An exceptional stay from beginning to end. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. What truly made our stay so special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly professional, warm, friendly and attentive. They were always approachable, easy to talk to and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The level of hospitality and care was outstanding. It is rare to come across a hotel where the entire team leaves such a lasting impression. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return without hesitation. A truly memorable experience and one we will always remember.

祇園祭後祭のために滞在しました。事前にホテルから、チエックイン日の交通規制情報、役行者山のイベント情報、ホテルのイベント情報など、細かくメールがあり、役に立ちました。スタッフの林美和さんが、ちょうど知りたいと思っていた情報を細かく案内してくれ、炎天下無駄な時間を使わずに、過ごすことが出来ました。さすが「THE HIRAMATSU」、スモールラグジュアリーホテルだと思います。

Amazing hotel with authentic Japanese vibe and accommodations for American travelers. The room is spacious and well organized for a family travel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended it! Thank you for a great experience 🙏

掃除の行き届いた木の温もりが感じられるお部屋で、鉄器の急須でお茶をそそぎ、京都らしい時間を過ごすことができました。机以外に手荷物を整理できるセンスの良いテーブルも設置されていて気遣いを感じました。 浴室については２人でも余るほどの広さがあります。 洗面所はVilleroy & Bochで高級感抜群でした。 地元に根付いていらっしゃるスタッフの方にも丁寧な対応で感謝しています。
