La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, essendo localizzata nei pressi dell'uscita autostradale. E' possibile raggiungere Orvieto in 5 min di auto o usufruire della funicolare a 3 min dall'hotel con annesso pacheggio gratuito. Il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Le camere sono un po' datate. Bisognerebbe riprenderle per renderle più confortevoli. La pulizia è ottima. La colazione prevede diverse torte di fattura artigianale e nel complesso è accettabile anche se qualcosina in più si potrebbe fornire come del pane fresco. Complessivamente è una buona struttura cui alloggiare per qualche giorno per dedicarsi alla visita di Orvieto.

Estadia de 1 dia, com café da manhã que nos atendeu perfeitamente, com variedade e tudo muito organizado. A localização do hotel é excelente para quem viaja de carro, com estacionamento fácil, com mercado e lojas a 5 minutos de carro. A cidade é um encanto! Voltaríamos em uma próxima viagem à Itália.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal, Bett bequem und Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Der Zug der hinter dem Hotel vorbei fährt ist bei offener Bslkontür sehr laut, bei geschlossener Tür erträglich. Badezimmer klein, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Autobahn, ich hatte dort beim Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Calabria übernachtet.

Ottima struttura per pulizia e cortesia. La mattina sono stato svegliato dal rumore proveniente sicuramente dalla pulizia delle camere vicine. Non ci sono avvolgibili alla porta/finestra quindi entra molta luce alla mattina.

Good hotel just off the main highway and five minutes drive into the center of Orvieto. The hotel is well kept, although dated, but clean and the Staff is very friendly. Well worth the ratio of quality vs price.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a huge pile of dust/dirt in the corner and mold in the tile grout in the shower. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I know it’s not a 4 star hotel but cleanliness should be expected.

The room itself was worst I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were horrible. One was sunken in and slanted. I looked under sheets and it was falling apart. The toilet was dripping all night and the tiny shower wouldn’t stay on. Had to shower with one hand to keep it on. After the night I went to staff to let th know the issues so that they could fix them for the future. I wasn’t asking for anything just letting them know. They didn’t even apologize just made excuse and didn’t even let me finish speaking. Loved our breakfast woman though! If you are going to Orvieto please do not stay here. Stay up in the city not down by the train tracks like I made the mistake of.

The ac/c never worked and I ws given several different reasons why. Wasted my one day in Orvieto trying to get the room livable in the heat. Had to keep the balcony door open to the traffic and mosquitoes all night just to get some air in the room. Finally was told the ac was not even activated in the hotel... but somehow the lobby was nice and cool. Never got to visit the town. Horri

La camera non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative create dal prezzo e dall'ingresso dell'hotel. Andrebbe rinnovata e insonorizzata. Un piano d'appoggio in bagno sarebbe utile. Personale gentile ma attenzione alle indicazioni sulla ZTL notturna festiva di Orvieto! Ci è stato detto che non è attiva ma non è così! I parcheggi sono a pagamento fino alle ore 22, anche nei festivi. Il nostro navigatore ci ha portato nel centro storico, non proprio agevole. Per andare in centro conviene impostarlo su piazza Cohen e poi su piazza Marconi (parcheggio dietro al duomo).

The air conditioning wasn't working in the room. Overall decor looked tired, and the hotel in general could do with investment. Located between two railway tracks, it needs to be much better to want us to go back.

Service very pleasant. We arrived before check-in, left our luggage to explore old Orvieto and upon returning staff advised they’d put our luggage in our room. Car dependent location. 25 minute walk from train station, taxi/bus service from train station and hotel seemed extremely sparseness

Condizioni della struttura non adeguate ad un tre stelle... almeno nelle camere si presenta come una struttura anni 90 seppur sufficientemente pulita. Quando siamo stati noi vi era un gruppo di bambini e genitori di una squadra di calcio che faceva rumore a tutte le ore, giocando a pallone nei corridoi il pomeriggio e urlando nelle parti comuni alle 5 del mattino come se fosse mezzogiorno (al mattino non erano i bambini ma gli adulti accompagnatori). Il personale del tutto assente di fronte a ciò...quando abbiamo fatto notare tale disagio ci è stato chiesto scusa ma ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto capire la situazione: i bambini dovevano partecipare ad un torneo! Intanto abbiamo dormito poco e male in un posto che già come camere non è proprio il massimo... ovviamente non torneremo.

Mi è piaciuto tutto ed ho trovato splendida la colazione (anche per intolleranti al lattosio) preparata direttamente dall'hotel, l'effettivo essere pet friendly, e la cortesia ed il sorriso del personale. Probabilmente un equilibrio di tutte le cose che ci si aspetta da un hotel. Davvero da raccomandare e senza nessuna sorpresa.

Colazione semplice ma abbondante sia dolce che salata ,una cosa negativa della colazione il caffè disponibile solo nel distributore automatico .Personale efficiente e molto gentile. molto vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada l'unica nota non positiva è che si trova sulla strada e l'esterno non è molto curato.
