The bathroom showers have mold and discoloration all around the base of the showers. I had to shower with my shoes on. Our room was changed due to leak in shower and a Loud noise from the vent. Our room fridge did not work and the elevators broke down Friday into Saturday afternoon. Only good thing was the roof top at night and the spa castle discount.

No doorman. No place to park and unload your car. No parking.

The truth , everything was excellent, except for the noise of the DJ's music, the windows rang because the music was very loud, they gave me a room on the 7th floor, I really didn't sleep at all until the music was over.

I recently stayed here for my 27th birthday. Upon entry there was a beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Check-in was fast and easy. Unfortunately the elevator was out so we had to take the steps, which was overtiring and draining. However staff did fix the elevator shortly after my arrival. Room was beautiful, very clean, and nicely decorated. There was a mini bar with refreshing drinks, and the tv had cartoon channels to entertain my baby boy.

The only bad things that this hotel turns into night club on the weekend. So be careful if you go with kids like us. Club is on the last floor do dont book higher floor, stay in lower floors and you should be fine.

The property was good staff was friendly. Room was a good size for the price. Only problem no parking near hotel. Have to use a parking lot two blocks away. Hotel also have a roof top bar which was small but cool 😎.

Club next door runs from midnight to 5:00 a.m. Club music thumped through our room the entire time. Prostitution happening here. You can tell this place was nice at one point. It is not anymore. Did not feel at all safe here. Super-weird vibes. Just don't stay here.

Very clean beautiful room only issue is would be the bar is kind of loud.

They do not have an on-site parking lot, so you have to park your car for $24 a night, two blocks away. We stayed in room 507 and made the front desk. Staff aware about the black mold in the room, and they insisted “it was just a stain”, the drain in the shower does not drain properly so it gets all over the floor and has rotted and molded the wood of the bedframe.

The property was walkable to all the nearby shopping and restaurants in flushing. It was clean and easy overall check in process.

I enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed by the staff the room was clean and comfortable

The property is convenient if traveling by car. The staff is very friendly. However, the property is very outdated. The carpet had many different stains.

There was a roach in the room soon as we walked in

This hotel was filthy! The room had mold, the bed sheets had blood stains and there were pre stains all over the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk they only covered the comforter with a sheet they did not clean or sanitize anything.

It would be a nice hotel if the rooms were cleaner. There was mold all over the shower and the floors were disgusting. I switched rooms and it was a little better but did not like that feeling of a dirty room. Sorry to say!

Bedroom walls had mold all over it bed linens was very dirty.

This place felt dirty - hair strands and damaged items. There was only one outlet in the room (outside of the bathroom) so it was impossible to charge my laptop, watch, and phone. The bed was meh, the pillowcases didn't fit. The fan was loud and noisy. And the chair at the desk was so low (and not adjustable) making it really difficult to work. I will not stay here again.

The pictures must be old. The hotel is run down. The air conditioning doesn’t work and they added a swap cooler with a cardboard cover in the window. Our room was 88 degrees and never went below 83 degrees after running the fan and swap cooler for 2 days. The swam cooler only cools the mattress since it is too short to reach over. The shower and tub only had hot water. The room doesn’t have a phone to call the front desk so we took the elevator down 7 floors to complain about the hot water and lack of air conditioning. The towels are slightly larger than the hand towel. The sink and tub have cracks and the floor has a carpet that is in need of replacing. Don’t be fooled by the website, the pictures are not recent. The neighborhood is not safe after dark. The staff give the worst directions. The only thing good is the roof top bar and friendly Italian bartender. We went to watch the US Open since this hotel is less than 2 miles away. I would have changed hotels if I could find one nearby but with last minute notice I was not able to find one. NEVER stay at this one.

