Lovely hosts and a very smart , modern room and en-suite, Very good breakfast and free parking. Easy 20 min walk into Chichester Town centre/ cathedral. Excellent selection of shops.

Ample parking is n the drive of a residential street with 2 pubs just a 10 minute walk down the road. Everything you could want really. Clean, shower, bathroom, wifi, tv, comfy bed. Oogeiybhreakfaet in the morning served by the owner who was very nice to speak to. Thanks very much
