Having an apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel room. The price was actually less than many of the hotel rooms in the area. The early check-in was efficient and really helpful. The staff did an excellent job. Not scenic views from your room but Not a great big deal. The advantages far outweigh any disadvantages. You can walk to the REWE store and several others. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was clean, well organized, friendly and responsive, providing everything that one might need for a comfortable cleanstay. The Bathroom was beautiful and clean, but the tiles got dangeresly slippery when wet, it needed a mat or some Non Slip Coating!!! Thank You!

今回で三度目の利用。三度目なんで、気に入ってるから利用している。 唯一の不満は清掃のタイミングが良く分からない、過去二回は毎週末通うの週一の清掃のみだったが、今回は木曜、火曜だったみたいだが、、、事前に分かればチップ位置いておいたのに、、、他特に不満に思うことはなし

二回目の利用 前回は他の方が気にしてた騒音は気にならなかったが、今回の部屋は早朝の電車の音が気になった。部屋によるみたい。 前回も今回も支払いは現地清算を選択したが、今回支払いをする時のスタッフの方からの態度はあまりいい印象を受けなかった。 前回訪問時が良かっただけに今回はなんだか残念だった。

Aschaffenburg駅には徒歩20分程度、スーパーまでは10分程度の距離で立地条件はいい。 他の人の書き込みで、電車の音や近くのトラックの音が気になるとの記載がありましたが、私はたいして気にならなかった。 スタッフの方は親切に対応してくれました。 外国人なのでごみ捨てのルールとかがよく分からず、人に聞いて対応したが、案内があるとよりいいと思います。 室内はきれいで、一通り必要な物はそろっており快適に過ごせました。 また8月に出張が入っているので、是非またここに泊まろうと思います。 注意点は現地清算だとＡＭＥＸが使えないので、ＡＭＥＸを使いたい場合はExpediaで事前清算するのがいい。私は次回はそうしようと思う。
