This is a wonderfully decorated modern hotel. There is a lot within walking distance but also very easy access to the bus or train. The bar area is very cool. The rooms are hip and comfortable.

Truly an amazing property. Wonderful decor, nice rooms, great staff, and an awesome bar and food was good. Quirky hotel with cool concepts and a lot of color and decor. Nice area as well, walkable, a lot of options for different things and easy to get too from airport. 10/10 would recommend.

Room was ready for me when I arrived, £50 security deposit was requested. My room was clean, comfy and with funky decor. Massive bed with plenty of pillows. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, water pressure 7/10. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided. Two large & two small towels, plus towel to stand on. Mini fridge with two free bottles of water. Blackout blinds and functioning aircon = a great sleep. Access to on site gym which is small but useful. Equipped with various cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and a bench. Free water in the gym fridge too. Daily room service if required, staff are really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if working in the area.

We stayed here to attend a game at The Emirates. The initial reason to choose this hotel was because it had parking (additional fee) We were able to walk the 2 miles to the Emirates but there are plenty of buses available. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was modern, had a cool vibe and was very different to most hotels we visit. The room was spacious and had every amenity needed including complimentary water in the fridge and lip balm in the bathroom! Will stay again when in the area.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. Particularly the gym was amazing, fully equipped with technogym equipment and a great vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, with a very spacious bed, free water, coffee and funky tea pot kettle! Also found out it was dog friendly when leaving so will definitely consider the hotel again and finally bring our two dogs for a trip to London! Even had a free bag of dog treats!!

Room & bathroom exceptionally clean. The only negative point was blocked toilets in the basement loo's. No signs to explain, and they smelled. There was a bad smell in reception area too, not sure if this was the drains or not though. Lovely hotel though, great facilities. We had a premium room upgrade which had a massive bed, so comfy too. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar as we were out enjoying London, but looked a nice space & seemed a good selection.

Property was generally clean, staff were ok but not particularly friendly. We didn’t like the curtains in the hallways of the rooms, felt it generated a lot of dust. Our first room allocated smelt bad but they changed us immediately upon request.

What a disaster of a stay, would never stay here again, the cleanliness of this hotel needs serious investigation, I arrive in my room and the minute I walk in the shower there is hair from the previous stay, called reception and after several calls someone shows up and takes pictures and says we can’t change rooms as we’re fully booked. Next morning I leave my room and when I come back at the end of the day the duvet was a bit ruffled as if someone was upset to make the bed and as I enter the shower ; low and behold there goes the hair again ( I guess housekeeping doesn’t like to clean showers) granted it was probably my hair this time and not some random stranger. I call the reception and guy literally tells me “ I’m sorry but I have other guests on the line complaining and proceeds to hang up on me” . For what they charge you and all the BS about the amazing concept their service levels are nowhere where they need to be . Will never stay here again and have already informed my company not to book anyone on business travel in this chain

Rooms are fine, although aircon was underpowered and there was a sign in the lift that they were "doing their best to cool rooms" which hints that it was affecting the whole hotel not just my room. Otherwise hotel is nice and perfectly comfortable, a little off the beaten track though

Very quiet and comfortable hotel with quirky design. Soundproofing is excellent, couldn’t hear any of the traffic noises from very busy City Road just outside. Very helpful and friendly staff. My second stay, and will certainly come back.

Poor wi-fi. I couldn't connect to wi-fi at first, a friendly chap from maintenance came to help, we got it working by the door of the room, but once I used it further in the room it couldn't connect or kept dropping out. Pillows also lumpy and uncomfortable.

Your preferences might be different, but I like a cold bedroom. Even with the cooling on max, and after the lovely staff had fixed it, the bedroom didn't get below 20c. This wouldn't be a problem if the windows opened, but they don't. Breakfast was expensive so I didn't have it, but everything else was fantastic. A property with great character, interesting, well-made rooms, everything fantastic apart from the cooling

We enjoyed our stay the hotel is very well situated with easy access, the stuff is very polite and will go the extra mile to keep guests happy. A special thumbs up to Pedro restaurant manager for such a customer oriented attitude, great job….keep it up.

Disappointing visit. The hotel is very quirking however the staff had poor communication skills due to language barriers, the food and drink were very very expensive even by London standards. A final frustration was on my room was cleaned but all receipts that were left on the side were disposed off when needed for business expenses

We enjoyed our stay with caveats. The hotel looks new, the self-consciously ‘whacky’ decor belaying the fact that it has definite teething problems. The staff especially appeared poorly trained and weren’t even able to help with directions into the West End. The tech at the front desk wasn’t working properly on checking in. The room was really great. We had been upgraded to a super king room. Most of the things you expect were there although the meanness of the amount of beverages was surprising. We also had to phone for a corkscrew and were asked if we were going to come down for it. We weren’t. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the food was cold and or stale. Bar service perfunctory. They are really going to have to train their staff properly if they want to succeed. In the words of my grandmother, at the moment it’s all fur coat and no kni****s. Could do better but useful if needing the East End and Islington.

