Chambre agréable et propre, très bien équipée. Onsen fabuleux, repas excellent et endroit calme et paisible.

Personnel attentionné, très propre et confortable.

Le personnel était très avenant, un service à la clientèle irréprochable.

The view from the balcony and the private onsen was amazing!

Superb facilities. So many onsen- they had three private ones and two shared ones that rotated between men and women each day so you got to try a different one. I was there in peak season and had no issues getting into any of them. The grounds were so relaxing and the rooms so zen. It was a two minute walk from the bus stop that links you to the place you can get shinkansen or do the hakone loop and two mins from a 7/11! I bought my food there rather than eating at the hotel. I had the single room with western bed and it was so comfy. Totally recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the mountains