The room was cold the heater was loud when I complained to management they offered me a room which was a downgrad from the room I was staying then flat out told me that it was because I booked with a third party site. It was 20 degrees and snowing outside. Half of the sockets didnt work and the lights needed to stay on for them to keep having power so basically could not charge my phone the whole night

The pictures on the listing are misleading, at least for the compact room, which is approximately 10x10 feet. The shower head is directly over the sink and shares a floor with the toilet. When you shower the water collects on the floor and walls. The glass walls around the bathroom are 3/4, so you will hear and smell everything that goes on in there. Cleanliness was okay, but there were definitely areas of the shower that could have used scrubbing.

Everything was fine, the only weird thing was the shower set up. There was no bars or shelves for stuff...and the sink area being open didn't really give you a spot to change before getting in the shower. Fine if your with a significant other..little awkward with a friend.

It was a little dated, but had everything you could need. I did have trouble with the shower, it is connected to the sink. I went to use the sink when I went to use it for the first time at night, not knowing it was set to shower, I have myself a fully clothed shower.l, so beware of the faucet settings.

The room didn't even have a window. And it was really loud all night from the nightclub upstairs. The room was also dirty and housekeeping repeatedly ignored our requests for new towels and soap. On top of all this the wall outlets and lights were all on a timer that would turn off in 2 minutes unless we had a key in a certain spot. The bathroom didn't have a wall or door it was just a barley not transparent peice of glass that was perfectly visible from the rest of the closet sized room. I do not recommend going here

The hotel was decently located for what we were looking for. The shower was located behind glass walls in the bedroom and the door leaked quite a bit regardless of what we tried to stop it. The AC was good in the hotel but weak in our room as well. There was no window so it was impossible to cool the room in another way. I would stay there again, there were just a few small things that impacted my score a little.

Far from subway station . You need to walk 15 mins to get 7 train . I got very small room . There was no shower like separation from toilet . Wash basin . Shower and toilet in one small space . So when you take shower water will flow to the toilet bowl space . So you need to wipe water with toilet always under your toilet . Technically they should not rent this room to anyone . Not sure if all the rooms are like this . But my room was like this and I had a nightmare to go to toilet and shower . Also heater maximum temp is 70 . You can’t increase above 70 . Over all not a good option . Location also full Korea . I don’t like . 1 hour 15 mi s on train to penn station

The hotel is a bit confusing. It tries to promote itself as an upscale asian style hotel. But they don't keep up with their standards all together. The furnitures are worn out though they try to keep it in good shape. The high bed frame corners bruised up my knees. The showers were horrible. There was barely enough pressure and water. Instead of replenishing out bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they leave behind what's not used by the last guest, so that the new guest has to bother the reception desk for new ones. Also, there were some fire alarm speaker that were broken. So, all you heard was a continuous long strand of beeping sound. Lastly, the memory foam bed was way too soft. Most importantly, the receptionist was great and patient. He was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Phone number for hotel does not ring. Emails are not answered. Staff unwelcoming. Security deposit not returned a week after stay!!!!!

My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. My horrible experience began when i returned to my rm around 1:30 am. I attempted to enter my rm and key card was not working. I went downstairs a d asked for assistance. The front desk man said he reactivated it. I went up and attempted and it failed again. I asked for him to attempt ifor 3rd time and still not active. He opened with the master key card. I still needed a card to turn on the lights because it had a different switch set up. When i entered the rm i kept hearing loud music playing from somewhere. I went down and notified the front desk man. He said he would handle it. Unfortunately 15 minutes after the rattleling continued. I went back down and demanded answer to the noise. I asked for a security personnel and he claimed that none were available. He said that they would charge my rmm. By this time it was around 3am. I had to wake up at 6am. The fact is that i had to pack all my belongings and place in separate rm. It was a horrible inconvenience having to do this in th .middle of night. That place was a horrible place to stay ay