Nhow hotel - WOW! My friend and I stayed in your beautiful hotel last night. Everything was simply perfect. What a stunning hotel. We loved the decor and your team are simply wonderful. We would highly recommend this gem and we will certainly be back soon.

Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again.

Very well decorated and bougie hotel, staff were great and the mid day check out is a real bonus, unfortunately there isn't much in a close vicinity to the hotel but it is London so if you're prepared to walk then you can find amenities

Lovely hotel. Really well designed, with a modern and artistic vibe -- room was awesome too. There isn't much happening close to the hotel, but great links to Shoreditch and nearby areas if you want to venture. Ideally by taxi or car. The immediate outside of the property is a little sketchy, nothing too crazy but just an FYI for folks who like to walk. Overall, the hotel itself can't be faulted. I'd recommend that the front desk staff were more cherry and welcoming - this kind of setting goes along way for guests when they arrive. Nevertheless, we loved our stay! Thanks.

This hotel was a great choice. Very convenient for the Angel area, but also the city. We paid for a premium room, which meant we were on a high floor. Room was quirky in a good way and very quiet for the area. Highly recommend this property

Loved our stay at Nhow London! The property was extremely clean and the location was perfect...2 blocks from the bus line that takes you to Kings Cross underground in 5 minutes. The staff was attentive and made our stay comfortable.

Moderate breakfast options, very fun hotel really leaning into the London vibe. However, the area around the hotel is not great. There is also either a 20 or 15 min walk to the nearest underground station which adds a lot of time on to getting around. The hotel was very fun, very comfy beds and good sized rooms for London. Amazingly decorated!

Dramatic decor. Location wasn't great - 18 minute walk from underground- Barbican. Take a taxi. Hotel in the middle of housing estates. 13 minute walk to Exmouth Market area which is lovely- coffee shops, bars, indie shops.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an easy 5-10 walk from the tube station. It's actually right between 2 -Angel and Old Street on the Northern Line and both are an easy walk to the hotel. Once you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by a wonderful calming scent that relaxes you. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. They even have refreshments while you wait. My room was clean and inviting, and looked exactly like the pictures. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great. There were so many choices - sweet, savory, gluten free, juices, different types of bread for toast...like I said, so many choices. One of my favourite days was just chilling in the lobby by the fireplace, having a drink and drawing on my iPad for a few hours. The only "half complaint" I had was the accessibility shower. The shower curtain couldn't contain the water around the shower drain, so I ended up flooding out the bathroom floor a couple of times. I used a lot of towels! Overall Great Stay, Great Staff, and Great Memories. Thank you nHow 💕

This hotel is clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, only 10-12 minutes from two Northern Line tube stations and with buses to central London passing within 3minutes walk. The staff were polite and attentive. The restaurant provides a good range of reasonably priced but appetising quality meals.

Great guest rooms, public areas far too noisy with music, not pleasant when you’re having a meal / conversation. Service in restaurant / bar let the hotel down, 10 mins to wait for a drink and 50 mins waiting on meal to be served. It wasn’t busy, so no excuse.

A hotel with personality. Great decor and a refreshing change from the usual chains. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and in reception. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a chaotic letdown. Two drinks machines that regularly stopped working. Juice machines were little more than powdered squash. Layout was haphazard with limited supplies. The staff were great and battling hard against what is a poorly designed setup. £27 for breakfast is staggeringly poor value.

This is a classic ‘Insta’ hotel. A lot of shiny corners with whacky installations to take the best selfies. Once your eyes adjust to the bombardement of color, it is at it’s core just a great hotel. Quiet, super comfortable bed, fantastic black-out curtains, the room I stayed in had a very spacious bathroom, especially for London. The staff is lovely, the breakfast is fantastic, absolutely no complaints.

Overall this property did not meet my standards. First off, the bathroom lighting was very dark and I can barely do basic things like shave. I literally had to use my phone light to see things clearly. The breakfast was just OK. The breakfast food gets cold because the spread is literally 10 steps away from the front door entrance to outside and obv London morning being chilly, the food gets cold.

Stayed at the nhow London and really enjoyed the quirky, creative design. The room was a great size, lovely and quiet, and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Unfortunately, a faulty lightbulb caused a power cut in my room first thing in the morning, meaning I had to get ready in complete darkness. Maintenance arrived quickly and fixed the issue within about 30 minutes, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t ideal timing. Disappointingly, only an apology was offered for the inconvenience. Overall, a unique and comfortable hotel, but the handling of the issue could have been better.

È stata veramente una bellissima esperienza soggiornare qui. Camere spaziose molto pulite e tutte praticamente full optional non manca davvero niente. La signorina italiana alla reception ha fatto in modo che stessimo veramente bene e ci ha accontentato per tutte le nostre richieste. Fa piacere trovare personale così gentile e disponibile.
