The room was spotless. The staff A++. The art and decor museum quality. And the restaurant next door which they recommend was fantastic. Most of my Tunesia travel was disappointing, But not this hotel. It could not have been better

The place was very very pretty and cute. But the check in was not comfortable. We were stuck at the entrance door for an hour and no one was there to open the door. Also the breakfast was very limited in comparison with other hotels we had been. But the receptionist was nice kind guy and the place was so cute

Otele girişte sorun yaşadık. İçeride kimse yoktu. Yaklaşık 2.5 saatte ancak iceri girdik. Yorgan çarşaf kirliydi, tuvalet kağıdı, içecek su, sabun yoktu. Klima ısıtmıyordu, konumu çok tenha bir yerde, gece otele dönüş biraz tehlikeli ve korkutucu. Kahvaltı sıfır puan. Kahvaltı yok deseniz daha iyiydi. Çay peynir zeytin bal gibi şeyler yok. Garip bir kahve ekmek ve reçel. Kahvaltıyı düzeltmeleri lazım. Sadece mekan güzeldi. Tarihi nostaljik, dekoratif. Acilen otel hizmetlerini iyileştirmeniz lazım. Sadece otelin içerisinin güzel dekoratif olması yeterli değil. Otel hizmetlerinin güzel ve kaliteli olması lazım. Yani boş bir binaya bu kadar yüksek gecelik ücret istenmez. Hizmet kalitesi ve otelin imkanlarının acilen iyileştirilmesi lazım. Sadece 3 puan, oda mekanın tarihsel güzelliğinden. Yoksa kalınacak bir yer değil.
