loved it with the swimming and easy access to the beach.

when we arrived we were given the keys to the 'superior chalet' and it was awful. It was tiny and it stank of urine. We went to the customer service and asked to be moved and Amy went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation - she and her manager even cleaned a caravan for us so we didn't have to sleep in the chalet at all. The new caravan was lovely and we had an enjoyable stay, thank you SO MUCH Amy :)

Had a lovely stay at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. The comfort chalet was booked as just somewhere to get my head down while doing other activities on the island, as the price was so good! On arrival, I was told that there had been a problem with the chalet allocated to me and so they had provided an upgrade, free of charge, which I thought was excellent! It was a huge static home directly opposite the little shop. Shop well-stocked and the staff friendly. Static home had neutral tones, with a huge seating area, dining area, TV and kitchenette, two bedrooms. Spotlessly clean except for the remote control. Shower room with toilet & sink then a separate en suite toilet and sink off main bedroom. Main bedroom roomy. Plenty of wardrobe, cupboard & drawer space. Bed comfy. Desk/vanity space with a little stool. En suite very small. A tall person may struggle to sit at the usual angle! 2nd bedroom had two single beds,could be pushed together. Small amount of storage. Shower cold on first morning but swiftly fixed on reporting when guest services opened. Nice site and short walk to beach. Nab’s restaurant had nice decor and food. Note that dogs are allowed if you have allergies. Only dampener was on the Friday night when teams and teams of people were running straight past our static, using as a cut through, shouting and screaming, with no regard for any residents trying to sleep. Didn’t use facilities or pool. In good location. Would definitely stay again.

Guest service team was aweful particularly a tall male who pointed out you have not got towels and basic hygiene product like hand soap in toilet cause the room you selected from hotels.com is the cheap one. And my answer was holiday is holiday people like you make this kind of differenciate by not providing even basic health and hygiene product no hand soap or dish wash being a self catering. So I end up buying towels and basic hygiene product from their pricey shop When we book the room towels were mentioned in booking 😔 Overall experience was good but attitude of the guest service where they used such extreme words like “the room you got is the cheap one “ 😡

Whitecliff holiday park is Hilly so not really disabled friendly. Staff in reception nice booking in easy. Lovely welcome in reception. Nice welcome pack for dogs. Handy tea towel sponge and washing up liquid and scourer. We did not get to use swimming pool or club on site so cannot comment on them. My husband is disabled so it was difficult for him. Chalet was ok some needed updating . Perking where we were was on a hill. Think in main season might be packed

Lovely park. Really clean. Caravan was lovely - looked brand new, everything was clean and in great condition. Really surprised how big the main bedroom was and lovely surprise to have a bath in the en-suite! Really special location on the beach and so easy for the ferry. Will certainly be back!

The chalet was tidy but not clean. Toilets were stained and the wardrobes nearest the bathrooms had water marks and mold. The bed was buckled and made a lot of noise and the DVD player didn't work. You'd expect that for a resort in the middle of nowhere that food would be easily accessible. They open at lunch time and close at 7. Which if you want breakfast you have to go to the nearest town, Where most places are closed or closed down. And if you are eating dinner you will have to buy your own to cook in the chalet. The entertainment wasn't great, a slightly depressing version of bingo or kids entertainment at nearly 8pm. And the drinks don't make it much easier as they are extortionately priced. It's put my partner and I off returning to the Isle of Wight. Also do not come to the Isle of Wight without a car!!!! Getting the bus is an absolute pain.

Which if you want breakfast you have to go to the nearest town, Where most places are closed or closed down. And if you are eating dinner you will have to buy your own to cook in the chalet. The entertainment wasn't great, a slightly depressing version of bingo or kids entertainment at nearly 8pm. And the drinks don't make it much easier as they are extortionately priced. It's put my partner and I off returning to the Isle of Wight. Also do not come to the Isle of Wight without a car!!!! Getting the bus is an absolute pain.

The caravan was not luxury it was standard at best and the hot tub was stuck on the decking wedged in which made the lid almost impossible to manoeuvre. The site was too quiet to have outdoor hot tubs which made us very conscious of any noise we made. It’s extortionate in the bar a miniature bottle of Prosecco cost me £11.

I stayed Mon-Fri in a basic chalet, which was all I needed on my motorbike tour of the Isle of Wight. Although the chalet was at the budget end of the scale it provided everything I needed, in particular a clean bed with fresh linen and a clean bathroom (I paid for towel hire when checking in, saving valuable packing room).My only negative aspect was that the pots & pans, dinnerware & tableware should have been cleaner than they were (one pan looked as though it had been used and then placed back in the cupboard unwashed). I would recommend Housekeeping make a better check of these items in future as it seems some guests may not clean them thoroughly before checking out. Because I always wash the items I'm going to use beforehand there was no point taking this up with Reception. All in all, for the price paid, the accommodation was excellent value, the park was quiet and well kept. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, if I returned to the Isle of Wight in the future.

Room looks nothing like the pictures when booked. It is completely different. Floors were fairly dirt - we had to mop (which were provided, but clearly hadn't been used in some time as it had spider-webs inside the bucket), spillage down the wall by the master bed and food down the side of the cooker. Cigarette butts left on patio (should have been non-smoking). Beds however were clean and fresh. The Wi-Fi (free and paid for) hardly worked, location of the site also has poor mobile data reception. Often had to resort going to the bar to get a signal or use the Wi-Fi. Shower drain/plug was broken, standing shower would flood slightly when used. Only 1 usable power outlet per room, they also seemed fairly weak (unable to charge a device whilst in use, took 2 days to charge a phone) Hot & Cold water tap in the kitchen is the wrong way round, hot water is on the right but should be on the left. The pool was lovely, however, ruined by the amount of "rule breaking" and the lack of enforcement by life guards: - Children running around the pool, jumping in, almost jumping on other pool goers - Too many inflatables & balls in the pool - A lot of people taking pictures on mobiles - Considering the size of the pool and the amount of people, there aren't many sunbeds Staff were friendly and helpful, beach view was lovely but the beach itself is not overly accessible, as the route quite steep, which could have been communicated better by staff.

Very nice holiday camp. Chalet was very good value for 7 days. Didn't use the pools. Used the pub and dined there. Food ok but like the beer a bit pricey. Used the club for entertainment and drinks. Closed 10pm. one night. Overall we'd stop there again.

Rips in walls and shelf No or poor hot water in kitchen. Heating had to be on for hot water to work during 28 degrees heat Stains all over sofa bed No curtain on window Tiny bed. My son is near 6ft and you booked him as an under 7. He could not use the sofa bed as it was dirty. No WiFi Dirty Shower smells Beds smell Mattress and sheets dont fit frame Boiler needs heating on for hot water No towels as promised Alot smaller so cases dont fit in the room
