So easy with electronic check in, door keys, luggage store and ordering breakfast. Love having the yoga mat and there was a kitchen available if we had wanted. The most valuable was that I could communicate with BobW easily via WhatsApp with very prompt responses

a good hotel. Basic, with what is necessary for a quiet stay. I really liked the kitchen and its concept of common services. nice and comfortable! It has no reception, which can be challenging to access if one is not good with technology. great for young people!

Centrally located, 5 mins from the central station. No prior information about receptionless check-in or the codes needed to enter the hotel and room – a bit stressful when arriving alone late at night. If you have an app, you have to inform the guest about it - regardless of how they booked the room. A perfectly adequate room for those who aren’t too fussed about the details. Some cool touches I appreciated, like a kettle, fridge, yoga mat, day pass with access to a gym, and a charging cable. But – NO cleaning, no rubbish removal, and no replenishment of toilet paper – which gets rather tiresome when staying for five days.

This hotel is in a great location. Even though there is traffic out front, the good quality windows block all noise. The gym that is made available is excellent. Also there is a kitchen where we easily made breakfast. They take care of all details, from quality soaps and toilet paper, to an available outlet converter plug and charger. Simply outstanding.

Plasseringen var utmerket. Kult konsept. Fint å slippe nøkkel til rom og ytterdør. Gode senger og dusj. Humoristiske beskjeder, morsomt med polaroidkamera der man kunne ta bilder. Barna likte tv-spillene fra 1980-tallet. Felles kjøkken var flott og det var tilbud om mat der. Litt trangt for tre voksne i rommet "Roomey"

Room was far too hot for comfort and sleeping was very difficult. One small non opening window, so no chance of getting fresh air. We had two loud fans to make it cooler but then we had a noise problem. The underneath of the sofa bed hasn't seen a cleaner for several years. Kitchen and laundry room were great. CS responsive but unable to do anything. Can't recommend

O self checkin é excelente e super funcional. O apartamento é confortável e estava impecável. A localização é um ponto fortíssimo: colado a uma estação de metrô, a poucos metros de pontos de ônibus e trem. Fizemos tudo a pé. Foi uma ótima experiência.

Wonderful location in the heart of Helsinki city center. Close to everything a traveler needs. Would highly recommend to everyone and would stay here again the next time we come to Helsinki. Room was clean and their luggage storage was great to have so didn’t need to lug our bags everywhere as we waited for our train.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville près de la gare Les parties communes et les chambres sont neuves et très propres La chambre est bien équipée Il n’y a aucun contact humain car il n y a pas de réception toutefois le service whatsapp est efficace Toutefois, la chambre ne dispose d’aucune vue extérieure, elle donne sur une cour intérieure très sombre et sur un escalier d urgence. Il faut donc vivre toute la journée avec la lumière allumée ce qui peu agréable surtout au prix auquel la chambre est facturée. Par ailleurs la salle d’eau est très mal conçue, dès qu on prend une douche l’ensemble du sol de la salle d’eau est inondé. C’est désagréable est dangereux majorant le risque de chute. En outre, le robinet du lavabo était presque descellé ce qui rendait son usage peu pratique

Good location but didn't expect a flight of stairs before the entrance. There's alternative route but was following the gps. No view but not a big problem as we seldom in room. Room is slightly small but not an issue. The area around Bob is dirty but uncontrollable by the property. Will recommend Bob to budget travellers.

O quarto era bom, apesar de menor que aparentava nas fotos. Localização ótima, mas não voltaria porque tem muito barulho. O meu quarto ficava em cima de restaurantes/bares e tinha música até 3 da manhã, o que dificultava o sono.

Well equipped room facing a very noisy street, but with excellent soundprotecting windows. Stayed during an unusually hot period so being able to sleep with open windows in the absence of aircon would have been nice. However, an efficient fan was available, The Social kitchen concept is really great with options to prepare breakfast nearly for free.

