Excellent room and breakfast Not aware pool was being renovated

Good hotel for transfer etc. The pool has some broken tiles but if you only need a hotel close airport then this one is good. You get what you paid for.

I highly recommend this lovely location if you need to rest before your next flight. The premises were clean and tidy. Size of the room is generous, there was a TV, small fridge and a kettle. The bathroom was tidy. The hotel located in about 15 min drive from BKK airport, which is very handy. We had our transfer from and to airport booked in with the hotel, so it was very easy. The driver was welcoming, helpful with luggage and polite. Bear in mind, you firstly will need to find their representative at the airport (exit 4 at the 2d floor where all the representatives are located), you will not be able to miss that place as it is always crowded. And then the rep will take you to the taxi (wait time appx 15 min). We had a lovely buffet breakfast at the place and it was great with plenty of choices starting from bread, jams and butter, eggs, cereals, sausages, chicken nuggets and some traditional Thai dishes. There were fruits and vege salads selection. The lunch we had there did not disappoint as well - all food was freshly cooked and delicious. Absolutely all staff at the hotel were very polite and welcoming. Only one disadvantage - it is located nearby a lot of car garages (so the small local roads are narrow and not clean), the nearest 711 is in about 10 minutes walk, so if it is essential for you, you need to have it in mind. Otherwise, Vismaya is absolute gem to stay - great price for a stay and food, and lovely service. All the best to you guys with your business!

Airport transfer options are convenient

Lovely pool area to wind down after a holiday and before the flight home.

I woke up after a long haul voyage to a waterfall going into the swimming pool. A little Oasis and you can't even tell you're in the city. I'll take that as my airport hotel any day. Oh, and maybe it's Thailand in general, I'm not sure yet, but the morning breakfast included with the room was a winner.

Very efficient stay. Staff are good and attentive. Some deferred maintenance. Pool deck boards unsupported when walking creating a safety hazard. Bathroom cupboard door hinge off.

That said, it has everything you need for a short stay while waiting for a flight: airport transportation, a restaurant with a buffet breakfast that offers a variety of options, a pool, and an elevator. The room was very spacious ans comfortable.

Overall it was a great stay Breakfast was great Airport shuttle was very handy, although difficult to find for a first time users. Extra cost for both.

シャワーのお湯が出ません。 お湯がでないことを伝えると、直しにきてくれたものの、直らず 違う部屋のシャワーを使ってと言われました。 その、通された部屋が、 誰かが使用した部屋で清掃の入っていない部屋でした。 人が使ったあとの散らかった使用感のある部屋で怖さを感じました。 どんな人が使ったかわからないシャワーで無事お風呂に入り帰宅できましたが、 さすがに、軽く清掃をしてから通してくれても良いのではないでしょうか

I booked this property for my parent to stay during their transit. Only a couple things that meet our expectations is nice hotel, close to the airport and cheap. That is! Pool was under construction and no mention on the website. Got advised to pay for early check in, which my parents didn’t ask for early check in. They happy to wait like others. Staff came to ask them many times. They got room available and ready in the morning but they asked for extra charge for early check in. We never experienced this kind of thing and we understand the hotel policy very much. Never got ask to pay for early check in, even in large 5 star properties. Especially the staff came and asking for this. After checking in to the room my mom found a bunch of fake eyelashes on the pillow. She even complained to me because I’m the one who booked this hotel for them to stay. No need to rush to clean the room and ignore all the cleaning standards.

Airport transportation to the hotel was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but furnishings are not maintained. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. But sink and shower drain very slowly, couldn't finish my shower without the backed up water flowing onto the main bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent... I booked my room based on the reviews and photos... Nether were accurate in my opinion...

The room felt really big and empty the bathroom was very dirty, rust and water damage everywhere in the bathroom, chipped floors and paint in the bathroom. Its a cheap place to stay for one night if you’re flying in really late or early and still waiting for your other accommodation to be available but other than that would not stay long term. Oh bed felt like cardboard also.

Cons: facing swamp and someone's backyard- terrible location dirty, moldy concrete underneath the bath, damp air, very unpleasant room odor, Pros: clean bed linen

This was a great stay after a late flight as it was so close to the airport. They were welcoming and very friendly. The room was nice and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom was nice, they had toiletries to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Check in very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Good organised transfer to Airport. Room is clean. Bed comfortable. Aircondition a bit loud. 5 min walk to 7/11. Close to airport.

