This was a second choice as the place I stayed last time was fully booked. It was fine, very central. Cosy, but a bit dated. The main drawback (in July) was no air conditioning, just a portable fan. Limited breakfast. Good parking for a low/wide car.

Nice spacious room and a clean hotel. Only downsides were very loud wood cutting outside and there didn’t seem to be any way to control the A/C / heating. The first night it go so hot I slept terribly. Had to open the windows for the second night.

It was in the middle of Vaduz, right next to the casino, shopping and dining. The room was clean and spacious. Maybe a caution during summer - no A/C as far as we saw. We were very comfortable with the window open and our sound machine. Fabiana was fantastic!

The hotel is well situated on Städle, with most of the main sights within a few minutes walk. The rooms are a decent size, the staff friendly, and breakfast excellent. However, the lack of any kind of air-conditioning makes the rooms intolerably hot and stuffy, and sleeping very, very difficult.

Very large room. Very clean facility. Helpful staff - patient. I signed up for an air-conditioned room and they gave me a room with a fan. In their defense, they did offer another room with a room air conditioner but it wasn’t clear if the room would be the same quality etc. Opening the windows with the fan did help, but it was very uncomfortable even in being September.

No AC. We had dinner at the hotels expensive restaurant, I ordered the salmon, the menu didn’t say it was smoked salmon. Regardless, the smoked salmon turned out to be sashimi salmon, and the staff insisted it was smoked, well, smoked salmon should be translucent. The staff offered to get me something else but the manager refused to take it off the bill, not only that, she stood there and stared at me the whole time, she didn’t bother to apologize and told the staff to tell me I ordered the dish so I had to pay for it. I wasn’t going to pay for another entree and not know what I would get and I stayed hungry. She was a horrible manager and did not know the first thing at customer service. I will never come back to this hotel. Ever

Location was perfect. Not that Vaduz is very big, but our hotel was right in the middle. Room was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vaduz.
