We stayed at this apartment from 6 June to 20 June and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The apartment was not as advertised online and did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the kitchen was in such an unhygienic condition that we did not use it during our entire stay. Kitchen appliances, utensils, and surfaces appeared unclean and poorly maintained. What concerned us the most was the cleaning process. We observed the cleaning staff using the same brush for both the toilet and the bathroom sink, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. The cleaning staff also seemed unprofessional overall. Housekeeping was inadequate. Bedding and other items were not cleaned or changed regularly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. In addition, many of the amenities provided, such as handwash and other toiletries, appeared to be previously used rather than new or properly replenished. When we raised concerns, we did not feel that we were treated professionally or respectfully. The overall service and condition of the property were far below expectations. The photos and description online do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the apartment. We feel misled by the listing and would not recommend this property to other guests.

Atul and Surinder the caretakers are asset, courteous, excellent! Safe, secure, spacious and peaceful apartment, traffic free area. Restaurants, shopping are at a walking distance. MG road metro 10 minutes drive Stay here and experience goodness.