They hotel is very dated.They look like they are trying to do bits and peices but the rooms are old and drab.Breakfast was good.Staff were very nice

Absolute garbage hotel. I highly recommend you DO NOT bring a date there. A totally see-through curtain from the bedroom to the bathroom is what this hotel considers privacy

No room darkening or privacy current on window to outside. No hand towels in bathroom. Shower nossel had to be held to avoid it from spraying out of enclosure. Water temp would change on its own ftom scalding to cold without changing setting almost every minute.

Perfect stay overnight between flights. Room was large and bathroom was too. Really big bath and shower. Would definitely stay again.

The room was big but the bathroom is starting to show wear and tear. There were no washcloths or hand towels, only 2 large bath towels. No iron or ironing board either. The breakfast was good if not unhealthy. I only ate the watermelon. Everything else looked very unhealthy. The coffee was terrible, asked for cream, said they didn't have any.they only had milk I paid for breakfast and two airport transfers. When I arrived I asked for an early morning transfer, they asked why time my flight was and I told them 8:30 They said I had to be there 3 hours before I said no I don't I'm traveling business we have "fast track" and I wasn't checking any bags. I asked that I leave around 6:45 specifically saying as long as I was there by 7. Since breakfast was a bust I was ready to go earlier. by 6:20 I told the front desk I could go anytime. By 6:40 I asked how long it would be. She said they wouldn't be leaving until 7 that that was what I booked. I told her, no, that's not what I booked ONLY then did they tell me that they run every hour on the hour. This was never mentioneded in the description, when I checked in, or when I told them I could leave earlier, not until I asked why I had to wait so long, there were 3 transfers sitting in the parking lot. At this point, I'm upset and they offer me a ride, but I had to pay $180 Baht. I didn't get a refund for the additional cost of transfers. Communication is terrible. I should have got $ back.

Rude property staff, one staff agreed and manager over ruled. Cowardly manager did not come to talk. They don't represent the polite, service minded and happy Thai culture.

We were met and taken to the hotel. The receptionist did not engage with us as much as she did with her coworker. The room was large, all very simple but the air conditioning was not great and very loud, the shower was either very hot or very cold, inevitably the aircraft fly over but fine for one nights stay. I’ve travelled for many years and I have NEVER been asked for a tip. The porter took our bags on a trolley and showed us to the room. Pointed out tea, coffee, wifi & handed over the key & asked ten actually asked us for a tip!! Something I have never experienced before. We booked the transfer back to the airport the next morning & that was swift. Over all an average airport hotel

Très bien, personnels agréable... Mais sur 2 jours...Malgré notre demande, ON NE NOUS A PAS RéVEILLé 2X LE MATIN DE BONNE HEURE..Et la 2ème fois on prenait l'avion !!! pour un hôtel à coté de l'aéroport...c'est INADMISSIBLE !!!!

It’s very basic but clean rooms . Close to airport, provides hourly shuttle service to airport. good for those trying to catch early flights. Main gripe is the way reception communicates with us. Curt, not warm or friendly at all.

A nice modern building close to the airport

Stayed one night before the flight home from Bangkok. Nice place and good service. Very short drive to the airport, and the hotel offers transportation to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but also quite far from the city center and all the top destinations that you would want to visit whilst in Bangkok. We booked Bolt each time, costing between £6-£11 for a 30 minute to an hour drive away. The hotel location is quiet, very clean, friendly, there's no noise, no traffic, compared to the city centre. Family of 3 mum with 2 children aged 14 and 16. Kids loved the pool area. Couple of restaurants near by and also 7-11 end of the road.

Great hotel for airport not much around the area

Great place to stay if you are flying out of the airport. The hotel airport shuttle is convenient, but there is not much around the hotel. The breakfast had a selection of western and asian food.

The staff were very friendly. The property is conveniently located close to the airport.. it is a little far from activities/things to do in Bangkok. If you’re needing a quick recovery from traveling, it is ideal.

The shuttle service from the airport and the big breakfast in the morning was my favorite. The staff was always attentive and helpful with anything you needed. The wifi is kinda slow and in and out but still usable if you have patience. The pool looked inviting and saw others enjoying it. The quiet room is just what I needed to recover from the long trip, then head into the city

A super great place for an airport overnight. I stayed for a prolonged moment due luggage issues. The staff was super accommodating working above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I made good use of their pool. I have already booked a stay for my departure. The fare can't be beat.

Vi hadde en veldig gode middag på kvelden vi kom. Rommet var helt greit for ei natt. Ansatte hyggeligge og hjelpsomme. Skuffende dårlig frokost. Langt under gjennomsnittlig standar.
