Hotel bonito, buena ubicación, el personal que atiende claramente no quiere estar ahí, reserven comida desde antes porque sino se queden sin cenar, en general mala experiencia

The view from the balcony and the private onsen was amazing!

Superb facilities. So many onsen- they had three private ones and two shared ones that rotated between men and women each day so you got to try a different one. I was there in peak season and had no issues getting into any of them. The grounds were so relaxing and the rooms so zen. It was a two minute walk from the bus stop that links you to the place you can get shinkansen or do the hakone loop and two mins from a 7/11! I bought my food there rather than eating at the hotel. I had the single room with western bed and it was so comfy. Totally recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the mountains
