We had room 205 which according to the front desk, and I quote, "it's the best room we have" inspite of mold in the ice bucket, wall jack and wires coming out of the wall, no stopper in the bathroom sink and the whole hotel smelling like smoke, down to the elevators. Only come here if you have a death wish.

Staff could be more welcoming at the reception desk. Upon my my registration, the agent at the desk was very cold and distant when spoken to he barely acknowledge me. When I concluded and said, have a good evening, he completely ignored me without acknowledging my comment.

The person checking me in gave me hard time about my id not matching up to my preferred name which I have on this account. Hotels.com needs to figure something out with this because I know I am not the only one who has probably gone through this. She was very rude and discriminatory towards me. I won't be staying here again.