チェックイン72時間前にホテルからメールがくるとエクスペディアから案内されていたが来なかった。 また入室に必要なパスコードでは ホテル内には入れたが、部屋には入れなかった。それは私達だけでなく困ってる人が他にもいた。設備はとてもよいホテルだが、 チェックインに不安定さがあるのは残念。

Not really a hotel, more a hostel. No bar no restaurant, more importantly, no reception. I'm not sure why this is listed on Hotels.ccom. I've stayed in better hostels, but this would get a four star. Very difficult to find or get into if you don't have Internet connection.

위치가 굉장히 좋은 호텔입니다. 처음에 입구가 좀 작아 어려움을 느낄 수도 있으나, 이는 일시적인 문제인 것 같아요. 이후엔 주어진 번호로 오고 가는 것을 쉽게 할 수 있습니다. What's app을통해 담당자와 문자가 가능한데 이를 통해 질문이 가능하고 빠르게 해결이 가능합니다. 자그만한 문제가 있었는데, 담당자가 친절하고 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 대부분의 관광지를 걸어갈 수 있고 혹은 대중교통과 매우 인접해 있기 때문에 이동이 굉장히 편합니다. 지하철 2분 컷, 트램이나 버스 3분 컷으로 도착 할 수 있고호텔도 깨끗합니다. 지하철 입구 쪽에는 마켓도 있어서 물이나 일부 간식을 사기도 아주 용이했구요. 두 명이 2박 3일 숙박하였고, 입실 전 후로 짐을 맡기는 것도 아주 편하게 맡길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 비대면에 대한 큰 거부감이 없다면 굉장히 추천 드리는 호텔입니다.

Brilliant location, just a 5-10mins walk from Central Train station, Market Hall, Esplanade and all shoppinh malls. Communication is great, easy to check-in/out and "Bob" is always responsive to my queries. We had a wonderful 3N stay at Bob.W Kluvvi.

O self checkin é excelente e super funcional. O apartamento é confortável e estava impecável. A localização é um ponto fortíssimo: colado a uma estação de metrô, a poucos metros de pontos de ônibus e trem. Fizemos tudo a pé. Foi uma ótima experiência.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a mercados, restaurantes e estação de metrô/trem. O quarto é confortável. O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria próxima e possui várias opções saborosas. Não possui recepção, o que pode ser um inconveniente. Não houve limpeza de quarto e troca de toalhas (ficamos 4 diárias). Recomendo a estadia!

This hotel is in a great location. Even though there is traffic out front, the good quality windows block all noise. The gym that is made available is excellent. Also there is a kitchen where we easily made breakfast. They take care of all details, from quality soaps and toilet paper, to an available outlet converter plug and charger. Simply outstanding.

Wonderful location in the heart of Helsinki city center. Close to everything a traveler needs. Would highly recommend to everyone and would stay here again the next time we come to Helsinki. Room was clean and their luggage storage was great to have so didn’t need to lug our bags everywhere as we waited for our train.

So easy with electronic check in, door keys, luggage store and ordering breakfast. Love having the yoga mat and there was a kitchen available if we had wanted. The most valuable was that I could communicate with BobW easily via WhatsApp with very prompt responses

Well equipped room facing a very noisy street, but with excellent soundprotecting windows. Stayed during an unusually hot period so being able to sleep with open windows in the absence of aircon would have been nice. However, an efficient fan was available, The Social kitchen concept is really great with options to prepare breakfast nearly for free.

Fantastic place to stay! Very accessible to all attractions is Helsinki. Few steps, you will get to the stores, restaurants, train station and many more. It’s like you live in your own apartment. Communication and support is always ready. You can do your own laundy and cook your own dishes if you like. When I come back, I’l stay here again. I highly recommend.

While the housekeeping staff was attentive the following day, the absence of any on-site staff or in-person assistance with the unsanitary room makes obvious the fact that Bob’s customers and staff are less important than cost-cutting shortcuts. Overrated and overpriced.

The place is perfect. It was very easy to find, and check in/out. We also were able to do early check in by paying an extra that was reasonable. The only “not good” thing, is that there was a retro Nintendo console with the joysticks, but when we wanted to play with it, the console was broken. Also, we wanted to use the TV and when trying to connect as “screen mirroring”, the TV had the “network” connection disabled so we couldn’t connect our phones. Other than that, the place is fantastic, is well equipped and is located very close to most of places that are popular in Helsinki. We would stay there again :)

Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.
