I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff is great, very accommodating. They go above and beyond the norm to ensure a pleasant stay. I accidentally booked the wrong type of suite, they upgraded my suite complimentary. Clean and quiet, they also have security on the property and the breakfast is good.

Property was quiet, clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary breakfast too. This is the second time we have stayed here and we intend to stay again in the future when the need arises.

This hotel, in my opinion is one of the best ones in the Antelope Valley area. Very clean, great staff who go above and beyond the scope of their jobs to accommodate, breakfast is great and their little snack/food buying options are always stocked with many difference options to choose from and the cost to wash your clothes is an exceptionally good price. Highly recommended and will definitely return in the future.

The place is new so everything is clean and spotless. The room having a kitchenette is great even though we chose our room by the elevator it was still quiet. The breakfast is amazing. It’s not just a piece of fruit. They have hot food. The bed was comfortable . Staff was very friendly. Love that they had a fireplace outside that you could sit in. Pool was small, but we weren’t there for the pool.

the room, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. the outside is super nice and clean. super close to the AV fair and all the staff was welcoming. the kitchen was fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, a stove, plates, cups, ect!

The stay was ok friendly personnel. but was not satisfied with the cleaning of the room. I was there for two nights and one day and no one came around to get the trash out or get used towels. I had to ask the front desk person for clean ones. I checked out today around 1100 and still no one had came by.

Everything about this hotel was great except for the internet. While it worked on my cell phone it didn't work very well on my tablet so that was a disappointment to me. Also while I received an email I didn't really know that they only do housekeeping every other day. So I didn't know they didn't empty the trash or replenish the coffee, etc.

I could not sleep well because of large spider found, they should have given another room. Maintenance sprayed chemicals, but didn't give any instructions on side effects or staying out of room, for a certain amount of time.

Room was well laid out with a small but complete kitchen. Bed and sheets were very comfortable, front desk (Kevin) very hospitable and informative. Would definitely stay again! Larger TV would be nice.

Convenient distance to Lancaster National Soccer Center. Sofá bed was tiny, not suitable for two children. We requested 1 extra pillow and were told none were available. We requested a rollaway bed and none were available. Complimentary breakfast was unpleasant (powdered egg taste, sour taste for milk cartons, croissant sandwiches were very soggy). We ended up ordering McDonalds for breakfast. Would not recommend to family and friends.

The room was fine. The staff was accommodating for the most part. I asked for a late check out and they told me I wasn’t able to do a late check out so that was disappointing. I don’t understand why they couldn’t really give me a reason.

I was immediately at ease upon arrival to th hotel. The area felt safe and secure, which is important to me, especially when travelling alone. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed and I will definitely stay here again in the future. My only concern is the question of room quality. It seems as though the rooms I get from booking on Hotels.com are always in need of maintenance, whether that is peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, etc.

It seems as though the rooms I get from booking on Hotels.com are always in need of maintenance, whether that is peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, etc.

I absolutely liked this place immensely. From the doorbell to the kitchenette, you had utensils pots and pans if you wanted to cook a great fridge. It has a lot of space. I didn’t feel cooped up at all. The couch in the room was great for taking naps also. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The continental breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. They had eggs and bacon one morning eggs and sausage the next, but they also had yummy breakfast sandwiches one morning and some for the next. You could even make homemade waffles, which was absolutely cool beans Made juices, milk and chocolate milk, and yogurt. Everything you could possibly want for full healthy breakfast especially the oatmeal. Only scary part was people walking their dog to the area for the dogs and they were growling. I was afraid the dog was going to come off that Leeshae would definitely definitely stay again.

The room was nice and clean and i loved the extra closet space. Staff were friendly and available when i needed them and the breakfast was really good!

Convenient distance to Lancaster National Soccer Center. Sofá bed was tiny, not suitable for two children. We requested 1 extra pillow and were told none were available. We requested a rollaway bed and none were available. Complimentary breakfast was unpleasant (powdered egg taste, sour taste for milk cartons, croissant sandwiches were very soggy). We ended up ordering McDonalds for breakfast. Would not recommend to family and friends.

The place is new so everything is clean and spotless. The room having a kitchenette is great even though we chose our room by the elevator it was still quiet. The breakfast is amazing. It’s not just a piece of fruit. They have hot food. The bed was comfortable . Staff was very friendly. Love that they had a fireplace outside that you could sit in. Pool was small, but we weren’t there for the pool.

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lancaster for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and genuinely seemed happy to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was comfortable and made for an easy, enjoyable three-day stay. What stood out most to me, though, was the hospitality. Great customer service can really make a difference when you’re away from home, and the staff here definitely did that. I truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was and would happily stay here again if I’m back in the Lancaster area. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive one!

I hope that they serve more on breakfast. I didn’t like the liquid scrambled egg. It’s not fully cooked… I was disappointed ☹️. I hope they coo well next OR USE A REAL EGGS INSTEAD …have a sunny side up too pls.
