Only one working elevator. Had to wait with housekeeping to take elevator. Ended up using stairs. Everything else was good. Will stay again. Convienant with us being truck drivers.

Staff was friendly and the room was incredibly clean. If I had one gripe it would be the pool. The pool had quite a bit of debris and bees were everywhere, overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

The check-in desk people were nice, breakfast crew was ok, not super friendly but not rude either. Quick check-in and out. The night registration guy was nice enough to store our ice packs from our road trip in their freezer, so we could use them in our coolers the next morning. That was great! The room was pretty spacious, had ample beds but had no sheets/blanket for the pull out couch, and not enough towels. I like that the shower rod bowed outward, which kept the curtain from sticking to my skin. The room fridge was pretty roomy. The breakfast was 7-10am. I came down about 8am. The french toast sticks were hard, not fresh. The turkey sausage patties were kinda rubbery. The potatoes were hard/old. The egg omelettes were not too bad. I took a few bites of everything but it was too dry to finish. Other family members ate about 30mins later and said it was good (new things had just been put out). I guess I caught it at a bad time. Juice machine was not pure juice but ok if you like it that way. Coffee was pretty good. Overall breakfast selection was nice. It was great that the gym was 24hrs! We were able to get in a workout, even with a late arrival. The elevators were swift! The hotel was a bit off the beaten path, off of the 93, so it took us a bit to get back to the 15frwy It was a bit scary/annoying/noisy when the hotel fire alarm went off at about 8am. It must have been a false alarm. Overall a good value for the price and friendly service. I would stay there again.

I truly appreciated the staff-from check-in to check-out, everyone I came in contact with was personable, professional, and knowledgeable!!! Great STAFF!!! What I did not care for was the parking situation. There were no designated HOTEL PARKING spots-which meant many of the spots were taken by Casino goers. Not the end of the world, but it was a little irritating to have to park in the front of the casino and walk through it to get to the hotel. Again, not a huge complaint but definitely worth mentioning.

All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Entire property was clean and well cared for. Comfortable rooms and bed. Awesome full hot breakfast. Close to attractions and hiking trails. Smoke free policy means your room smells fresh, not like casino hotels.

It was in a good location to go to Lake Mead. Customer service was good the only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t clean your room daily and they told me to ask the front desk, which I then proceeded to do and then they told me I had to ask them earlier in the day, it was not even noon when I asked. The rooms were not clean, see my pictures, that was a huge let down. And the kitchen ran out of milk the second day of our stay during breakfast. Not staying here again due to them not cleaning the rooms, I found a grape the first day under the sink, something stuck on the shower curtain, yellow stains on the ceiling and the wall of restroom not cleaned. And my daughter found a ball of hair under the bed, disgusting.

I enjoyed my overnight stay, the breakfast crew were so nice and kept us informed on when more food would be ready. I only wish they had some help at the front desk it wasn’t even 6 pm and it was only one girl there who was prioritizing the phone instead of checking people in or literally took me almost 30 minutes to get checked in. First she wasn’t at the desk at all then when she came back she took a call, helped the hut in front of me and then when it was my turn she took 2 calls back to back before even acknowledging me standing there. Not her fault because she was nice but I wish they were trained to take care of the customer in front of them and deal with calls after and/or don’t have just one person in the front during check in hours.

As an IHG Diamond Elite member & having stayed at this property before, I was so disappointed with the service this time around. They will NEVER have to worry about me coming back. There were a few individuals that knew me from previous stays & a few new staff members that were absolutely amazing. The exceptional experience should be universal though, ESPECIALLY with IHG members who’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them. I’ve advised IHG of my complaints, but just know that when you stay here, with SOME staff members your level of service will depend on their mood or wrongful perception of you. I truly hope that they take the feedback to improve & bring back the outstanding UNIVERSAL service that they once had.

Beautiful hotel located well away from “the strip”, but easy access to all Vegas has to offer, also a short drive to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. ( took a drive to Lake Mead and got the privilege to see some long horn rams)

This was a very nice and typical Holiday Inn. However, it is literally built on the side of a rock wall. Not that you go to one of these for a view, but its definitely weird! A little more annoying is that since there is no parking behind the hotel, close parking in the front is limited. Next door to a casino and a 24/7 restaurant and gas station, but still quiet at least on a weekday night. Good breakfast.

Very hard to find coming from Las Vegas because it’s located across a busy state road with nowhere to turn around to get to hotel. Otherwise a very nice place.

We really liked the convenience of this location. Away from the Vegas "life" but not very far from other great locations for dining and tourism. Room was very clean and quiet. Loved that!

This is modern hotel, reception was good and it was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was fine. It is in a casino area and there is a lorry park in the area but we knew this before we came. It was ideal for us as a one night stay before catching our flight home and also allowed us to easy access to walk the Canyon Railway path from the Lake Mead visitor centre.

This was a perfect place to stop and stay on our long trip. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. The bananas were very green and I would have liked to have berries as a fruit option. Otherwise, it was good.

The hotel staffs were incredibly nice. Especially the ladies in the kitchen. Cindy is super nice and lovely. Their breakfast buffet is so good, tasty with alot of varieties. I would definitely recommend staying there during your visit. You wont be disappointed.

Upkeep and breakfast are good. There are no working fountains, no even in gym. We were told we need 24 hrs to request for room services. Hence our room was not serviced on our 2nd day stay and that was quite unusual. Only one elevator was working without any explanation.

Vi stannade till för att sova en natt och hotellet var rent och snyggt och vi fick ett stort rum med två stycken Queensize sängar & en bäddsoffa. Fint badrum och fräsch dusch. Parkering ingår! Frukost ingick och det fanns mycket att välja på, både varmt & kallt. Tex pannkakor, omelett, muffins, bröd, ägg, yoghurt mm. Uttagsautomat finns också.

We have stayed here 4-5 nights per year since this hotel opened. We were here 2 weeks ago after our home sold quickly and we needed to head back to AZ. The staff was amazing and the room was spotless. This time there was a man at the front desk that I was not familiar with. He kept pausing my check in to talk with a group of housekeepers that were just off work. No worries but we were tired and I just wanted our keys. I prepaid for the room but when he went to charge my card for incidentals I noticed it was for $206 and change. I asked and he said he wasn’t sure but it would drop off. It kind of bugged me but again tired so I will just keep an eye on it. We went up to the room and it smelled like chips. No clean smell. I noticed some crumbs and just picked them up. My husband then mentioned that the bathroom floor and counters were wet and when he wipe them they were really dirty. Again really tired so we just decided to grab dinner and leave it. Hotels.com asked how my checkin was and I was honest and mentioned the above. When I went to check out the same man was at the front desk. I asked if I could have a zero balance print out to make sure I don’t get double charged. He said all he could do was let me screenshot his computer screen. So I did and told him that it was very unprofessional and that I would post this interaction in a review. So we won’t be back. Not sure where the good staff went but this place is going down hill. Watch your charges. Oh and no “freeplay”?
