Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection

Quedamos enamorados con este hotel en nuestra luna de miel, fue perfecto.

Los alrededores son bonitos pero se me hace muy malo en cuanto a servicio y actividades todos son costos adicionales e incluso las sillas de sol que estan frente al mar, te piden un deposito y despues de 2 semanas no me lo han devuelto. No fue buena mi experiencia aunque puedo rescatar que las habitaciones son frscas y esta bien para tomarte fotos el lugar. La comida no es nada buena pero las bebidas se rescatan.

It was a beautiful facility with great amenities and an excellent private Beach. The restaurant on property were excellent, although a little expensive.

Exceptional location, amenities and service

Room, restaurant and housekeeping staff were great, as was the welcome on arrival. However, for a hotel of this level, the service at the market and from the valet station at departure were unacceptable - the people at the market were just plain unfriendly on multiple occasions, while the valet staff were smirking about something when I dropped off my luggage for storage after checkout. I'd ordinarily have shrugged it off, but when I came to pick up with my ticket, they told me to go get my bags myself, from an unattended room. That seems like both a security and service failure. At this level of hotel, everything should be flawless, and it just wasn't.
