Liked everything. No complaints other than alot of trucks from construction crews in parking lot

Great stay Pool needs some cleaning and TLC

It was nice and actually had breakfast. None of the side doors unlocked with the key though so we continuously had to walk around the building and go through the front doors

The only complaint is there was no parking when we returned to the hotel in the evening. There were many work vehicles taking up 3 and 4 parking spaces.

Staff was decent, just a bit annoying they don’t wear uniforms so I couldn’t tell who’s working or hanging in lobby. Was told pool and gym were closed. Don’t know what they mean by gyms closed but ask us and we could let you in. Is it open or not. Decent place tons of convenience around, any store you need but not as close to downtown as you may want. Or do . Would stay here again if I needed to.

Nice. New. Good rooms. Good beds The only negative is lack of parking. Literally not one open spot. Their solution to a completely full parking lot is go park next door at Holiday Inn Express - who’s parking lot was also completely full. And one other negative - hard water (smells like sulphur) and you don’t ever feel that you can get rinsed off. But positives outweigh the negatives.

New, modern and in great condition. The outdoor pool is nice. The breakfast is good, and there's a good brew-pub, The Goat, next door. The beds have very soft pillow-top mattresses. That's great if it's what your back likes, but a caution if you need a harder mattress.

Easy, quick check in. Comfy bed, great gym, good variety of breakfast foods. Close to stores, easy highway access.

Fast check in, kind and helpful front desk. Clean, lobby was beautiful and breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Very well put together,a lot of options for a family of 5. Hot showers, great AC, pool was beautiful!

There was blood in the shower curtain. The clock alarm went off at 6 am.

Roach infested and rude people.

The worst stay I ever experienced. Looking forward to going back to the office to make this right! Roaches crawling in my bed, double charged for my room, will take 7 days to get that back, homeless people in the swimming pool who did not live here, and I woke up to only decaf. I asked if this was normal practice and she said, “I mean it’s not really my issue.” I said, can someone please bring me some after 4th time calling, and they said they couldn’t. 6:15AM been up all night, because someone tried to get into my room!! They didn’t answer then either! Night time and young girl working now is horrible! The only person that had customer service was the front desk lady at 3:00AM

Great hotel and the location was perfect! Everything was so clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

There was long black hair on the bathroom floor, but when I notified the front desk on our way out to have fun, the entire bathroom was recleaned before we returned.

Pair of dirty boys underwear in our bathroom. The pool was dirty, filled with debris on the bottom. Loud at night. Kids running up and down the hallways. And $50 for a one he late checkout is ridiculous.

Eveyone on the staff was excellent. Hotel very clean. Just what we needed.

Exceptionally clean, quiet property.

Our room / bathroom had crickets in it that were coming up through the bathtub drain. Disgusting and my daughters would not even take a shower.

The overall stay was decent. I wasn't expecting anything fancy. The breakfast helpers were nice and the front desk was nice. My only issue was the fact that my sheets were not changed before I arrived and my shower was not cleaned. I found a long curly hair in my bed and multiple stains on multiple pillow cases. The shower has melted used soap. I ended up having to change the sheets myself. The breakfast was decent. Can't go wrong with a waffle maker, yogurt, and boiled eggs. Not a hotel I would stay for a romantic night or vacation, but good enough for a quick work trip. My only expectation is cleanliness and infection control and that could've been better.

Very nice property and staff. But it was the loudest room ever. Could hear every neighbor thru the paper thin walls.

1) lack of water pressure, i was on the 3rd floor 2) lack of hot water for showering 3) bar for shower massage head was loose on wall

The rooms were very nice and comfortable The lighting in the rooms is poor.

It fit our needs perfectly except was a little weird that there was no outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer etc and the last 2 nights we were dealing with ongoing noise above us at 1 am on

WI FI was terrible, no hair dryer in room due to new restrictions by hotel management. Food was great

My air condition was turned off. But all night long was kicking in and making sounds. I could not sleep. When I told the person at the front desk, he said there was nothing he can do because the maintenance guy comes on a different day. I guess it wasn’t important.

Great location. Clean hotel. However, out tv didn’t work, the AC rumbled all night, and they didn’t have a second lock on door. But I thought the location is great and hotel clean.

