The Chief Butler Danni Han deserves compliment in resolving our issues in a very professional manner. The hotel staff are highly motivated in the reception of guests all around the facilities. The hotel management has done a great job in training and motivating their employees in achieving such high quality of professional service.

Great location! Beautiful views! The room is really clean and comfortable! The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is nice and quiet, foods are well prepared . Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Qing Dao!