The check in was long the front desk clerk was new and alone. Bobby did his best. The hall ways on the floors were dark. The only way to keep the lights on in the rooms is to leave the card in the light slot in the key pad.the shower floors are extremely slippery. The tv has 2-3 channelsthat are in English. The mini bar that is in the room , those items are $4 bucks. There aren't any phones in the rooms if you need to get room services or request you need to go to the lobby, same for ice ( but a little different) you have to leave your room go to the lobby go to a different set of elevators toget ice. There's no ice on neither of the floors that have rooms. You need to get your bucket and go to the lobby and go to a different set of elevators and take the chance to find out if someone is there. The 8th and the 9th floor on the ice floors are also the party floors, where those floors are rented to random for venue. One "Technical" party until 5am. The next day was a 18y.o party. The hotel room's are the size of an efficiency. Therefore; There's NO place to gather. My family and I set in the lobby they told us to leave. After a debate, we were allowed to saty until 10:30. Did I remind you of a party. The air condition is a filter on the floor taking up more rm. Lewis is friendly and Accommodating. After making the point, we were allowed to sit and eat uncomfortably in the lobby. I was doubled charged for my rooms. No water given to us and there were thirteen

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The staff wasn't very attentive, often distracted by their phones, and their clothing didn’t come off as very professional. To top it off, there was a loud argument between a staff member and some guests right in the lobby, which was pretty uncomfortable. There were several other people waiting to complain, including myself, and it just wasn’t a good look. The hotel’s overall cleanliness was also concerning. The front door windows were dirty, which didn’t give a great first impression. When I checked my bed, I found hair that wasn’t mine, so I asked for the sheets to be changed. This wasn’t done while I was out, so I had to ask again. The second time, the sheets were changed by a much friendlier staff member than the ones at the desk. In the bathroom, I found a contact lens on the floor that wasn’t mine, and one of the towels had stains on it, like old makeup. The bathroom itself had visible dirt and mold around the shower, and there were stains on the couch/bench in the room. The coffee machine and ice bucket were dusty, and honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable using them or the ice machine at all. Overall, the hotel needs a lot of work, especially in cleanliness and customer service. It wasn’t the worst stay, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

Had to stay in NYC for additional night due to weather. This was the only hotel that was available to us located in Korea town. If that is a place that you would like to stay two additional nights and no American cuisine then you might like it.

Service and staff were great. Rooms were old with lots of marks and rust. Bed sheets had stains and didn’t fit the bed properly. Comfortable bed and working amenities though If wanting to visit the city, would recommend staying closer as the subway commute was long from this area

The hotel requires the room card be inserted into card reader to have access to the lighting and fixtures inside the room like lights, electrical outlets, etc. It can be helpful since this reminds you to take the card before you leave the room. Bedding was good and comfy. For the most part is clean. Found a few trash containers behind the nightstand from previous guest. The lock safe was out of battery power so locking valuables was a missed opportunity. Location was conveniently placed around a lot of restaurants and cafes so food options were plentiful. Main St. subway end stop is a few blocks away so catching the local transit is easy to get into Downtown Manhattan.

Near from Flushing station. Ideal if you go to concert or a game in Cifi Field or events in Queens. This is a chinesse area, so every food is asian. I order korean food and was good. The front desk service was good, the room was so nice.

Economical for the area, close to transit, quiet, clean. Few food & drink options - more healthy snacks from the machine would be useful as there is no restaurant on site nor near. Friendly and helpful service.

The room was recently renovated and decor was nice, but I wasn't able to turn all the lights out while keeping the TV on. The whole electrical system in the room was messed up with an opened electrical socket with wires exposed. There was no soap or shampoo offered in the room. To top it off, there is a club on the roof top which vibrated the room until 2AM...The noise from the club was unbarable . Ill never stay here again

I love it just didn’t tell me that they had a kitchen upstairs that a chef coming from 5:30 until late night.

I loved the window, absolutely huge. The shower being separate from the toilet with the sink in between. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We went to the Ooo bar and Lounge. It was pretty lively in there and we had a lot of fun. The Bartender (Chelsea) there was amazing and took really good care of us.

There was no window in the room we got. That should be something to be disclosed when the room was booked or when the guests were checked-in. The hotel is overall tired and dingy, the air-conditioner inside the room was loud. The only plus is the bar on the top floor, it was convenient to grab food late at night after a concert. Not enough to lure me back in though. Communication with the staff was hard due to language barrier.