Extremely Disappointing Experience During My Stay Dear [Hotel Manager's Name or "Management Team"], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my family and I were treated during our recent stay at your hotel. What started as an enjoyable visit quickly turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting experience due to the actions of one of your staff members. After a long day, my family and I returned to the hotel and simply wanted to sit down and eat in the lobby area. We were abruptly told that the lobby was closed by a staff member who addressed us in an unnecessarily rude and aggressive manner. Instead of kindly informing us of the closure, she proceeded to turn off the lights while we were still seated and continued to treat us with hostility. Later, when we used the pool area—well aware of the posted hours—we ensured we were cleaning up and preparing to leave as it approached closing time. Despite our cooperation, the same staff member was again unreasonably rude, pushing us to leave in a very aggressive manner, raising her voice, and even blaming us for a grill that had leftover charcoal in it, which we had nothing to do with. Her behavior was not only unprofessional, but made us feel completely unwelcome, and even frightened my children. This treatment was entirely unacceptable. I had planned to extend my stay an additional night, but I decided against it because of this experience. It’s incredibly unfortunate because I actually enjoyed many aspects of

We had a wonderful time here, It was easy to check in, super clean, surprisingly quiet rooms, great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff 10 out of 10.

Our stay was amazing. From the moment we entered to check-in, to the moment we checked out! Ghinesky, our check-in receptionist was very welcoming, wished us a comfortable stay, and was readily available to answer any questions we had with a smile on her face. That first point of contact really provided us with a reassurance of comfort we needed, especially since it was our first time ever staying at a hotel and didn’t know what we’d expect! I’m pregnant, and our comfort was the number one thing on my mind, especially regarding sleep, and our hotel beds here at La Quinta did not disappoint! As soon as I laid my head down on my pillow, I immediately fell asleep without any trouble. I have a hard time sleeping in my own bed at home and so imagine my surprise when a hotel bed made all the difference for me! I loved it! Breakfast was AWESOME as well (except the part where some parents were hogging the waffle machine… so that created a line that stalled many from getting waffles on time, although that is not the hotel’s fault). other than that, it was a great stay. My kiddos enjoyed their first ever hotel stay as well. They would arrive in awe every time we returned. It was memorable for us.

Lady at check in was wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Younger guy taking over the night shift was just the opposite..rude, unhelpful and snarky. Needs training or an attitude adjustment. Otherwise it was a very nice stay and comfortable stay. One minor irritation is not being to do room charges. I went down to get some snacks and I left my credit card up on the room and then had to make an extra trip back to get it, which was a hassle.

Wendy and Monique at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable!

I reserved a room with two queen beds. They gave us a one bed and couch pull out for two grown men. Did not even have sheets for the pull out couch. Stayed two nights and did not receive housekeeping. Lady at front desk was rude.

Check in took a long time especially given that only 1 guest was in the line ahead of me. Process is cumbersome and time consuming. Otherwise facilities are clean and updated.

My stay here was questionable. The building is nice and the rooms are nice but the service is trash!!!! I was charged an extra $200 for smoking in a room I did not smoke in. They had no evidence of ash from smoking and charged me. I called twenty times before I got someone on the phone. The staff hung up in my face after stating that weed and smoke were the same.

They will not answer the phone at this location and will not respond to other inquires. I will not STAY here AGAIN due to poor customer service.

Stayed here for the weekend. It was a nice area and walkable to Target (right across the street) and multiple food options nearby. Clean inside and quiet .Distance to downtown wasnt too far by car. Overall i recommend!

Surprised when my original reservation was "cancelled", and upgraded to a suite. Great location next to a shopping center and a movie theater. The bathroom was spacious and included a hair dryer. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location. It is family friendly. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Pflugerville area.

Nice area for shopping. Free breakfast was good.

The breakfast has only coffee or water to drink. The juice machine has been out of service both days. In fact, you cant even buy juice at the self serve keiosk. There is a pitcher of milk for people who are eating cereal. The food was typical.

The juice machine broke and they didn’t even have the initiative to buy bottles of juice for their guest to eat with their breakfast who were staying at the hotel .

Great stay! Very good location close to shopping areas and restaurants. Conveniently located. Breakfast had limited options, but was ok. The condition of the room was very good, we enjoyed our stay.
