Our stay at The Crane Resort was absolutely unforgettable. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like our own private getaway. Each restaurant offered delicious meals with exceptional service, making it easy to enjoy a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner without ever leaving the resort. Loved the Crane - will be back, The room was so well thought out - comfortable, spacious, lots of storage, The kitchen had the basics yet we were still able to create some great gourmet meals, which helped with our food expenses. The restaurants we went to were also excellent. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower. The plumber did a repair but still the water was just barely warm for a shower. Other people in our party had really hot water - so it was just our room. Will still return!

Amazing views. Large room with great views/balcony. Suite had a private elevator to underground parking. Very friendly staff. Only 2 areas for improvement. AC did struggle and kitchen could have a few more pans etc. But overall I would recommend it!

The suite was designed for relaxing and privacy! The plunge pool was FABULOUS! The walking group and yoga were terrific ways to start the day. The adults only pool and serenity lawn were designed for relaxation. It was an exquisite experience at The Crane. Love to return again!

Beautiful property, very much giving luxury. However the dining options were terrible. Had to go out, at least 35mins to a decent restaurant. Their main restaurant was closed. Also its a waste of money to get the plunge pool because its freezing-no temperature control & its shaded!! Also the hot water isn't hot nor is the cold temperature of the fridge cold. I honestly expected more for what I paid & they didn't offer any resolution or partial refund for the non use of the plunge pool

Spacious, well appointed rooms, friendly, accommodating staff, 3 fantastic restaurants, fun entertainment each evening in the town square. Improvements to the exterior and windows going on and understandable but kind of sad as the original plantation shutters and luvered doors are a great feature to enjoy the amazing trade winds. What they lack in 5-star amenities, they make up for in historic charm and character. We enjoyed our stay enough to extend it. Highly recommend

The Crane Resort has everything needed for a relaxed stay in one location. Our Junior Suite with partial ocean views was smaller than expected. The bedroom and wardrobe space was small. There was no space to store luggage, except in the living/dining area, which then reduced the available space there. The kitchen area was well stocked with utensils but had limited cupboard/drawer space and nowhere to store groceries except on the worktop. The advertised room details were slightly ambiguous as we were expecting a suite with a pool and hot tub! Apparently, the booking was for a suite only. Overall, we adapted and made the most of it.

The hotel failed to get my last name thru the Expedia reservation. Led to 30 minute delay checking in. However - hats off to the desk clerk who pressed on to find the problem. Lack of hot water for showers. AC unit did not work in MBR. Batteries dead in fan controller in living room, Door off track in MBR.

We stayed in one of the private residence suites at the Crane . I’m not sure who was at fault the Hilton or the Crane itself in addition to the owners of the suite. We had no AC in living quarters, And only portable AC in our bedrooms that barely kept it livable. I had no water supply to my bathroom sink on arrival. All the appliances were cheap as dirt.. The sofa bed was disgusting. The cushions fell inside the frame when you sat on it .The base of the beds were uncovered, and very dirty. The pillows were filled with squares of hard foam .. unbelievable that someone would think you could sleep on this. the lights around the perimeter of the penthouse lounge did not work. Many of the pictures had been removed from the walls. Only hangers hanging there. There was no coffee table to put any drinks on.. the furniture was very outdated ,uncomfortable .. cheap cheap cheap…if they try to put you in suite 5144 run for the hills!!! I can’t believe an owner would furnish a supposedly luxury suite like this and I can’t believe the Crane or Hilton did not inspect this unit and not rent it .It was disgusting and a waste of money. Ruined our whole trip.
